Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, era globalisasi berdampak besar terhadap kehidupan kita sehari-hari, termasuk memengaruhi nilai-nilai budaya lokal yang jika tidak terus dijaga akan tergerus habis oleh perkembangan zaman yang cepat. Maka peneliti bertujuan untuk mengkaji etnosains budaya Sunda yang dikaitkan pada pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, yaitu penelitian sosial budaya, dengan pendekatan etnografi dan mencakup seluruh kajian kemanusiaan yang kompleks, kajian interpersonal, kajian sosial budaya. Teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara dengan guru kelas 4 dan observasi pada pembelajaran IPA di kelas 4 SDN Cisaat untuk mengetahui kajian-kajian etnosains khususnya budaya Sunda pada pembelajaran IPA yang sudah diterapkan pada sekolah dasar. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan data-data yang sudah peneliti kumpulkan menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan etnosains terhadap pembelajaran IPA mampu menciptakan hasil pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan lebih ampuh, dikarenakan pada etnosains ini pembelajaran sains dasar akan dihubungkan atau dikaitkan secara langsung dengan berbagai kegiatan-kegiatan peserta didik sehari-hari atau yang sering dia temukan secara langsung.

Abstract

Although students' understanding of environmental protection still needs to improve, increasing their awareness of the environment is very important because environmental problems are becoming increasingly complex. Through a discussion of living things, this research aims to determine the differences in the environmentally caring character of students in the experimental class and control classes. The research used was an experiment with a quasi-experimental type (posttest-only control design). Questionnaires and observations were used as data instruments, using an experimental class of 27 students and 21 students for the control class. The Mann-Whitney test is the data analysis method used.  The research results showed that the average value of experimental class data was 29.06 higher than that of control class data 18.64. In addition, the asymptotic sig value (2-tailed) of 0.010 < 0.05 was calculated based on the results of the Mann-Whitney test, indicating that the experimental class and the control class were different in their environmental care attitudes. Based on these findings, using animated videos with the help of Canva can attract attention and spark children's imagination. After watching animated videos, children can act according to what they learn and digest information easily on what they observe in animated video shows.

Abstract

This research is based on the mathematics learning outcomes of elementary school students which are still low in terms of student learning outcomes. The current study reveals that as many as 66.67% of students have not been able to achieve the minimum requirements, especially in the section of geometry; reflecting a need to improve mathematics learning outcomes. This gap in learning outcome is due to the fact that a majority of students tended to be passive during learning. The STAD learning model is a learning model that emphasizes student activities and interactions for learning mathematics in the classroom. The research design used in this study is a one group pretest posttest design. The sampling method used in the study was purposive sampling from a class of thirty elementary school students with issues related to mathematical abilities. Data collection techniques consist of primary sources in the form of tests, interviews, and observations, while secondary sources include documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is the t-test (or using the Wilcoxon test if the data is not normally distributed), and the Gain Test. The results showed that there is a positive influence of STAD model on learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need for more media use in mathematics learning. One of the impacts of the lack of media on learning mathematics is learning outcomes that could be more optimal. The media that can be used is technology, namely learning media based on the Quizziz application. The population of this study was students of SDN Dewi Sartika CBM, with the sample used being class 5 A of 35 people. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. This study aims to determine how using the Quizziz application in learning mathematics affects student learning outcomes. The data collection techniques used were interviews, tests, and questionnaires. The data analysis tests carried out in this study were the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, T-test, and N-Gain Test. The results of the data analysis showed that the data values were normally distributed with an average Pre-Test score of 31.74 in the less category and an average Post-Test score of 66.37 in the less category. The results of the analysis of data testing through SPSS can be seen in the Coefficients value obtained by sig. 0.000. It turns out that the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05. It means that H0 is rejected. This shows that using the Quizizz application in learning mathematics affects student learning outcomes at SDN Dewi Sartika CBM, Sukabumi City. The N-Gain test results show that the mean value is 50.30% in the less effective category.

Abstract

Pendidikan berperan penting dalam kehidupan manusia untuk meningkatkan mutu dan taraf hidup masyarakat, menumbuhkan kesadaran berpikir praktis dan kritis dalam memecahkan masalah. Untuk menciptakan kondisi tersebut, matematika yang merupakan satu dari beberapa ilmu dasar yang kita pelajari mulai jenjang dasar sampai perguruan tinggi berperan dalam hal tersebut untuk menumbuhkan pola pikir praktis, mampu memecahkan masalah secara kritis, dan menunjang pemahaman studi-studi lain. Dalam prosesnya, terlepas dari berbagai revolusi pendidikan yang terjadi, matematika masih menjadi pelajaran yang ditakuti oleh siswa dan sering dianggap sukar. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan analisis dan informasi tentang problem atau masalah pelaksanaan merdeka belajar dalan pembelajaran matematika. Metode kajian pustaka (literature review) digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui serangkaian pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal, buku, artikel ilmiah, dan sebagainya untuk menginformasikan atau menggambarkan suatu kejadian atau peristiwa yang terjadi. Berdasarkan berbagai data dan informasi yang peneliti telah peroleh melalui penelitian ini, maka peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa dalam pembelajaran matematika perlu adanya kreatifitas dari guru dan penggunaan teknik serta metode yang tepat di mana dalam hal ini munculnya program Merdeka Belajar dapat membantu menciptakan pembelajaran khususnya pembelajaran matematika yang efektif.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Augmented Reality (AR) in elementary environmental science learning through the Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework. Using qualitative data from interviews and classroom observations, the research identifies how teachers progressively integrate AR, moving from a technological orientation toward comprehensive pedagogical and conceptual alignment. Findings indicate that AR enhances students’ engagement, conceptual understanding, and ability to connect digital simulations with real environmental phenomena. Teachers demonstrate reflective adaptation by refining instructional strategies, guiding analytical discussions, and integrating ecological values into science instruction. The study further reveals a sustainable integration model characterized by three stages: technological familiarization, conceptual reinforcement, and reflective contextualization. Successful implementation depends not only on technological accessibility but also on teachers’ evaluative competence and institutional support. AR functions as an epistemic tool that facilitates experiential learning rather than merely providing visual enhancement. The TPACK framework is effective for conceptualizing the dynamic interplay among technology, pedagogy, and scientific content in environmental education. The research highlights the strategic importance of professional development and policy support to ensure the long-term sustainability of AR-based science learning innovations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using card-based educational games and songs on improving the multiplication memorization skills of third-grade elementary school students. The underlying problem is students' low ability to memorize multiplication facts, which impacts their difficulty in completing advanced arithmetic operations. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group. The sample consisted of two classes: class IIIA as the experimental group, which received instruction using cards and songs, and class IIIB as the control group, which received conventional learning. The research instruments were multiplication memorization tests in the form of oral and short answer questions. The results showed that students in the experimental class experienced a more significant improvement in multiplication memorization skills compared to the control class. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of card-based educational games and songs is effective in improving elementary school students' multiplication memorization skills.
