Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Facebook Social Media Promotion, Product Quality and Price on Purchase Decisions for Zack Krezz Chips Customers, Sei Rampah District. This type of research is explanatory research that explains the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 72 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling approach. The test tool used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) using SPSS 25 software. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of (1) motivation on employee performance (2) work communication on employee performance (3) motivation on work spirit (4) work communication on work spirit (5) motivation on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable (6) work communication on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable (7) work spirit on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative research approach with the type of explanatory research which aims to analyze how the relationship between one variable with another variable. The population in this study were all of the employees of PT Inti Terang Sukses total of 35 employees. This study uses saturated sampling technique which made all of the population member as the sampel of this study. Questioner was used in this study as the method of collecting data. Analysis tools: instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and path analysis using SPSS version 25. The result from this study indicates that motivation affect employee performance, work communication does not affect employee performance and, motivation and work communication affect motivation, and based on the result of path analysis shows that work spirit cannot mediate the effect of motivation on employee performance but can mediate the effect of work communication on employee performance and work spirit affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Ease of Transactions and Discounts on Customer Satisfaction and their impact on Customer Loyalty Dana Users. This research was conducted on Dana users at Kanaya Ponsel & Brilink Stores located in Sei Rampah. Serdang Bedagai. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The research sample was 96 respondents with a sampling technique using a purposive sampling technique. The research data was obtained using a google form questionnaire. The data analysis method uses the path analysis method with the help of the SPSS Statistics 25 analysis program. The results show that: 1). Ease of transaction has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. 2). Discounts have no significant effect on customer satisfaction. 3). The ease of transactions has a significant effect on customer loyalty. 4). Discounts have no significant effect on customer loyalty. 5). Satisfaction Satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. 6). Customer satisfaction has an impact on the ease of transactions on customer loyalty 7). Customer satisfaction has no impact on discounts on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The ratio of entrepreneurs in Firdaus village, Sei Rampah District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, is considered very low. This low ratio is attributed to the community's low interest in entrepreneurship. Most of the community believes that entrepreneurship requires a large amount of capital. Additionally, there are risks that may occur, such as losses and uncertainty regarding income. Therefore, a community service activity in the form of socialization was conducted for the people of Firdaus village. This socialization activity aimed to provide entrepreneurship education to the community in Firdaus village, thus fostering interest in entrepreneurship. The socialization activity was attended by 22 participants. The methods used in this community service activity were lectures and interactive discussions. The stages of the community service activities included the preparation stage and the implementation stage. This activity had a positive impact on increasing the knowledge of the participants regarding the entrepreneurial skills that an entrepreneur must master, as well as the importance of marketing strategies and the use of technology in the success of a business. Several participants expressed interest in entrepreneurship after participating in the community service activity. This indicates that the community service activity has made a positive contribution to the people of Firdaus village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and the occupational safety and health management system (K3) on the work productivity of members of the Fire and Rescue Department of Tebing Tinggi City. The research is motivated by the high intensity of operational activities alongside persistent challenges related to personnel competence, low participation in training programs, and increasing cases of work-related accidents. This study employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population consists of 50 operational members, all of whom were selected as the sample using a total sampling technique. Primary data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings reveal that training has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Likewise, the occupational safety and health management system also exhibits a positive and significant influence on productivity. Furthermore, training and the K3 management system simultaneously show a significant effect on the work productivity of the department’s personnel. These results indicate that enhancing the quality of training and strengthening the implementation of the K3 management system should be prioritized as strategic efforts to improve sustainable work productivity.
