Abstract

Strategi pemasaran tas dan ransel adalah langkah – langkah yang direncanakan dan dilakukan untuk memperkenalkan, mempromosikan, dan menjual produk – produk tas dan ransel kepada konsumen potensial. Dalam upaya untuk mencapai kesuksesan pemasaran, strategi ini melibatkan penelitian pasar yang cermat, segmentasi target yang tepat, pengembangan bauran pemasaran yang efektif, dan pemanfaatan kualitas yang dimiliki. Faktor – faktor seperti tren mode, kebutuhan konsumen, persaingan pasar, dan faktor – faktor ekonomi yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam merancang strategi yang sesuai. Strategi pemasaran tas dan ransel yang sesuai dapat membantu pengusaha mencapai tujuan pemasaran dan membangun hubungan jangka Panjang dengan pelanggan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze: The influence of capital structure and company growth on profitability and its implications for company value in a study of construction companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period, both simultaneously and partially. The research method used in this research is the nature of this data is time series data, namely from 2019 to 2022. The data used in this research are monthly index numbers from December 2019 to December 2022. The type of investigation is causality, and The time horizon in this study is cross-sectional. Based on the research results, it was found that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on profitability in construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022; company growth has a positive and significant effect on profitability in construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022; Capital structure has a positive and significant effect on company value in construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022; company growth has a positive and significant effect on company value in construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022; positive and significant influence on company value construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022. Abstract

Pesatnya pertumbuhan industri kesehatan dan transformasi yang dilakukan turut mendorong kualitas hidup masyarakat. Lapangan usaha kesehatan yang juga memuat kegiatan sosial ini menduduki posisi teratas dengan laju pertumbuhan sebesar 10,46% ditahun 2022. Perkembangan ini juga menarik perhatian para investor yang ingin menginvestasikan dana pada sektor Healthcare tersebut. Harga saham yang cenderung fluktuatif dan tidak tetap menjadi perhatian dan mencari penyebab dari pola fluktuatif tersebut. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio profitabilitas dan rasio likuiditas dengan harga saham dapat menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Metode regresi linear berganda adalah model regresi yang melibatkan lebih dari satu variabel independen. Analisis regresi linear berganda dilakukan untuk mengetahui arah dan seberapa besar pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel Return On Equity (ROE) dan Current Ratio (CR) terhadap harga saham serta antara kedua variabel tersebut, variabel manakah yang paling berpengaruh. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian tingkat variabel yang paling berpengaruh menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda didapatkan koefisien yang paling berpengaruh negatif adalah Return On Equity (ROE) terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Current Ratio (CR) juga berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham

Abstract

The method of implementing this community service is systematically designed to overcome the problems faced by the target partner, Ma Utik, in developing the Cilembu yam industry and its processed products. The preparation and planning stages as well as socialization and initial training are the main focuses in this program. The preparation stage begins with an initial survey to identify partner needs related to marketing, business management, distribution network development, and product innovation. A service team consisting of experts in economics, management, agribusiness, and informatics was formed with a division of tasks according to competence. A structured work plan includes a schedule of activities, implementation methods, and indicators of success, as well as careful management of budgets and resources. Socialization and training materials were developed based on partner needs to ensure in-depth understanding and mastery of relevant skills. The socialization phase begins with an initial meeting to introduce the program's objectives, benefits and solutions to partners, while accommodating their inputs. Initial training was conducted to provide partners with a foundation of knowledge and skills. Marketing strategy training covers the use of social media, digital marketing, branding, and promotion. Business management training covers business planning, financial management, and strategic decision-making using business management software. Distribution network development training includes negotiating and building relationships with distributors, as well as utilizing communication technology. Product innovation training includes identification of market trends and development of new products using market research technology. Through this approach, it is expected that partners can understand the program objectives and acquire the necessary skills to improve their competitiveness. With effective coordination between the service team, community partners, and supporting institutions, this program can run smoothly and have a significant impact. The implementation of a digital marketing application specifically for Cilembu yam products is one of the main results that is expected to increase product visibility, facilitate customer access, strengthen branding, and increase interaction with customers and business partners

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of CSR disclosure and financial distress on company value in the mining industry for the 2018-2022 period. This research method uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in annual reports and mining industry sustainability reports. Of the 63 mining industry companies, the sample in this study was 35 mining companies which were analyzed using panel data regression analysis assisted by eviews. The research results explain that CSR disclosure and financial distress have a simultaneous and significant effect on company value in the mining industry for the 2018-2022 period. Partially, CSR disclosure has a negative and significant effect on company value, and financial distress has a positive and significant effect on company value. This shows that the higher the CSR disclosure in the annual report, the lower the company value. Also, the higher the financial distress value using the Altman z-score ratio, the better the company value. Keyword: CSR Disclosure; Financial Distress; Firm Value

Abstract

officers' limitations in their analysis of data at the population and civil registry service in Bandung. The majority of these issues are brought on by the apparatus's lack of knowledge and skill as well as the sparse availability of computers. The sub-district office does not have adequate data storage, and data management and display are not supported by technology. Implementation strategy using coaching and training. The instruction offered takes the form of fundamental knowledge on how to show district population data using Smart PLS. Its operations include instruction and support for using the Smart PLS application in the Cipadung Village to present and process data. To determine how well the trainees understood how to use the Smart PLS program, interviews and questionnaires were administered as part of the service. The customer assistance team provides clear and comprehensive explanations of the data display. The use of this Smart PLS software aids Kelurahan staff in comprehending and processing data. It is beneficial to sub-district authorities in their work with the taught apps.

Abstract

Employees are human resources that are very important for the company because they have the mind, mind, talent, creativity, and energy needed to do all the work given by the company to achieve company goals. The better the performance of individuals within a company, the better the performance of the company, and vice versa, the lower the performance of individual employees will reduce the performance of the company. The research aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style and work environment on work motivation and performance at PT. Nuansa Citramandiri both simultaneously and partially. The analytical method used in this research is path analysis schematic diagram of the two sub-structures so that the research is descriptive and verificative, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses to get conclusions and suggestions using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The research was conducted at a consulting service company, PT. Nuansa Citramandiri with a research sample of 97 respondents. The research data were obtained from a 5-point ordinal scale questionnaire which was transformed into interval data. The results of the study are: 1) There is a partial influence of leadership style on employee motivation at PT. Nuansa Citramandiri; 2) There is a partial influence of the work environment on employee motivation at PT. Nuansa Citramandiri; 3) There is an influence of leadership style and work environment simultaneously on motivation at PT. Nuansa Citramandiri. 4) There is an influence of work motivation on performance at PT. Nuansa Citramandiri.

Abstract

Today, companies are required to compete, in order to maintain their business. Companies are required to have a professional management structure in order to continue to survive and develop in this digital era. In the business world, companies are considered to only aim to get the maximum profit, even though companies need to pay attention to the impacts arising from their business activities, because the development of the business world focuses on the company's environment. The company is expected not only to prioritize the interests of management and owners of capital but also employees, consumers, society and the environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability and leverage on CSR disclosure at mining companies in Indonesia. Profitability in this study is proxied by ROA (Return On Assets), Leverage is proxied by DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) and CSR Disclosure is proxied by GRI 4.0 index measurement. The target population in this study were 63 mining companies listed on the IDX for the 2022 period. However, for the research sample, only 51 companies passed the criteria, namely issuing annual reports and sustainability reports in this period. The results of the study show that profitability and leverage affect CSR disclosure in mining companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

Sustanability Reports in Indonesia have experienced development, with the existence of strict rules that require companies to carry out social and environmental responsibilities that will encourage company managers to disclose sustainability reports. However, these reasons do not make all companies in Indonesia disclose sustainability reports. Each company manager has a different level of initiative to disclose a sustainability report. Company size as one of the characteristics of a company that also determines the level of investor confidence, requires good credibility so that companies need to contribute to economic, social and environmental growth. Research objectives To determine the effect of company total assets on sustainability report disclosure, to determine the effect of company total sales on sustainability report disclosure, to determine the effect of company size on sustainability report disclosure. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2018. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling technique.

Abstract

One of the regencies in West Java Province with a sizable number of MSMEs is Sumedang. In the village of Kutamandiri, there is one prospective SMEs. According to the survey results, one MSME actor producer named Basreng Masrifah has never used social media marketing to grow his company. Remembering that social media marketing has a favourable association with future business continuity, MSMEs need to implement it immediately. Students from and the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Small Enterprises of Sumedang Regency worked together to complete this act of community service. By making the Tokopedia marketplace one of the marketplaces that is heavily used by the larger community, this community service project aims to help address problems while also offering aid to MSME players connected to the vicinity of social media marketing. The process of putting this activity into action is broken down into three stages: outreach, training, and mentorship of the MSME in question. The desired outcome of this activity is that MSME actors will be able to comprehend the significance of social media marketing and be able to apply it to their businesses.
