Abstract

Research on the consumption of healthy food products is interesting because it is influenced by many factors. The respondents of this research involved 100 students of FEB UMS with the assumption that they are technology literate, the millennial generation, care about health, and have closeness to the intention to buy healthy food products. Hypothesis testing in this research uses regression analysis and the results show that attitude and behavioral control have a positive effect on purchase intention of healthy food products although subjective norms have no effect. The limitations of research findings become a reference for the development of further research

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik kerja, stres kerja, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Djitoe Indonesia Tobako di Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 150 karyawan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen (konflik kerja, stres kerja, dan motivasi) terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Pembahasan penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pengelolaan konflik dan pengurangan stres kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi karyawan juga ditemukan sebagai faktor penting yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi kerja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa konflik kerja dan stres kerja dapat menurunkan kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor ini untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan dan mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine how water cleanliness, flow continuity, complaint response, and network maintenance affect customer satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Makmur in Sukoharjo Regency. This study employed an explanatory quantitative approach and conducted a survey involving 380 participants. Data were collected through questionnaires and tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicated that all independent variables influenced customer satisfaction both collectively and individually. The variable that most significantly affected customer satisfaction was complaint response, followed by network maintenance, water cleanliness, and flow continuity. According to the regression model used, which had an R Square value of 0.747, these four variables accounted for 74.7% of the variation in customer satisfaction. This study was limited to PDAM customers in Sukoharjo. It offers originality by emphasizing the importance of responsiveness and infrastructure maintenance in improving public services in the clean water sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Faktor-faktor internal organisasi tersebut dipandang sebagai komponen penting yang dapat mendorong atau menghambat performa karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, melibatkan 155 karyawan dari berbagai unit kerja di Bank BRI Unit Solo. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja memberikan kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Budaya organisasi yang kokoh membentuk nilai-nilai produktif dalam lingkungan kerja, sedangkan motivasi kerja mendorong semangat dan komitmen individu terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa manajemen perlu memprioritaskan upaya dalam memperkuat budaya organisasi dan mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja di sektor perbankan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions on Mixue products. This research method is quantitative. This study uses primary data. The data collection method used in this study was distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. The population in this study was people in Surakarta. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The sample to be used is 200 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and determination coefficient test (r2). The result of this study is that product quality has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions for Mixue products in the Surakarta Community. Price has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions for Mixue products in the Surakarta Community. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Mixue products in the Surakarta Community.
