Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of HR information system quality, work discipline, training, and career development on the performance of educators in the Jatiroto District. The method used is a structural model with independent variables including HR information system quality, work discipline, training, and development, and educator performance as the dependent variable. Model evaluation was conducted through tests of convergent validity, discriminant validity, and composite reliability. The results of the study indicate that work discipline and career development have a positive and significant influence on educator performance, while HR information system quality and training do not have a significant effect. The R-squared value of 0.85 indicates that 85% of the variation in performance can be explained by these four variables. These findings highlight the importance of work discipline and career development in improving educator performance and provide implications for human resource management in the education sector, particularly concerning discipline management and career development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Information Technology, Work Environment, and Work Efficiency on Employee Performance at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani in Pati City. The method used is quantitative, with primary data collected through a questionnaire distributed to 140 employees. The data were analyzed using statistical analysis with Partial Least Squares (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) utilizing SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study indicate that Information Technology does not have a significant effect on employee performance (t-statistic = 1.415; P value = 0.079), leading to the rejection of the first hypothesis (H1). Conversely, the Work Environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance (t-statistic = 2.372; P value = 0.009), resulting in the acceptance of the second hypothesis (H2). Additionally, Work Efficiency also demonstrates a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t-statistic = 5.079; P value = 0.000), thereby accepting the third hypothesis (H3). This study concludes that to enhance employee performance, the company should focus on developing a positive work environment and improving work efficiency, as well as investing in supporting technologies.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of leadership behavior, commitment, and employee motivation on employee performance at PT. Adiwraksa Atyanta in Sukoharjo. Using a quantitative approach with a positivist philosophy, the research was conducted from July 2023 until the end of the study period, employing random sampling and data collection through interviews and questionnaires with a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using PLS-SEM via SMARTPLS to evaluate both outer and inner models. Outer model evaluations included convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability, while the inner model assessed structural relationships. The results reveal that leadership behavior, commitment, and employee motivation all have a significant positive effect on work performance. However, the study faced limitations such as using a closed-ended questionnaire and focusing solely on the variables of leadership behavior, commitment, and motivation. It is recommended that future research incorporates a larger and more diverse sample and explores additional factors that may influence employee performance

Abstract

Pengendalian penyebaran tuberkulosis paru sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat, ekonomi, dan kualitas hidup. Pengendalian penyebaran Tuberkulosis melibatkan deteksi dini kasus baru dan pengobatan yang efektif untuk mengurangi risiko penyebaran ke orang lain. Hasil skrining Tuberkulosis  bulan April 2024 di Desa Menjangan jumlah penderita sebanyak 12 orang, sebagian masyarakat banyak yang mengalami putus obat dan kambuh akibat pengobatan yang tidak tuntas atau juga karena bosan atau lupa tidak minum obat  Tuberkulosis akibat kesibukan kerja. Tujuan: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan warga tentang pencegahan tuberkulosis. Metode: pemberian materi dengan ceramah tentang penyakit Tuberkulosis, demonstrasi inhalasi sederhana dan etika batuk yang benar. Evaluasi kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan membagikan kuisioner pengetahuan mengenai pencegahan tuberkulosis. Hasil: mayoritas warga memiliki tingkat pengetahuan kurang sebesar 70%, sedangkan sesudah diberikan materi tentang pencegahan tuberkulosis mayoritas warga memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik sebesar 90%. Hasil luaran yaitu publikasi jurnal. Kesimpulan: Promosi kesehatan dengan pemberikan informasi kesehatan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan warga desa Menjangan tentang pencegahan tuberkulosis. Masyarakat diharapkan mampu melakukan deteksi dini dan pencegahan terhadap anggota keluarga yang memiliki resiko penyakit Tuberkulosis Paru.

Abstract

The food people consume and how the food is consumed are essential determinants of health.Consumption of healthy food is an intriguing topic with contradictory findings in various cases. It provides an indirect overview of the diversity and interest in the study of healthy food products throughout both pandemic and endemic periods. Using regression analysis, this study examined the influence of price, quality, and availability on the purchase intention of healthy food products of 100 students. The results revealed that price, quality, and availability influenced the intention to purchase healthy food products. Limitations and suggestions for further studies are offered for consideration.

Abstract

Competition in the business world is increasingly fierce, making companies try to find fast and appropriate strategies in marketing their products. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality and price on purchasing interest among Matahari department store Surakarta consumers. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The data used in this research is primary data. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This research uses a purposive sampling technique. The sampling method in this research used 200 respondents. Data analysis methods in processing data and drawing conclusions, researchers use computer assistance through the SPSS program. The results of this research are that brand image has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. The large influence of brand image shows that consumers, apart from looking at the brand, also see other factors such as price, product quality and other factors that influence buyer interest. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. This shows that the better the product quality, the more consumer buying interest will increase. Price has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. In this case, the need for competitive product prices will increase interest in purchasing the product itself.

Abstract

When consumers have a consistent tendency to choose products or services from a brand over a long period of time, it creates a solid foundation for business continuity. A strong commitment to a particular brand is reflected in a stable and consistent preference, which in turn increases trust and long-term relationships between brands and consumers. In an increasingly fierce competition, maintaining customer loyalty is not just about maintaining market share, but also about building a solid foundation for business growth and sustainability. Therefore, an effective strategy to increase brand loyalty is essential to differentiate yourself and gain a competitive advantage in the market.

Abstract

Riset produk pangan sehat menarik diteliti karena sejumlah risetmenunjukan hasil yang beragam. Selain itu, pertimbangan aspekkesehatan dan kesadaran kolektif terhadap gaya hidup juga tidakbisa terlepas dari pertimbangan urgensi riset produk pangan sehat.Tujuan riset ini adalah untuk mengetahui daya tarik faktor niat beliproduk pangan sehat di kalangan generasi milenial atau generasidotcom dengan menggunakan analisis regresi melibatkan respondenmahasiswa PTS X berjumlah 100 orang melalui teknik randomsampling. Hasil riset menunjukan ada sejumlah faktor yang menjadipertimbangan niat beli produk pangan sehat sehingga temuan inibisa menjadi acuan untuk strategi pemasaran. Keterbatasan dan jugasaran riset lanjutan disampaikan sebagai upaya untuk membangunmodel riset niat beli produk pangan sehat

Abstract

Pangan sehat merupakan kebutuhan dan kompleksitas yang ada diera kekinian menjadi persolan dibalik tuntutan pemenuhan pangansehat. Terkait ini, riset tentang persepsian pangan sehat tidak hanyamengacu pendalaman teoritis tetapi juga kepentingan praktis. Tujuanriset ini untuk mengidentifikasi persepsian kaum milenial terhadapkonsumsi pangan sehat yang dilakukan dengan FGD - Focus GroupDiscussion yang melibatkan 20 generasi milenial yang diwakili olehmahasiswa dari PTS terbesar di Jawa Tengah. Hasil dari penelitianmenunjukan adanya sejumlah faktor sebagai identifikasi daya tarikdari pangan sehat sehingga temuan ini menjadi acuan bagi pemasardan distributor untuk dapat menciptakan produk pangan sehat sesuaipersepsian konsumen dan mendukung distribusinya secara merata

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 memberi dampakpositif maupun negatif di masyarakat. Banyak pekerja yangkehilangan pekerjaannya, sementara pada saat yang sama merekabelum dapat memaksimalkan kegunaan handphone yang merekamiliki. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memotivasimasyarakat agar memiliki bisnis online. Kegiatan ini dilakukan padatanggal 19 Desember 2020 di Desa Geneng Polokarto Sukoharjodihadiri oleh beberapa anggota karang taruna. Hasil pengabdianmasyarakat ini adalah tumbuhnya kesadaran pemuda untuk memulaibisnis online dengan memanfaatkan handphone yang mereka miliki.
