Abstract

AbstractThe research aims to gain help devalopment of talent student SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Ambawang of service placement and distribution. The method of this research is descriptive with research survey. The population in this research are 224 student and the sample are 54 student. The data collecting techniques of this research are direct comunication, indirect communication. The data instrument of this research interview guide, questionnaires. The conclusionof this research is that the activity of service placement and distribution to devalopment talent student SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Ambawang is 60% categorized moderate that is you say service placement and distribution already do it so increase again.Keywords:  Service Placement and Distribution, Devalopment of Talent

Abstract

ABSTRAK Air merupakan komponen lingkungan yang sangat dibutuhkan bagi kelangsungan hidup manusia dan makhluk lainnya. Berdasarkan pengamatan, pembangunan septic tank dan sumur bor sangat mempengaruhi kualitas air yang digunakan untuk keperluan sehari-hari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pembangunan septic tank dengan kualitas air sumur bor yang berada di BTN Perumnas Poasia Kota Kendari.Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan 15 sampel air sumur bor di BTN Perumnas Poasia Kota Kendari. Analisis hasil penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Lingkungan Universitas Mandala Waluya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 15 sampel air sumur bor yang diambil mengandung bakteri E.coli positif. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa air sumur bor tidak layak untuk dikonsumsi langsung. Penghuni dapat langsung mengkonsumsi air tersebut jika diolah terlebih dahulu. Penghuni hanya dapat menggunakan air untuk keperluan mandi dan mencuci Kata Kunci : Septic Tank, Sumur Bor, Kualias Air, Bakteri E.coliABSTRACT Water is a component of the environment that is needed for the survival of humans and other creatures. Based on observations, the construction of septic tanks and Drilling Wells dramatically affects the quality of water used for daily purposes. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the construction of a septic tank and the water quality of Drilling Wells located at BTN Perumnas Poasia, Kendari City.This type of research is an analytic survey with a descriptive approach. This study used 15 samples of bore well water at BTN Perumnas Poasia, Kendari City. The analysis of the research results was carried out at the Environmental Laboratory of Mandala Waluya University.The results showed that 15 samples of Drilling Well water taken contained positive E.coli bacteria. These results indicate that the Drilling Well water is not suitable for direct consumption. The occupant can consume the water directly if it is processed first. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to carry out a focused investigation on the implementation of Nazhir's professionalism in productively and contextually using cash waqf according to the needs of the ummah. Both for religious, social and economic programs, whose origin is for the benefit of the people through Islamic Financial Institutions, in this case Islamic Banks. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Sharia economic system has experienced quite good growth and development in Indonesia, this is marked by the rise of Islamic financial institutions and non-bank institutions. Sharia Economic Discourse has become an intensive discussion at seminars and workshops in order to formulate the ideal type of sharia economy. In this regard, Bank Indonesia in collaboration with the Association of Islamic Economics Experts conducted a Sharia-based Independent Village Development Program in East Java. There are several villages used as project pilots in this program, one of them is Cukir Village, Jombang Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach that is a research strategy and technique used to understand the community by gathering as many in-depth facts as possible, and presented in verbal form. The results of this study are the translation of five indicators set by Bank Indonesia related to the assessment of the sharia-based independent village. By translating into the concepts referred to from several references, the concept of an independent village based on sharia economics is found which has an activity value based on sharia principles.Keywords : Independent Village; Sharia Village; Islamic EconomicsCorrespondence to : hudafatkur@gmail.comABSTRAKSistem ekonomi Syariah mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang cukup baik di Indonesia, hal ini ditandai dengan maraknya lembaga keuangan syariah maupun lembaga non bank. Wacana Ekonomi Syariah telah menjadi dirkusus yang intensif pada seminar, lokakarya dan workshop guna merumuskan tipe yang ideal ekonomi syariah. Dalam hal ini Bank Indonesia (BI) berkerjasama dengan Ikatan Ahli Ekonomi Islam (IAEI) melakukan program Pengembangan Desa Mandiri Berbasis Ekonomi Syariah di Jawa Timur. Ada beberapa desa yang dijadikan sebagai pilot projek dalam program ini, salah satunya adalah Desa Cukir Kabupaten Jombang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu strategi dan teknik penelitian yang digunakan untuk memahami masyarakat dengan mengumpulkan sebanyak mungkin fakta mendalam, dan disajikan dalam bentuk verbal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penerjemahan 5 (lima) indikator yang telah ditetapkan oleh Bank Indonesia (BI) terkait penilaian desa mandiri berbasis ekonomi syariah tersebut. Dengan penerjemahan kedalam konsep yang dirujuk dari beberapa refrensi maka ditemukan konsep desa mandiri berbasis ekonomi syariah yang memiliki nilai aktifitas berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip syariah.Kata Kunci : Desa Mandiri, Desa Syariah, Ekonomi SyariahKorespondensi : hudafatkur@gmail.com

Abstract

 Era perkembangan teknologi mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat dalam dasawarsa ini. Perkembangannya mempengaruhi hampir setiap sendi kehidupan, sehingga berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap gaya hidup, cara kerja dan cara berfikir masyarakat, untuk menjadi manusia yang tangguh dalam teknologi. Siswa perlu memiliki kemampuan memperoleh, memilih dan mengelola informasi secara cepat dan tepat dari berbagai sumber, sebagai contoh adalah aplikasi multimedia. Aplikasi multimedia digunakan untuk menjelaskan satu sistem yang terdiri dari beberapa media, dimana sudah digunakan media komunikasi dan informasi lebih dari satu cara. Aplikasi multimedia memungkinkan pemakai komputer untuk mendapatkan output dalam bentuk yang lebih banyak dari media grafis. Matematika adalah salah satu pelajaran penting yang diterima oleh anak-anakusia sekolah. Setiap anak-anak diberikan pelajaran matematika sejak dinikarena matematika sangat perlu dikuasai agar anak-anak dapat menyelesaikanmasalah yang lebih kompleks lagi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sudah menjadi pendapat umum, bahwa matematika kurang diminati oleh siswa diseluruh jenjang pendidikan. Kekurangan minat belajar siswa terhadap matematika seperti inilah yang sekarang banyak terjadi di sekolah-sekolah baik negeri maupun swasta di Indonesia.oleh karena itu peneliti tertarik untuk menerapkan Adobe Flash CS 4 dalam proses pembelajaran matematika agar mampumembantu anak-anak dalam mempelajari matematika secara mudah danmenyenangkan.Kata kunci           : Matematika,  Adobe Flash, Aplikasi Multimedia

Abstract

Break Even Point Analysis is an analysis that is used by the company to find out or planning on what the sales volume. The purpose of this study is to determine how determaining Break Even Point CV. Uul Anugerah Surabaya in 2011-2015 and to investigate the extent to which the role Break Even Point to the CV profit planning. Uul Anugerah Surabaya. The Conducted research approach is qualitative descriptive study, with data collection procedures used are interviews and documentation with data processing using descriptive analysis. Break Even Point has a significant role in the company, namely Break Even Point as a short-term planning tool, as a minimum sales information company, and as a tool for the development strategy to achieve the company's earnings. CV. Uul Anugerah management needs to maintain the achievement in 2011-2015 as well as the necessity of making a sales and costs per month as a material evaluation of progress made and the need for more promotions, more heavily in the consumer interest.

Abstract

Background: In the industrial sector, the number of workers employed quite a lot, with the type and intensity of the various aspects of the environment including physical, chemical, biological and psychosocial. Various kinds of environments can cause a variety of occupational diseases.Aim: To determine the relationship between distance and time exposure PT. Putra Sultra Samudera Kendari against cataractsMethods: This research are a survey research with cross sectional analytic study, the data collection are  done in a certain time to describe the condition of the populationResults: The results showed a strong relationship between the suitability of distance, time of exposure to diseases cataractsConclusions: There are a positive correlation and significant influence between the suitability of the distance and time of exposure with cataract disorder, the use of Personal Protective Equipment showed a positive relationship and did not have a significant effect on cataract disorders in workers in the welding parts firm PT. Putra Sultra Samudera Kendari.

Abstract

The Influence of Motivation, Understanding, Attitudes, Subjective Norms, and Perceived Behavioral Control on the Intention of Accounting Students to Take Chartered Accountant (CA) Professional Accountant Certification. A person is considered a professional as evidenced by a professional certification. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of motivation, understanding, attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control on the intention of accounting students to take the Chartered Accountant (CA) professional accountant certification. This study uses quantitative methods with an explanatory research approach. The population used were undergraduate accounting students at University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya, STIESIA Surabaya, Airlangga University Surabaya, and the National Development University "Veteran" East Java Surabaya. The sampling technique used is the Purposive Sampling technique with a total of 98 students. Data was collected using a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. Test The research instrument used is validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test used is normality test, multi collinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test used is multiple linear analysis test and t test. The results in this study indicate that motivation and subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on the intentions of accounting students, while attitudes and perceived behavioral control have a positive and insignificant effect on the intentions of accounting students, and understanding has a negative and insignificant effect on the intentions of accounting students to take accountant certification. professional Chartered Accountant (CA).

Abstract

Berdasarkan data di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tonggauna Utara dari data 3 tahun terakhir, jumlah kasus TB Paru pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 15 kasus, pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 23 kasus dan pada tahun 2023 meningkat 38 kasus. Jumlah kasus TB Paru tersebut dari tahun ketahun mengalami kenaikan dari tahun 2020-2023. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kondisi fisik rumah terhadap kejadian tuberkulosis paru di Desa Nambeaboru Kecamatan Tonggauna Kabupaten Konawe. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan Case Control. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 dengan teknik simpel random sampling. Data diuji menggunakan ods ratio. Dari hasil penelitian di dapatkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kepadatan hunian nilai p 0,001 (OR=18,66;95%CI=3,13-111), ventilasi nilai p=0,087 (OR=5;95%CI=0,99-25,2), suhu nilai p=0,049 (OR=5,25;95CI%=0,99-27,69), kelembaban nilai p=0,008 (OR=10;95CI%=0,016-4,21) dan pencahayaan nilai p=0,000 (OR=18,51;95%CI=0,23-4,21). Diharapkan kepada Puskesmas Tonggauna untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang penyakit tuberkulosis paru terutama faktor kesehatan lingkungan rumah apa saja yang berhubungan cara penularan, pencegahan dan pengobatan.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate research trends in the implementation of the EPA Method (Exploration, Introduction, and Application of Concepts) through bibliometric analysis based on the Google Scholar (GS) database in the field of education over the last 10 years. The database was reviewed using Harzing's Publish or Perish on October 14, 2024. The method used was a quantitative method with a descriptive bibliometric approach. The results of the bibliometric analysis show a significant increase in the number of publications examining this method in the last 10 years, with varying increases each year, indicating high academic interest in approaches to exploration, introduction, and application of the concept. In addition, visual analysis using VOS viewer shows a map of the relationships between various terms related to the EPA Method. The increasing number of publications and academic attention shows that the exploration, introduction, and application of concept approaches are relevant to today's educational needs. Therefore, researchers and educational practitioners are expected to utilize these findings to design more effective, innovative, and contextual learning strategies according to the characteristics of learners.
