Abstract

In essence, the success of an educational institution is strongly influenced by the way in which the institution is managed. Indeed, a good educational institution must be managed with good management as well. As time goes by, the way of learning management will also be different. A good way of learning management in the era of globalization is by adjusting the times, such as the current era of globalization. Objectives: To find out more about the urgency of learning management, and to know ways to manage Islamic education in the era of globalization. By using the research library approach method. So the attitude of indifference to Islamic education caused by the negative impact of technological developments, this certainly should not be allowed. Therefore, this article discusses the urgency of learning management in the era of globalization which contains ways to manage education well in the current era of globalization. Management is needed and important in planning an ideal education by following the times, but the existence of learning management should not be lost.

Abstract

This article examines efforts to develop creativity in the context of education in madrasas, Islamic boarding schools, in Baharen village with the main aim of increasing competitiveness in the modern era. This research explores educational strategies, methods and practices that can stimulate student creativity in traditional and rural Islamic educational environments. The research results show that the application of innovative approaches in the teaching and learning process, community involvement, and the use of technology contribute significantly to improving the quality of education and creativity of the younger generation. These findings provide important insights into how education can play an important role in preparing students to compete in the ever-changing modern era.

Abstract

This research examines the need for correspondence management training for administrative staff through a literature review from various related literature sources. Correspondence management is an important activity in office administration, but often does not receive adequate attention. This can cause problems such as mail flow jams, loss of important documents, and slow administration processes. To overcome this problem, appropriate training is needed for administrative staff so that they can manage correspondence effectively and efficiently. Through searching various journals, books and other literary sources, information was obtained about the importance of correspondence management, the obstacles faced by administrative staff, as well as best practices in managing correspondence. From the literature review, relevant training needs for administrative staff were identified, such as digital archiving, handling confidential letters, and the use of information technology-based correspondence management information systems. The results of this literature research provide a comprehensive picture of the needs for correspondence management training for administrative staff. These findings are the basis for designing training programs that suit the real needs of administrative staff, so that they can optimize correspondence management and support the smooth running of administrative processes in the organization.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of leadership on innovation in the context of entrepreneurial organizations. Effective leadership has been proven to be a key factor in driving innovation, a key element for entrepreneurial sustainability and growth. To explain the relationship between leadership and innovation, this study uses a comprehensive research approach, including document analysis, surveys, and interviews. Findings suggest that leadership that inspires, supports, and models innovation can have a significant impact on an organization's entrepreneurial ability to create and implement innovation. These findings provide valuable insights for practitioners and policy makers in the context of entrepreneurial organizations and demonstrate the important role for leaders in developing a strong innovation culture. In an era of constant change, innovation has become a key factor for the survival of entrepreneurial organizations, and effective leadership can play an important role in encouraging and driving the innovation process. This study provides an in-depth analysis of a number of leadership variables, including leadership style, decision-making skills, and communication, and how these variables impact an organization's ability to create, adopt, and implement innovation. It also emphasizes the important role of leaders in creating a culture of innovation that supports and encourages creativity throughout entrepreneurial organizations. The implications of this research are important for leaders and policymakers seeking to optimize the role of leadership in supporting the long-term success of innovative and entrepreneurial organizations.
