Abstract

In the current era of technology, almost all human activities require the help of sophisticated devices that can easily assist their activities. This certainly implies to educators and prospective educators to be able to apply ways of learning by utilizing the latest technology. Rapid technological developments now require innovation and transformation in learning. One of these innovations is blended learning. According to Jeanne Lam (2014) stated that traditional learning has often been carried out in learning so that in the current century the use of internet technology has begun to emerge, e-learning has been effectively used in higher education, one of which is learning with blended learning. In this modern era, technology demands innovation to improve the quality of education, including the development of learning media. The role of learning media is very important to support a more varied learning process. Good use of media can help educators in optimizing the learning process, so that educators will have more time to pay attention to other educational aspects, such as helping students' learning difficulties, personality formation , motivate learning, and others. Multimedia is a multimedia display designed by designers so that the appearance fulfills the function of informing messages and has interactivity to its users. while multimedia interactivity includes (1) users are involved to interact with application programs; and (2) information application aims to enable users to get the desired information choices without having to devour everything.

Abstract

Dalam setiap sekolah tentunya mempersiapkan perencanaan pendidikan yang berbeda, bergantung pada kemampuan dan kompetensi guru pelajaran yang merancang RPP nya. Perencanaan tersebut memudahkan guru maupun sekolah dalam menentukan hasil dari proses pembelajaran yang akan dilakukan. Baik dari segi indikator pencapaian maupun tujuan pembelajaran akan menunjukkan fokus utama nilai karakter akan dicapai. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berdasarkan wawancara untuk mendapatkan data valid dari Informan. Data yang diperoleh berupa transkrip wawancara yang kemudian dianalisis dan dikelompokkan berdasarkan topik pembahasan yang disampaikan oleh narasumber. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai Implementasi Perencanaan Pendidikan dalam Membentuk Karakter Berani dan Mandiri oleh Pendidik di SDN 112140 Rantauprapat.Hasil dari penelitian tersebut menyatakan bahwa penanaman karakter siswa- siswi tidak hanya berfokus pada saat proses belajar mengajar di kelas. Penanaman karakter dapat juga dilakukan dengan merancang kegiatan sekolah yang menuntut siswa untuk berani tampil didepan umum. Menyampaikan argumen, membacakan soal, bernyanyi, berhitung dan membaca ayat di depan seluruh siswa saat berada di lapangan seperti yang dilakukan oleh sekolah ini termasuk kegiatan yang menumbuhkan karakter berani pada siswa.

Abstract

Abstrak Surat dianggap sebagai sarana komunikasi yang efektif karena memungkinkan penyampaian pesan secara jelas, terperinci dan dapat diperiksa kembali oleh penerima. Kajian ini dimaksudkan untuk meninjau bagaimana surat menjadi sarana komunikasi yang efektif dengan memahami pentingnya bentuk serta jenis yang sesuai. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan  yang mana kami melakukan literatur baik dari buku, catatan maupun laporan hasil penelitian dari penelitian terdahulu kajian ini menemukan: Segala sesuatu yang ditulis di dalam surat wujudnya dibedakan menjadi tujuh jenis, yaitu surat terbagi atas surat bersampul, kartu pos, warkat pos, telegram , teleks atau faksimile, memo dan nota. Yang mana berdasarkan tingkat kepentingannya surat dibedakan menjadi tiga jenis, yaitu surat biasa, surat kilat dan surat kilat khusus. Kata Kunci : Surat, sarana komunikasi   Abstrak Letters are considered an effective means of communication because they allow the message to be conveyed clearly, in detail and can be checked again by the recipient. This study is intended to review how letters become an effective means of communication by understanding the importance of appropriate form and type. By using a library research approach where we conducted literature from books, notes and research reports from previous research, this study found: Everything that is written in a letter is divided into seven types, namely letters divided into hardcover letters, postcards, scripts. post, telegram, telex or fax, memo and note. Based on the level of importance, letters are divided into three types, namely ordinary letters, express letters and special express letters. Kata Kunci : Letters, means of communication

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan guru di Sekolah Dasar 010114 Pulo Rakyat Pekan . Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Perencanaan kebutuhan guru sudah dilakukan dengan menganalisis kekurangan guru, dengan melibatkan dewan guru saja. Rekrutmen tidak bisa dilakukan secara prosedur Pembinaan dan pengembangan sudah dilakukan walaupun sifatnya masih sederhana.Pemotivasian secara positif beluam ada yang dilakukan, hanya diperlukan untuk selalu bersemangat dalam menjalankan tugas. Perpindahan (mutasi) sudah dilakukan yang sifatnya roling tugas mengajar. Pengawasan dan penilaian sudah dilakukan dengan cara catatan harian dan supervisi kelas. Pemberhentian sudah dilakukan terutama bagi PNS yang telah memasuki masa pensiun dan bagi tenga honorer yang mengundurkan diri. Serta hambatan hambatan dalam penerapan kebijakan pendidikan dan bagaimana pengelolaan guru dalam pengeloaan belajar mengajar disekolah.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of describing the planning and implementation process of the program in accelerated students to create outstanding students and describe student achievements after joining the acceleration program. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach that goes through the stages of interview, observation, and documentation. Parties directly involved such as the deputy head of the madrasah for curriculum, the program implementation team, and students became resource persons in the research. The results show that the implementation of the acceleration program carried out by the school to create outstanding students is still in the process of development. The school evaluates and changes every year in the implementation of the program to adapt it to the needs of students and solve problems that arise. So that the implementation of the acceleration program can optimize student achievement in the academic and non-academic fields. The academic achievements of students look quite good judging from the results of the report card and the number of student graduations. In the last 1 year, accelerated student graduation is the entire student enrolled in the program. However, for non-academic achievements, students are still not prominent because the school does not focus on them too much. Students are free to choose where to develop their interests and talents based on the extracurricular programs provided by the school
