Abstract

Improving the welfare of farm laborers may do with the counseling program and Pepaya california growing practices. This program provides knowledge about business prospect and how to plant Pepaya california by a farmer who have been successful and experienced. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek mediasi etos kerja pada pengaruh religious terhadap kesuksesan(kinerja) bisnis pengusaha UMKM pada masa Pandemi Covid 19 di Banyumas, Jawa Tengah. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengusaha usaha kecil dan menengah di Banyumas sekitarnya dengan sampel sebanyak 53 pengusaha UMKM dengan menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Smart PLS (partial Least Square). Berdasarkan analisis PLS-SEM, religius berpengaruh secara positif dan tidak signifikan dapat terhadap Kesuksesan (kinerja) bisnis pada masa epidemi Covid 19. Etos kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kesuksesan (kinerja) bisnis pada masa epidemi Covid 19, Religius berpengaruh secara positif dan tidak signifikan dapat terhadap etika bisnis pada masa epidemi Covid 19 dan Tidak terdapat efek mediasi Etos kerja pada pengaruh Religius terhadap Kesuksesan (kinerja) bisnis pada masa epidemi Covid 19. Nilai R2 sebesar 0,389 atau 38,9% artinya Kesuksesan wirausaha dapat dipengaruhi variabel kompetensi, religius, dan etos kerja 38,9% sedangkan sisanya 61,1% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Sedangkan etos kerja dipengaruhi oleh religius sebesar 23,6%. Nilai Blind Folding Q2 variabel Kesuksesan kewirausahaan (Y) telah diatas 0 maka dapat dikatakan model baik. Sedangkan nilai model fit sebesar 0,664 artinya bahwa ketepatan model sebesar 66,4%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial experience, financial self-efficacy and risk tolerance on investment decisions mediated by financial behavior. The population in this study were local individual investors in the Indonesian Capital Market. Sample selection in this study was carried out using purposive sampling techniques. The sample used in this study was 300 samples. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis, instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, model fit test, and hypothesis test. The results of the study show that financial literacy, financial experience and financial self-efficacy have a positive effect on financial behavior. Risk tolerance does not have a positive impact on financial behavior. Financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, risk tolerance and financial behavior positively influence investment decisions. Financial experience has no positive effect on investment decisions. Financial behavior has proven to be able to mediate the influence of financial literacy, financial experience and financial self-efficacy on investment decisions. Financial behavior has proven unable to mediate the effect of risk tolerance on investment decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine self-efficacy mediating the influence of entrepreneurship education and the family environment on the interest in entrepreneurship. The population of this study was 398 active undergraduate management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, 2019. The sample was obtained using a cluster sampling technique of 200 students. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and PLS-SEM analysis using SmartPLS version 3. The descriptive statistical analysis results showed that the interest in entrepreneurship variable was in the agreed position, the entrepreneurship education variable was in the agreed position, the family environment variable was in the neutral position, and the self-efficacy variable was in a position to agree. The results of the PLS-SEM analysis show that entrepreneurship education has a not significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest, family environment and self-efficacy have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest, entrepreneurship education and family environment have a significant positive effect on self-efficacy, and self-efficacy is able to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and family environment on interest in entrepreneurship in a positive and significant way. Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek efikasi diri dalam memediasi pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Aktif Manajemen S1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto angkatan 2019 berjumlah 398 mahasiswa, sampel diperoleh menggunakan teknik cluster sampling sebanyak 200 mahasiswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis SEM PLS menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel minat berwirausaha berada di posisi setuju, variabel pendidikan kewirausahaan berada di posisi setuju, variabel lingkungan keluarga berada di posisi netral, dan variabel efikasi diri berada di posisi setuju. Hasil analisis SEM PLS menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, lingkungan keluarga dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, dan efikasi diri mampu memediasi hubungan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha secara positif dan signifikan. Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of political connections and women directors on company value with financial performance as a mediating variable. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that political connections and women directors have a positive effect on financial performance. However, the result showed that political connections and women directors have no effect on company value. Then, the result also showed that financial performance has a positive effect on company value. The results of the mediation test using the Sobel test showed that financial performance is able to mediate the relationship between political connections and company value, while financial performance does not mediate women directors and company value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of personal factors, organizational factors, non-organizational factors and self-efficacy on the organizational commitment of PT. Korean Indonesia Business Network. Sampling using incidental sampling method through a questionnaire. The sample used is 143 employees. The analytical technique used in this research is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that personal factors, organizational factors, non-organizational factors, and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Based on the test results, the coefficient of determination R2 adjusted is 96,2%. Abstract

The research conducted by the researchers aimed to analyze the influence of the work environment, work stress, and work discipline on cyberloafing behavior in employees of the Banyumas Regency Education Service. This research is quantitative. The variables of work environment, work stress, and work discipline are independent, while cyberloafing behavior is the dependent variable. The respondents were 87 employees, with a census sampling technique so that the population and research sample were all respondents. Statistical analysis uses SmartPLS 3.0 as a research analysis tool to test validity, reliability, and hypotheses. The research results show that the work environment has a negative and significant influence on cyberloafing behavior, work stress has a positive and significant influence on cyberloafing behavior, and work discipline has a negative and insignificant influence on cyberloafing behavior. In conclusion, special attention is needed to work stress by superiors to reduce the possibility of employee doing cyberloafing behavior.

Abstract

This investigation examines the impact of workload, work discipline, and organizational climate regarding the village's structural dedication organizational apparatus in the Bojongsari Sub-district. This study method is quantitative to test the relationship between variables. The population in this research was 117 village officials in Bojongsari District. Sampling technique using quota. The data collection instrument used a five-level Likert scale questionnaire. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS. The findings found that workload has a positive impact and has no negative influence on Organisational Commitment. Work discipline has a positive impact on positive but negligible effects are seen on commitment to the organization from the environment and commitment to the company.

Abstract

The study aims to test and analyze the impact of workload, work-family conflict, and rewarding on employee job satisfaction at Laksana New Swalayan Majenang. This type of research is quantitative-survey research. The sample consisted of 95 employees or a total of employees at the New Swalayan Majenang. Sampling techniques In this study using saturated sampling technique and analytical tools using SmartPLS version 3.0. The results of the study found that the workload variables were most influential with relatively large path coefficients (positive), as well as high T Statistics and significant P Values on job satisfaction, work family conflict had a negative and significant impact on job content, reward has no effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Smart Fisheries Village (SFV) atau kampung perikanan pintar merupakan program KKP RI yang kegiatan utamanya adalah usaha tani minapadi yang mempertimbangkan kearifan lokal yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi keterbatasan lahan dalam budidaya ikan dan penanaman padi, meningkatkan ketersediaan pangan dan protein hewani, meningkatkan gizi dan kesejahteraan keluarga. SFV diharapkan dapat mengubah wajah kampung perikanan menjadi lebih berdaya saing karena kegiatan ekonomi di dalamnya menjadi lebih beragam, seperti adanya spot wisata hingga produksi produk UMKM. Jenis ikan yang banyak dibudidayakan pada sistem minapadi khususnya di daerah Jawa Tengah yaitu ikan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus), Nilem (Osteochilus vittatus), Mas (Cyprinus carpio). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis turunan aspek ekonomi dan sosial nilai tambah minapadi di SFV Desa Panembangan Kecamatan Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi obyek yang alamiah, dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instrumen kunci sedangkan metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengolah data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budidaya minapadi yang dilakukan terdiri dari beberapa proses, yaitu pemilihan lokasi, persiapan lahan dan wadah, pemilihan benih padi dan ikan, persemaian benih padi, penanaman padi, penebaran benih ikan, pemupukan, penyiangan gulma, manjemen kualitas air, pemeliharaan ikan, pengendalian hama dan penyakit serta pemanenan. Hasil turunan nilai tambah sistem minapadi adalah benih ikan sisa yang diolah menjadi kripik ikan dan pakan ikan hias serta obyek wisata yang potensial. Minapadi dapat meminimalisir risiko hilangnya sumber pendapatan petani dan pembudidaya ikan.
