Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah ini mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru melalui peran pengawas dan kepala sekolah di SMA Negeri 7 Kota Tangerang. Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah ini terdiri dari 2 siklus, dan tiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Adapun indikator keberhasilan adalah penelitian ini dikatakan berhasil jika terjadi peningkatan hasil skor rata-rata komitmen tugas minimal 80 % dengan kategori tinggi dan kompetensi pedagogik minimal 65 % guru rata-rata mencapai kriteria amat baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terjadi komitmen tugas dengan nilai rata-rata 74,41 termasuk pada kategori sedang pada siklus pertama dan pada siklus kedua mencapai nilai rata-rata 81,93 termasuk pada kategori tinggi. 2) Aktivitas guru dalam mengikuti workshop penyusunan RPP yang lengkap dan Kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan nilai rata-rata 65,4 % yaitu 11 orang atau 22 % guru dengan kriteria amat baik, 32 orang atau 64 % dengan kategori baik dan 7 orang atau 14 % dengan kategori cukup pada siklus pertama dan meningkat pada siklus kedua mencapai nilai rata-rata 73,2 % dengan 35 orang atau 70 % guru dengan kriteria amat baik, 15 orang atau 30 % dengan kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini penulis memberikan saran kepada guru SMA Negeri 7 Kota Tangerang agar dapat melibatkan diri dalam kegiatan MGMP sehingga dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam mengajar di kelas dan untuk kepala sekolah agar memfasilitasi guru yang jadi bawahannya untuk aktif dalam kegiatan MGMP guna meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogiknya.Kata Kunci: Komitmen Tugas, Kompetensi Pedagogik

Abstract

A systematic procedure to obtain the main parameters which characterize a commercial solar cells, both in dark conditions (series and shunt resistances and recombination and diffusion saturation currents) and also under illumination (short circuit current, open circuit voltage and fill factor) are presented in this paper. All the measurements needed are made with simple and inexpensive apparatus and the calculations are straightforward.

Abstract

Inclusive education is a sort of equity and nondiscriminatory education in which children with and without disabilities receive the same education. Inclusive education is a type of special education that requires all children with disabilities to get an education on a par with their peers. Until now, children with varying abilities (disabled) have received unique educational facilities called Special Schools that are adapted to their degree and kind of disability (SLB). Inadvertently, the special education system has erected a barrier of exclusivity for students with disabilities. Implementing inclusive education for children with special needs should generate a pleasant, welcoming environment and build students' confidence in their ability to get an appropriate education according with their rights. In Indonesia, inclusive schools are still not being implemented according to the concepts and rules proposed, both in terms of pupils, teacher credentials, facilities and infrastructure, and parental and community support. Inclusion in education is still a relatively new phenomena in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership skills and organizational climate on job satisfaction that affects the performance of the business at PT. Inti Jaya Purnama, Central Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. This research employed a quantitative research design with the survey method. The samples are 155 employees chosen using random sampling. Data are analyzed using the structural equation modeling based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS version 3.0. PLS is used in structural equation modeling based on a standardized coefficient of regression (β) that allows for the simultaneous examination of both the measurement and structural models. The research findings acquired via this approach are subsequently assessed 1) transformational leadership skills on job satisfaction with the value of t observation as much as 10.035 which is bigger than the tα as much as 1.975 with the value of significance as much as 0.000 which is less than 0.05; 2) Organizational climate affects positively and significantly on job satisfaction with the value of t observation as much 4.955 which is bigger than the tα as much as 1.975 with the value of significance as much as 0.000 which is less than 0.05; and 3) job satisfaction has a significant effect on business performance with the value of t observation as much as 22.687 which is bigger than the tα as much as 1.975 with the value of significance as much as 0.000 which is less than 0.05.

Abstract

This paper’s objectives are to know the influence of entrepreneurial leadership and innovation capacity on employee productivity and its implication on business performance. The method used is quantitative research implemented as a survey on several Supermarket. The data is analyzed using path analysis and mediation process. Research findings: First, entrepreneurial leadership and innovation capacity affect significantly employee productivity simultaneously. Second, entrepreneurial leadership affects employee productivity significantly. Third, innovation capacity affects employee productivity significantly. Fourth, employee productivity affects business performance significantly. Fifth, entrepreneurial leadership affects significantly on business performance as mediated by employee productivity. Sixth, Innovation Capacity affects significantly on business performance as mediated by employee productivity

Abstract

The study seeks to ascertain and evaluate Ethical Leadership in Shaping Employee Work Behavior at PT. BDE. The study's research approach is a descriptive qualitative method, through interviews and observations with the research object, namely the employees of PT. BDE . The findings from the study and debate are 1. Ethical leadership applied by PT BDE in its employees is a) creating the right values and morals in the workplace, b) shaping the way an employee carries out their work duties with high moral standards , c) fostering loyalty, discipline, order, neatness and creating employees who have attitude. 2. Employee Work Behavior at PT. BDE is already quite good, namely working well and being responsible, outgoing and hardworking. However, it has both positive and negative types of behavior.

Abstract

Technological developments have led to the rapid growth of dynamics in education transformation. Technological developments in the digital world lead to new learning systems and methods. These developments can be marked by the emergence of the determination of the era of globalization towards the era of Society 5.0. Therefore, the Indonesian state needs to see its country’s readiness to face the Society 5.0 era for its education sector. This research will use a qualitative approach and data from previous studies. The study results found that education development in the era of Society 5.0 was strongly influenced by technology. This phenomenon can help overcome educational problems during the Covid-19 pandemic because the focus is on using various technologies, so there is no need for education through traditional face-to-face methods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tata kelola penyelenggaraan Sertifikasi Dosen (Serdos) SMART. Simple (lebih ringkas), Modern-More Innovative (penyelenggaraan seluruhnya secara daring), Accountable (dapat dipertanggungjawabkan), Responsive (tanggap terhadap perubahan), Transparent (pemantauan realtime oleh pihak berwenang) menggunakan pendekatan kelembagaan baru (new institutionalism) dengan prinsip common-pool resource dari Elinor Ostrom. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif di Direktorat Sumber Daya, Ditjen Dikti, dengan 20 informan yang dipilih secara purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara semi-struktur yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Serdos SMART bertujuan meningkatkan profesionalisme dosen, implementasinya masih menghadapi kendala dalam koordinasi, sistem manajerial, serta pemenuhan persyaratan sertifikasi. Prinsip Ostrom mengenai pengelolaan sumber daya bersama dapat memberikan perspektif baru dalam meningkatkan efektivitas tata kelola Serdos SMART, terutama dalam aspek regulasi, partisipasi pemangku kepentingan, serta mekanisme pemantauan dan evaluasi. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis bagi pengembangan model tata kelola kebijakan pendidikan tinggi dan secara praktis dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam menyempurnakan tata kelola dalam penyelenggaraan Serdos SMART.
