Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap paramedis terhadap perilaku partisipatif dalam deteksi dini kanker serviks.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Observasional Analitik dengan rancangan potong lintang. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang berasal dari hasil wawancara dan kuesioner tervalidasi. Jumlah minimal sampel adalah 206.Hasil: Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 220 wanita dengan tingkat pengetahuan pap smear 75,5% dan tes IVA 85,0%. Untuk responden yang melakukan pap smear 6,4%, dan tes IVA 16,8%. Hasil didapatkan tidak ada hubungan antara variabel tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap perilaku partisipatif dalam deteksi dini kanker serviks pada paramedis wanita (P>0,05).Diskusi: Menurut teori IBM, perilaku yang terjadi dipengaruhi oleh lima faktor, yaitu pengetahuan dan keterampilan, kecenderungan berperilaku, minat berperilaku, kendala lingkungan, dan kebiasaan berperilaku. Penelitian ini memberikan pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap perilaku paramedis.Kesimpulan: Tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap paramedik perempuan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keikutsertaan tes IVA dan Pap smear.Toward Participation Behavior in Early Detection of Cervical Cancer on Women ParamedicAbstract Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of paramedics on participatory behavior in early detection of cervical cancer.Method: This research is an Analytical Observational Research with a cross-sectional design. The data used are primary data derived from validated interviews and questionnaires. The minimum sample size is 206.Result: This study was conducted on 220 women with a Pap smear level of knowledge of 75.5% and an IVA test of 85.0%. For respondents who did pap smears were 6.4%, and IVA tests were 16.8%. The results showed no relationship between the variable level of knowledge and attitudes towards participatory behavior in early detection of cervical cancer in female paramedics (P> 0.05).Discussion: According to IBM theory, a behavior that occurs is influenced by the following five factors, knowledge and skills, the tendency to behave, the interest to behave, environmental constraints, and habits to behave. This study analyzes the effect of knowledge and attitudes on paramedical behavior.Conclusion: The level of knowledge and attitudes of women paramedics did not affect the participation of IVA tests and Pap smears.Key word: Knowledge, attitudes, behavior, early detection of cervical cancer

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a significant impact for individuals, especially in employees. Some companies have reduced the number of employees so that employees have to experience layoffs (PHK). As for the effect that can arises from layoffs, such as depression and anxiety, therefore it takes a coping strategies to be able reduce the impact. The purpose of this study is to see how coping strategies are used by employees to survive and face problems, and how the ability of employees to find new jobs after being layoff during a pandemic period. This study used a qualitative research method, using a case study. Participants in this study were 3 individuals with the criteria of employees who experienced layoffs during the pandemic. Data collection using semi-stuctured interviews. The results of this study found that the strategies coping used by the subjects were dominant in problem focused coping.

Abstract

Abstract— The study aims to identify the supply chain management and its impact on customer service, as well as indicating the role of supply chain management in improving sales and identifying the views of managers working in the corporate about supply chain management. Relying on the mindfulness framework, we argue that dispositional mindfulness has an impact on workplace outcomes, include service climate. Supply chain strategy tested as mediators of this relationship. This study was an explanatory survey among supervisors of the railway transportation service provider in Jakarta, Indonesia. The quota sampling technique was performed. The participants in this study were 357 supervisors. They filled the self-report questionnaires. The data analyzed by using Structural Equation Modelling with Lisrel 8.7 software. Results indicated that those with greater mindfulness report more positive service climate’ perception, and greater supply chain strategy. As expected, the relationship between mindfulness and service climate was mediated by supply chain strategy. The theoretical implication of this study was the empirical evidence regarding the mechanism that mediates the impact of mindfulness on workplace outcomes, with supply chain strategy as a potential mediating role. Results support the usefulness of further examination of the benefits of mindfulness in the workplace context.

Abstract

The Indonesian Army (TNI AD) is improving its main capabilities to meet the demand of the changing form of armed conflict. As for human capabilities, leadership is still counted as the main capabilities. To develop its capabilities as an organization, TNI AD must focus on its soldiers' readiness to change. Based on the previous research findings and the need to change in TNI AD, research must be conducted to demonstrate the effect of leadership style on TNI AD soldiers' readiness to change This study aims to determine the effect of battalion commander’s leadership style on soldiers’ readiness to change in Xth Infantry Battalion. Data collection using questionnaires has been completed for both variables, the commander's leadership style and soldiers’ readiness to change. The analytical tool used in this study is simple linear regression analysis, correlation test, and t-test using SPSS for windows 23.0. The result showed that the transformational leadership of the Xth Infantry Battalion Commander has positive effects on readiness to change of soldiers from Xth Infantry Battalion. The coefficient determinant demonstrated from this study is 50,2%, meaning that the Xth battalion commander's transformational leadership effect on soldiers' readiness to change is 50,2%. This study is preliminary and has its limitations. However, this study can be developed in many ways for the benefit of the Indonesian Army to change to meet the ever-changing dynamics of armed conflict.

Abstract

Permasalahan retensi merupakan permasalahan yang harus dihadapi banyak angkatan bersenjata di seluruh dunia. Di sisi lain, permasalahan ini juga merupakan tantangan bagi TNI AD. Angka retensi pada TNI AD relatif stabil, yaitu dengan jumlah kurang dari 1% per tahunnya. Meskipun begitu, TNI AD harus mampu memastikan bahwa para perwira yang memutuskan untuk pensiun dini bukanlah perwira potensial, seperti telah mengikuti pendidikan staf dan komando atau pernah menduduki jabatan sebagai komandan yang berprestasi, karena investasi yang telah dilakukan akan menjadi sia-sia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan adaptasi alat ukur Intention to Leave (ITL) untuk TNI AD. Instrumen yang dikembangkan didasari oleh teori dari Meyer et al. (1993) yang mendefinisikan tiga dimensi yang berhubungan dengan intention to leave, yaitu how frequently thinks about leaving, how likely search for a job in another organization, dan how likely individual will actually leave within next year. Skala ITL dalam penelitian ini disajikan kepada 73 perwira menengah yang berdinas di Sekolah Staf dan Komando TNI AD dengan menggunakan online platforms. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa construct reliability pada tiap dimensi adalah sebesar 0,834, 0,841 dan 0,859 secara berurutan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa reliabilitas pengukuran berada pada rentang yang dapat diterima. Melalui perhitungan second-order confirmatory factor analysis, diperoleh hasil χ2 = 1.922, P = 0,004, RMSEA = 0,113, SRMR = 0,050, dan CFI = 0,97. Hasil tersebut berada dalam kategori model yang marginal dan good fit, sehingga secara internal mendukung validitas instrumen dalam mengukur ITL. Saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya yaitu perlu mempertimbangkan sampel yang lebih besar, karakter demografi, latar belakang budaya, dan dapat diberikan pada Golongan Bintara atau Golongan Tamtama.

Abstract

Perilaku seksual dini menimbulkan dampak yang merugikan bagi remaja. Perilaku seksual remaja dapat diprediksi melalui intensi seksual. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi seksual remaja adalah keyakinan mengenai hubungan seksual yang bersumber dari pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan ketersediaan sarana di lingkungan. Namun, beberapa penelitian menunjukkan hasil yang tidak konsisten mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi seksual remaja dan membutuhkan penyelidikan lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor demografi dan perilaku yang membentuk intensi seksual pada 1,006 siswa SMA di Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Intensi Seksual Remaja Indonesia untuk mengukur intensi seksual remaja dan uji beda non- parametrik Kruskall-Wallis dan Mann Whitney U sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usia, jenis kelamin, pengalaman seks pertama, pengalaman seksual, status hubungan romantis, dan sumber informasi seksual menyebabkan perbedaan intensi seksual. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk menyusun program pencegahan dan penanganan masalah hubungan seksual dini yang diarahkan pada pemberian edukasi seksual sedini mungkin, pelibatan teman sebaya dan media dalam komunikasi seksual yang sehat, serta penguatan fungsi pengawasan orang tua.

Abstract

Leadership has a significant impact on organizational resilience and employee well-being. In accordance with International Test Commission guidelines, this study translated and validated the R.I.G.H.T. Leadership Scale for Indonesian employees. Online information was gathered from 302 workers from various industries (162 men and 140 women, ages 19–41). Psychometric testing, expert review, and forward-backward translation were all part of the adaptation. With over 90% expert agreement, the content validity was excellent (I-CVI and S-CVI = 0.99). A good model fit was found by confirmatory factor analysis (χ² = 136.65, df = 80, p <.001; RMSEA = 0.036; CFI = 1.00; GFI = 0.94). With slight declines ascribed to cultural and linguistic factors, reliability was high (α = 0.804–0.884). Despite its limitations, which include young samples and a lack of test-retest data, the Indonesian version is generally valid, dependable, and helpful for evaluating leadership practices.
