Abstract

This article discusses the change management Institution of Islam in the Era of globalization. The existence of Islamic educational institutions now is faced with various challenges, namely the existence of the current globalization, development of science and technology and the flow of information that is always evolving and constantly growing fast. In this era of technological advancement could not be avoided because of advances in technology will run in accordance with the development of science. Each innovation was created to provide positive benefits to human life. The technology also provides a lot of convenience, as well as a new way of doing human activities. Humans also already enjoy many of the benefits brought by the technological innovations that have been produced in the last decade. An attempt looking for a new idea about change management in Islamic institution certainly is not easy, therefore the need for the support of all parties. MTsN 1 Malang is a madrasah that is able to manage the institution so that it is able to survive as a flagship school of Islam, considering the development of the religion of Islam which should be offset by means of an adequate education to educate the their students are tough, then it is very exciting to be disclosed further through this research, and it is indeed a very appropriate with the title of the study i.e. change management institution of Islam in the era of globalization.

Abstract

The institution is now faced with the challenges of globalization and the increased flow of technology very quickly. This phenomenon became the motivation for educational institutions to continue to learn and improve to work more professional in his field. The institution also responds to the presence of the desire of the community to the services of quality education, to be realized it can be done through a process of planned, terpola, and tersistematisasi through an educational process that leads to the realm of cognitive, affective, psychomotor. In addition, it can also be done through establishing a conducive campus culture through the creation of religious culture on campus, through activities such as the obligatory prayers in congregation activities, recite the Koran, do prayers together, the process of teaching started by reading al-fatiha and continued with reading Koran together, after it finishes with reading hamdalah together and use a neat muslim muslimah clothing at work.

Abstract

Nowadays, society needs towards the good quality service of education is getting higher. It becomes motivation for madrasah to improve its accountability and transparency within its management. The fist step to improve the quality of madrasah is the improvement of teachers’  professionalism.  Rationally, teacher is the main media in learning process and teacher has responsibility to develop students’ potency. There are five elements which are need to be paid attention by madrasah in improving teachers’ professionalism, such as: (1) readiness, (2) planning, (3) training, (4) implementation, (5) maintenance. Whereas strategies to improve teachers’ professionalism can be done through some ways such as : (1) Training of lesson study, (2) English Course, (3) Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran(MGMP), (4) Training of Trainer and extracurricular, (5) Training of Syllabus and Learning media, (6) conducting Class Action Research, (7) Observation in other schools, (8) participation of teacher in order to improve counselors’ work, (9) Training of multimedia. The improvement ofteachers’ professionalism is not only giving impact towards the institution, but also giving impact towards teachers’ work so that teachers can be more confient within learning proccess in classroom.Keywords: professionalism of teacher.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was first to determine the development of an application for early detection of non-medical diseases with the Quran system in the Tumpang Talun Blitar community. Second, knowing the application of non-medical detection applications with the Qur'ani system in cases of household disharmony. This type of research is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. Data analysis techniques: data collection stage, data reduction stage, data conclusion stage. Research Results Preparing the object of therapy, namely someone who is suspected of having a non-medical disorder, namely by means of mass filtering ruqyah. Displaying an android application screen that displays calligraphy of certain verses which have been explained in many hadiths and explanations of scholars' can keep Satan's interference away. After seeing the Android application, usually, someone will experience different reactions, there are screaming, crying, vomiting, burping, fainting, sweating, feeling sick in certain parts, and some are possessed. The next step is to sort and select non-medical cases that can affect household disharmony

Abstract

The purpose of this study is first, to find the formulation of KKG empowerment strategy in the development of sustainable professionalism for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Teachers and to find the impact and obstacles of effective empowerment of Teacher Working Groups (KKG) in the development of sustainable professionalism. This study uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) research method. The subjects of the study include the administrators of KKG PAI Teachers. Data collection techniques use documentation, interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques use interactive analysis techniques (interactive analysis model). The results of the study indicate that in formulating a KKG empowerment strategy in the development of sustainable professionalism for PAI Teachers, it is carried out through PAR steps using the term KUPAR (to Know, to Understand, to Plan, to Action and to Reflection). The use of PAR steps in empowering KKG is able to compile programs in the development of effective sustainable professionalism for PAI Teachers. The follow-up to the results of this study is the creation of a PKB program for PAI Teachers consisting of self-development, scientific publications and innovative works implemented in several ways. This can be a reference for related parties in implementing the empowerment model through KKG for the development of sustainable professionalism for Islamic Religious Education Teachers.

Abstract

Industri komponen otomotif dituntut untuk memenuhi standar kualitas dan efisiensi yang sangat tinggi untuk menjaga daya saing. PT. Astra Mandiri Jaya (AMJ), sebagai pemasok komponen interior, menghadapi tantangan berupa bottleneck pada salah satu lini perakitan manual. Masalah utama teridentifikasi pada stasiun kerja perakitan panel pintu, di mana proses pemasangan klip dan sekrup secara manual memakan waktu lama dan rentan terhadap kesalahan, seperti komponen yang hilang atau tidak terpasang sempurna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan modifikasi pada assembly jig (alat bantu perakitan) dengan pendekatan Poka-Yoke untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keandalan proses. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modifikasi jig dengan penambahan sensor deteksi dan aktuator pneumatik berhasil menurunkan waktu baku perakitan secara drastis. Waktu baku sebelum perbaikan adalah 5,54 detik/komponen, dan setelah perbaikan turun menjadi 2,57 detik/komponen. Hal ini menghasilkan peningkatan efisiensi waktu sebesar 53,61% serta eliminasi potensi cacat produk lolos ke proses selanjutnya.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is very influential in the business world, where customers always need a cheap and quality products and timely delivery, A company will be faced with a problem associated with the product distribution system arising because consumers are in a geographically dispersed location or area, so the delivery Goods not in accordance with the time specified. Distribution Requiremnt Planning Is a method for dealing with supply procurement of a multi echelon distribution network. DRP method is expected to help the problem of scheduling distributed activities, so that the success in fulfilling customer demand will be more optimal, sales performance will increase in order to meet the order with timely and exact amount so that the cost of distribution can be reduced to a minimum. Results obtained Planning Distribution Research company method, the Total Cost of distribution data meliputu product demand, product price, booking fees, storage fees, shipping costs, lead time data with DRP method is smaller when compared with the methods of the company. Total Cost (TC) with the method the company is at Rp.33.865.440,- and total Cost with method is Rp. 23.380.224. So there is the difference between the total Cost companies a total cost of 69% method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang internalisasi nilai-nilai keislaman melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan dalam pembentukan akhlak di SMP Negeri 1 Panjalu. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian yang bersifat kualitatif deskriptif. Untuk mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan metode observatif, wawancara (interview) dan juga dokumentasi dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan dan melukiskan data yang diperoleh. Dari hasil yang didapat, proses penanaman nilai-nilai keislaman melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan dalam pembentukan akhlak di SMP Negeri 1 Panjalu menggunakan dua cara yaitu langsung dan tidak langsung. Cara langsung bisa menggunakan beberapa cara diantaranya pembiasaan, keteladanan, pengawasan sampai pemberian sanksi. Sedangkan cara tidak langsung melalui pemberian pengetahuan keagamaan di kelas. Untuk menuai hasil yang lebih maksimal pada proses internalisasi nilai-nilai agama Islam melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu pertama, tahapan transformasi nilai, yang kedua transaksi nilai dan ketiga transinternalisasi. Strategi yang digunakan ada empat, yaitu keteladanan, pembiasaan, pemberian nasihat dan kedisiplinan. Implikasi internalisasi nilai-nilai agama Islam melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan dalam pembentukan akhlak di SMP Negeri 1 Panjalu dapat membantu para siswa untuk lebih mudah menghayati nilai agama islam dan membantu dalam menekan kenakalan remaja dan mencegah pengaruh buruk pada akhlak siswa.

Abstract

The implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in the Independent Curriculum is a new face of Education in Indonesia. However, in fact, there are still many teachers who experience obstacles in understanding P5 in MI. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy and impact of continuous professional development in the workshop on making the Pancasila student profile strengthening project module (P5) for MI teachers in Madiun Regency.The research approach used is action research. Action research is known as Participatory Action Research (PAR). The steps used combine problem solving methods. Data collection techniques use documentation, interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use interactive analysis techniques (interactive analysis model).The results of the study showed that there was an increase in teachers' abilities in designing creative and contextual modules. In addition, they were able to apply the principles of active and collaborative learning. The impact of the workshop on making the Pancasila student profile strengthening project module (P5) for MI teachers in Madiun Regency can be seen from the increase in teachers' understanding and skills in implementing project-based learning that encourages students to think critically, creatively, and provide solutions in facing real-life challenges. The output obtained from this activity is a learning module that is ready to be used by teachers to teach the values of the Pancasila Student Profile in elementary schools, as well as improving the quality of the learning process that is more oriented towards the formation of student character in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile.
