Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an effort to maintain the company's position in the competition to maintain harmony with consumers. Not only CSR, the company must also strengthen the company's internals by implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG). CSR and GCG are able to increase the company's profitability. This underlies the purpose of the study, namely to determine the ability of CSR and GCG in influencing the profitability of mining companies listed on the IDX. One of the advantages of this thesis is that this research was carried out by observation to find out the financial statements of mining companies listed on the IDX and included in statistical analysis calculations (using the R Program) using the Panel Data Regression analysis method and tested in each variable to find out whether there is an influence between Variables. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data on IDX financial statements as data collection. The sample in this study is a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2010-2020 with 34 mining companies annually in accordance with the established criteria. The data analysis method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach using panel data regression. The results of the analysis show that csr and GCG variables do not have a significant influence on ROA. In addition, the p-value has a value of (0.97) with a value higher than the significance value of 0.05. The event proved that regression modeling was incapable of explaining the ROA data. This happens because the financial performance of a company is influenced by various factors. One of the factors is that during 2019 the stock index of mining companies experienced a decline due to a decrease in coal prices. In other words, if CSR and GCG get better, the company's profitability will increase.

Abstract

In this modern era, women are starting to be involved in the millennial generation process today. The purpose of this study is to find out which are the most important given entrepreneurial factors which include innovation; motivation and work environment factors that include convenience and working conditions of women of the millennial generation. The data used is interview data with a qualitative approach. The number of samples is five informants. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial variables and environmental factors can have a positive effect on millennial women's performance. These results provide motivation and creativity that can improve women's performance on competitive advantage and a conducive work environment to improve women's performance for the better.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan tentang peran mediasi LMX (Leader-Member Exchange) antara Kepemimpinan Transformasional (Transformational Leadership) pada Perilaku Kerja Inovatif (Innovative Work Behaviour). Sampel pada penelitian ini ialah sebanyak 114 karyawan swasta yang terdiri dari berbagai jabatan pekerjaan di dalam organisasi di Kota Batam. Pengujian analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat pemograman Python untuk menguji Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (PLS-PM). Analisis yang diterapkan ialah analisis mediasi untuk mengetahui peran mediator sebagai pemediasi antar variabel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif dan dimediasi oleh variabel Leader-Member Exchange.

Abstract

本研究侧重于当前和未来的业务趋势，当前的业务趋势是否显示了可持续业务发展的方向？未来的业务趋势是否与可持续业务的运营方向一致？这种研究方法是一项定性研究，数据样本取自在线媒体商业新闻网站的在线新闻文章。研究数据由具有潜在狄利克雷分配 (LDA) 和 Bigram 的机器学习模型处理。研究结果表明，当前的商业趋势并未最大限度地指向可持续的商业模式。该公司仍专注于满足和不断增长的市场需求以及消费者需求，但在可持续业务的主要指标中尚未占主导地位。   This research focuses on current and future business trends, do current business trends show the direction of sustainable business development? Are future business trends aligned with the direction of sustainable business operations? This research method is a qualitative study with a data sample taken from online news articles and online media business news sites. Research data was processed by a machine learning model with Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) and Bigram. The findings suggest that current business trends are not maximally pointing towards sustainable business models. The company is still focused on meeting and growing market needs, as well as consumer desires, not yet dominant in the main indicators of sustainable business.   Penelitian ini berfokus pada trend bisnis saat ini dan masa depan, Apakah tren bisnis yang berkembang saat ini telah menunjukkan ke arah pembangunan bisnis yang berkelanjutan? Apakah tren bisnis masa depan memiliki arah yang sama dengan bagaimana seharusnya bisnis yang berkelanjutan akan dijalankan? Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan sampel data yang diambil dari artikel berita online dari situs berita bisnis di media online. Data penelitian diolah dengan model machine learning dengan Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) dan Bigram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan trend bisnis yang berjalan saat ini belum maksimal mengarah pada model bisnis berkelanjutan. Perusahaan masih berfokus pada pemenuhan dan pertumbuhan kebutuhan pasar, serta keinginan konsumen, belum dominan pada indikator-indikator utama bisnis berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation of risk and Indonesian capital market liberalization to the return LQ45 index. This study used 248 samples of IHSG and LQ45 closing prices from Yahoo Finance in 2014-2018. The research belonging asset pricing studies with direct decomposition methods and qualitative combinations. This study proves (1) the value of idiosyncratic volatility has a significantly negative effect on return LQ45 index (2) systemic risk has a significant negative effect on return LQ45 index (3) capital market liberalization has a positive effect on returns LQ45 index. The research implication is a company with small idiosyncratic volatility will be preferred by investors unable to diversify portfolios.

Abstract

This study aims to describe a dynamics system model in the use of environmentally friendly product designs and green innovation in SMEs in Batam. This type of research is qualitative research. Sources of data collection in this study were 10 informants of SME players in Batam city. The data is in the form of answer words containing environmentally friendly product design packaging and green innovation. This research data analysis using Vensim software. The result of this research is that through a dynamics systems approach, it can provide policy simulations that are used to consider the application of green innovations that can support an increase in the profit of a business. Through a dynamics system approach, it can provide simulations that the implementation of green innovation strategies can support business sustainability or is called sustainability business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor faktor yang memengaruhi perkembangan industri jasa digital Indonesia dan memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk pertumbuhan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan, serta menganalisis kesenjangan digital antara Indonesia Timur dan Barat. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan dinamika sistem untuk memodelkan interaksi antara kebijakan, inovasi teknologi, dukungan regulasi, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia, dengan memanfaatkan metode kuantitatif (survei dan data sekunder) dan kualitatif (wawancara, FGD, studi dokumen), dengan data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak Vensim. Hasil yang diantisipasi dari model dinamika sistem mengindikasikan bahwa intervensi kebijakan yang menargetkan titik-titik ungkit diharapkan menghasilkan pertumbuhan yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan dibandingkan dengan pendekatan bisnis seperti biasa, dan bahwa kebijakan yang mempromosikan pemerataan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dan infrastruktur digital di Indonesia Timur diproyeksikan akan secara signifikan mengurangi kesenjangan digital dengan Indonesia Barat.

Abstract

This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the pathways to business sustainability by recognizing the growth of Knowledge Management and Sustainable Supply Chains, the study aims to identify key trends and intellectual structures in this field. Employing a qualitative approach, the research utilizes content analysis on a sample of 48 prior research studies from reputable academic databases. The AI tool notebookLM aided in the organization and thematic analysis of the data. The findings reveal that achieving enduring business sustainability requires a multifaceted approach encompassing six interconnected factors. These include the strategic integration of sustainability into core business strategy and purpose, often guided by the triple bottom line; the implementation of sustainable operations and supply chain management, including developing a green supply chain; the establishment of effective performance measurement and reporting of sustainability using relevant performance indicators; the fostering of knowledge and innovation for sustainability through effective knowledge management; meaningful stakeholder engagement and collaboration considering stakeholder value; and the development of organizational capacity and adaptation for sustainability, including business model adaptation. These elements collectively enable organizations to navigate the complexities of achieving a truly sustainable business model and drive long-term value creation.

Abstract

In the last decade, the emergence of various set of novel digital technologies has transformed innovation and entrepreneurship very significantly. One of the reasons why organizations are shifting to digital transformation is the velocity of volatility in markets. The research objective is to identify the impact of digital transformations' key attributes on an organization's innovation specifically in terms of creating new products and the role of different variables on this capability. Researcher used systematic literature review as the method. The results show that the transformation of digital is more than just upgrading technologies. And researcher found out the main pillars of digital transformation, which will be mentioned in the article. In the end, the researcher provides recommendation for future research.

Abstract

This research aims to address gaps by conducting a detailed analysis of the RCEP's provisions and their expected impact on innovation, using both qualitative and quantitative methods with System Dynamics to offer a nuanced understanding of the RCEP's innovation potential. The research design used a qualitative analysis to examine the impact of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) on economic innovation. As useful tools, System Dynamics help identify potential challenges, such as trade imbalances or sector-specific vulnerabilities, enabling more informed policy decisions. Our research on the RCEP explored its provisions related to trade, investment, and intellectual property. These specific clauses directly impact economic innovation by promoting technology transfer, harmonizing standards, and facilitating cross-border collaboration. Through a System Dynamics perspective, we modeled how these provisions translate into actionable strategies. Our dynamic simulations revealed how changes in one area (e.g., increased technology transfer) ripple through the system, affecting other variables (e.g., R&D investments, market access). By understanding these interdependencies, member countries can develop targeted policies and investment plans. Anticipated impacts of RCEP on innovative capacities extend beyond economic growth, shaping the long-term competitiveness of the region.
