Abstract

Tingginya perkembangan teknologi informasi, sejalan dengan tingginya terobosan yang dapat dilakukan bagi masyarakat. E-commerce menjadi salah satu contoh teknologi yang sudah berkembang dan banyak membantu masyarakat hingga saat ini. Pelaku UMKM banyak yang sudah beralih menggunakan e-commerce sebagai media penjualan namun dalam penerapannya masih memiliki hambatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi hambatan sosial budaya dan organisasi bagi pelaku UMKM Tangerang Selatan dengan menggunakan framework hambatan adopsi e commerce Zaied. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas untuk keseluruhan item yang diajukan menunjukkan hasil yang valid. Kemudian hasil uji reliabilitas untuk mengetahui konsistensi jawaban dari responden mendapatkan nilai 0,830 dengan kata lain memiliki nilai yang reliabel. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa adanya hambatan pada nilai, keyakinan, pelaku UMKM dalam menerapkan e-commerce dengan angka sebesar 58% pada sosial & budaya. Hambatan lainnya pada organisasi mengenai kurangnya dukungan manajemen dan memilki keterbatasan akses informasi dengan angka sebesar 63% dalam menerapkan e-commerce sebagai media penjualan.

Abstract

Empowering Posyandu cadresis one of the important strategies in improving the effectiveness of community-based health promotion,especially in the digital era. However, the limited skills of cadres in utilizing digital visual media are still anobstacle in creating interesting and communicative health information. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Posyandu cadres in Pondok Petir Village, Depok City, through seminars and training on the use of the Canva application as a medium for developing health promotion. The activity was conducted offline through lectures, discussions, and hands-on practice with intensive guidance. There were 25 participants, consisting of cadres and members of the local PKK. The results of the activity showed that most participants were able to understand and apply Canva's features to create health promotion media such as Posyandu schedule posters, immunization materials, and nutrition education. The enthusiasm of the participants during the practice sessions and their ability to produce informative and attractive visual designs demonstrated the success of this activity. Thus, Canva training has proven effective as a means of empowering Posyandu cadres in improving the quality of health communication and supporting the optimization of Posyandu services.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital sebagai sarana promosi kesehatan di era digital. Mitra kegiatan adalah kader Posyandu di Kelurahan Pondok Petir, Kota Depok, yang berperan penting dalam menyebarkan informasi kesehatan. Namun, keterbatasan keterampilan desain grafis membuat media promosi yang dihasilkan kurang menarik dan kurang efektif. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Canva sebagai platform desain digital yang mudah diakses dan digunakan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi koordinasi dengan pihak kelurahan, pembentukan grup WhatsApp, pelatihan tatap muka, praktik langsung pembuatan poster, sesi tanya jawab, serta evaluasi. Peserta dibimbing untuk memahami dasar-dasar desain grafis, pemilihan warna, tipografi, dan tata letak, serta diarahkan membuat poster sesuai kebutuhan posyandu. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta; 90% mampu menghasilkan desain sederhana yang lebih komunikatif, kreatif, dan sesuai kebutuhan promosi posyandu. Antusiasme peserta terlihat tinggi selama praktik dan sebagian besar menyatakan percaya diri untuk menggunakan Canva secara mandiri. Simpulan kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan Canva terbukti efektif memberdayakan kader posyandu dalam meningkatkan kualitas media promosi kesehatan sekaligus memperkuat kapasitas masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital banking has transformed customer interaction patterns, leading Islamic financial institutions to develop mobile banking super apps that integrate financial and lifestyle services. However, research comparing customer satisfaction across multiple Islamic super apps remains limited. This study aims to systematically examine and synthesize previous research on user satisfaction factors and analytical approaches used in Islamic mobile banking applications in Indonesia, focusing on BYOND by BSI, Muamalat DIN, and Mobile Maslahah. This research adopts the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method following the frameworks of Kitchenham (2004) and Petersen et al. (2008). Relevant peer-reviewed articles published between 2021 and 2025 were retrieved from academic databases such as Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and SINTA. The inclusion criteria ensured that only studies explicitly addressing customer satisfaction with Islamic mobile banking were analyzed. Fifteen studies met the inclusion requirements and were synthesized through narrative and thematic analysis. The findings reveal that most studies applied quantitative descriptive approaches, with Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the most commonly used framework. Key satisfaction determinants include ease of use, efficiency, trust, service quality, and Sharia compliance. These indicate that both functional performance and Islamic value alignment play crucial roles in shaping customer satisfaction. The review contributes to the literature by highlighting comparative satisfaction patterns among Islamic super apps and identifying research gaps for future empirical validation. Recommendations are offered for banks and developers to enhance user experience while reinforcing Sharia-based trust.

Abstract

Continuation intention refers to the user's desire to continue using a service or application in the long term after their initial experience. In the context of mobile banking applications, continuance intention is very important to maintain and increase the number of active users, as well as maintain customer loyalty. Although mobile banking can facilitate financial transactions, there are still complaints from users with many negative reviews on the Play Store and App Store regarding the problematic OTP verification and delivery process. This study aims to identify variables that influence the continuance intention to use mobile banking. This study uses the ECM research method to examine the factors that influence the intention to continue using mobile banking. This study tested nine hypotheses, with the results of seven hypotheses accepted and two hypotheses rejected, namely the relationship between trust → satisfaction with a t-test result of 0.755 and confirmation → satisfaction with a t-test result of 0.351. It is expected that the results of this study can provide recommendations to mobile banking parties to improve services and increase user satisfaction, thereby maintaining the loyalty of mobile banking users. In addition, this study can be a reference for quantitative research in the field of mobile banking and contribute to the development of strategies and policies to improve user experience.
