Abstract

This research aims to analyze regional autonomy and degree of fiscal decentralization of Sumbawa District in 2015-2019. This type of research is descriptive research, which is a research that aims to determine the value of the independent variable, without connecting or making comparisons with other variables. The quantitative data used was obtained from secondary sources by collecting documents that already exist in the form of target data and the realization of regional revenue and expenditure budget of Sumbawa District in 2015-2019. Data analysis was performed using financial ratio analysis techniques. These research findings indicate that the region autonomy and degree of fiscal decentralization of Sumbawa District in 2015-2019 is still very low. The average percentage in 2015-2019 is 17.02 % or having instructive relationship patterns, while the ratio of fiscal decentralization of Sumbawa District in 2015-2019 is 10.67 % or fell in the low category. This condition illustrates that Sumbawa District rely heavily on the income that comes from outside regional revenue, such as balancing funds and other legitimate income.

Abstract

The SAMSAT office as a public organization is required to improve its performance well in order to serve the community as taxpayers as best as possible and to satisfy taxpayers, but in reality the performance of SAMSAT employees is not optimal so that SAMSAT services have not been able to satisfy taxpayers, starting from the existence of levies that are not Officially, the length of service time to the lack of service support facilities, especially the number of vehicles in Sumbawa Regency is very large and the increase in the number of vehicles from year to year is quite rapid. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Joint Instruction (INBER) on improving the performance of SAMSAT employees in Sumbawa Regency. The type of research that will be conducted is associative research. The variables in this study are the INBER variable and the performance variable which is measured using a Likert scale. The research population in this study were 33 SAMSAT employees. The analytical tools used are simple linear regression. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the results show that the application of joint intrusion (INBER) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SAMSAT employees in Sumbawa Regency. The effect of implementing Joint Intrusion (INBER) on the performance of SAMSAT employees in Sumbawa Regency is 61.1%, while the remaining 38.9% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to know the implementation and factors influenced the implementation of Amanah financing products at syariah pawnshop unit of Seketeng market. Type of this study was descriptive, which is a study that aims to describe a symptom or condition without connecting or comparing with other variables. The data used was qualitative data in the form of informants’ answer related to the object of study obtained through interviews. The informants in this study consisted of key informants, namely the head of the syariah pawnshop unit of seketeng market and the main informants, namely the pawnshop employees or special customers of trust financing product with the number of informants were 5 informants. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques of Miles and Huberman which consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The results of study showed that the implementation of amanah financing products at syariah pawnshop unit of Seketeng Market used the ijarah vomitiyah bi tamlik (IMBT) financing system, which is buying and selling activities in the form of service leases that end with transfer of ownership. The pawnshop will sell certain items to customers on credit with a guarantee, the guarantee will remain in the pawnshop during the installment payment process. The problems in implementing it was the ineffective billing process so that the installment payment process by customers did not run optimally. The solution that could be done was by optimizing the process of analyzing prospective customers prior to acceptance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on consumer loyalty at UD. Ratna Sumbawa Besar Supermarket. This type of research is associative research to determine the effect of product, price, promotion and location on consumer loyalty at UD. Ratna Sumbawa Besar Supermarket. The type of data used is quantitative data obtained from primary sources. The primary data sources in this study are consumers who have visited and made purchases at UD. Ratna Sumbawa Besar Supermarkets more than once, totaling 50 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t test (partial), f test (simultaneous) and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results showed that product, price, promotion and location had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty at UD. Ratna Sumbawa Besar Supermarkets, either partially or simultaneously. That is, the better the product, price, promotion and location will have an impact on increasing consumer loyalty. The effect of product, price, promotion and location on consumer loyalty at UD. Ratna Sumbawa Besar Supermarket is 87.9%, while the remaining 12.1% is influenced by other variables outside this research model, such as discounts, public relations and others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation on the performance of medical and non-medical personnel at the Brang Ene District Health Center, West Sumbawa Regency. This research is an associative study to examine the effect of financial compensation on the performance of medical and non-medical personnel at the Brang Ene District Health Center, West Sumbawa Regency. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of respondents' responses in answering the questions given which were obtained directly from the research subject through a questionnaire. The population in this study were all medical and non-medical personnel at the Brang Ene District Health Center, West Sumbawa Regency, totaling 53 people and the entire population would be taken as the research sample. The data that has been collected is processed using the SPSS program to be studied using simple linear regression analysis techniques, individual hypothesis testing (t test), and determining coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of medical and non-medical personnel at the Brang Ene District Health Center, West Sumbawa Regency. the ability of the financial compensation variable to influence variations in the performance variables of medical and non-medical personnel at the Brang Ene District Health Center, West Sumbawa Regency, was 57.9%, while the remaining 42.1% was influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how much influence motivational factors have on the work of temporary teachers at State Vocational Schools in Sumbawa Regency. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The motivational factors that will be examined consist of education, salary, gender, culture, social status and responsibility as independent variables, while teacher performance is not fixed in Sumbawa Regency as the dependent variable. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from primary sources, namely all non-permanent teachers at various State Vocational Schools in Sumbawa Regency, totaling 30 respondents. researchers used questionnaires as primary data collection instruments and studied using techniques that included simple linear regression analysis, individual parameter hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous parameter hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that education, salary, gender, culture, social status and responsibility have a positive and significant effect on the performance of temporary teachers in Sumbawa District, either partially or simultaneously. The degree of influence of education, salary, gender, culture, social status and responsibility on the performance of non-permanent teachers in Sumbawa Regency is 82.5%, while the remaining 17.5% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to know the role of human resource of Village Owned Enterprise (VOE) in improving village economy in Labuhan Jambu Village, Tarano Sub-District, Sumbawa District. The type of this study was associative study. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of the results of respondents' answers obtained directly through a questionnaire. The population in this study were all BUMDes managers in Labuhan Jambu Village, Tarano Sub-District, Sumbawa District, totaling 213 people, while the number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula. The calculation results show that the number of samples is 68 people. All data that has been collected will then be processed using the SPSS program. SPSS output in the form of results will be analyzed and interpreted using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial parameter hypothesis testing (t test), and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results showed that BUMDes human resources had a positive and significant effect on the economy of Labuhan Jambu Village, Tarano Sub-District, Sumbawa District. The ability of BUMDes human resource variables to explain changes in economic variables in the village of Labuhan Jambu, Tarano Sub-District, Sumbawa District is 61.4%, while the remaining 38.6% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of allowances giving and bonuses on employees loyalty at PT. Telkom Branch of Sumbawa. The type of this study was associative study. The types of data used were quantitative and qualitative data. Sources of data in this study were primary and secondary data. Total populations were 80 respondents. The technique of determining sample used was Slovin formula. The numbers of samples were 99 samples. The methods used to collect data were questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used were the Classical Assumption Test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test and R2 test through SPSS software version 16.0 for windows. The results showed that partially the provision of benefits did not have a significant effect on employee loyalty, while bonuses had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Telkom branch of Sumbawa. Simultaneously the provision of allowances and bonuses has a significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Telkom branch of Sumbawa. The percentage of influence of allowances and bonuses on employee loyalty at PT. Telkom branch of Sumbawa is 55.2%, while the remaining 44.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this study, such as cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, psychological factors, and service marketing mix factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy in increasing the competitiveness of traditional markets in Sumbawa Regency using SWOT analysis. The type of research used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The type of data used by researchers in this study is qualitative obtained directly from research informants. The informants in this study were all parties directly involved in the management of the Brang Biji traditional market, consisting of the Head of the Cooperative and MSME Services in Sumbawa Regency, market managers and traders at the Brang Biji traditional market. The primary data used in this study was collected using a structured interview method to be studied using a SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the SWOT analysis in increasing the competitiveness of the Brang Biji traditional market is in quadrant I. The strategy that can be applied in this condition is to support aggressive policies (growth oriented strategy). There are four alternative strategies generated through SWOT analysis to increase the competitiveness of the Brang Biji traditional market, namely the SO strategy which is carried out by utilizing existing strengths and opportunities, the ST strategy which is carried out by utilizing strengths to overcome the threats faced, the WO strategy which is carried out by minimizing weaknesses to be able to take advantage of opportunities, and WT strategies that are carried out by minimizing weaknesses and threats.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang juga menghadapi abad 4.0 yang menuntut sumberdaya manusianya memiliki adaptasi hidup yang tinggi. Salah satu adaptasi yang harus dimiliki oleh generasi saat ini adalah kreatif dalam membuka lapangan kerja. Dewasa ini, wirausaha merupakan lapangan kerja yang masih dipandang sebelah mata oleh generasi muda. Salah satu penyebab rendahnya minat berwirausaha adalah adanya rasa takut akan kegegalan/bangkrut. Hal ini berkebalikan dari sasaran berwirausaha yaitu membuka peluang bagi generasi muda dalam berkreatifitas, mendapatkan untung besar dan membuka peluang kerja. Oleh sebab itu, melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan memberi solusi bagi generasi muda untuk menghadapi tantangan dalam berwirausaha.
