Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan karyawan PT Panasonic Manufacturing Indonesia sebagai subjek penelitian. Total populasi penelitian berjumlah 130 karyawan, dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 98 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan model regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara individual, disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, budaya organisasi memberikan pengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) menunjukkan nilai sebesar 87,1%.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of compensation equity and the social work environment on employee retention, with job satisfaction serving as the mediating variable, among employees of PT JPT Jatidiri Trans. The employed quantitative method was path analysis utilizing data from 116 respondents. The study's results indicated that equitable compensation and a positive social work environment greatly enhanced job satisfaction, therefore leading to improved employee retention. The findings indicate that equitable remuneration and a conducive work environment substantially improve job satisfaction and employee retention. Organizations should prioritize equitable compensation and a conducive work environment to improve employee satisfaction and retention. Keywords: Compensation Employee Retention, Equity, Job Satisfaction, Social Work Environment

Abstract

His study analyses the effect of work-life balance and physical work environment on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT POS Indonesia. This study uses primary and secondary data and is analysed by path analysis using IBM SPSS 26. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the saturation method, where 42 statements were distributed via Google Forms to 148 respondents. The results showed that work-life balance has a direct effect on job satisfaction, as well as the physical work environment which also has a significant impact on job satisfaction. In addition, work-life balance and physical work environment simultaneously affect job satisfaction. Work-life balance and physical work environment each have a direct impact on employee performance. Job satisfaction also plays a role in improving employee performance. Overall, work-life balance, physical work environment, and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance. Sobel test results confirm that job satisfaction can moderate the relationship between work-life balance and physical work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work-life quality and burnout on employee output combined with contentment at work as a mediating variable. This is a quantitative research study with 85 PT Inkabiz Indonesia employees as the sample. A probability sampling combined with simple random sampling was the sample method employed. A questionnaire was used to gather data, which SmartPLS software assisted in analyzing using partial least squares (PLS). The study's findings indicate that: 1) job satisfaction is significantly impacted by quality of work-life; 2) burnout is significantly impacted by quality of work-life; 3) quality of work-life is significantly impacted by performance; 4) burnout is significantly impacted by performance; 5) job satisfaction is greatly influenced by performance; 6) quality of work-life is significantly impacted by performance combined with contentment in one's work acting as an intervening variable; and 7) burnout is significantly impacted on output and contentment in one's work acting as an variable

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: First, to analyze the indications of moral hazard and adverse selection on Indonesian Islamic commercial banks. Second, to analyze the influence of moral hazard and adverse selection on the Non Performance Financing of Indonesian Islamic banks. Two methods were used for this purpose, a qualitative content analysis approach derived from the results of interviews with the banker from the Islamic commercial banks. Besides that this study also uses Error Correction Model (ECM), with data taken from these listed Islamic banking from 2010 to June 2016. The results show that the indications of moral hazard have a positive effect on the non-performing financing (NPF) in the short run. The indication of the presence of moral hazard occurs at the long run on GDP variable, and the allocation of Murabaha financing (RM) has a positive effect on the mudharabah (FM) profit and loss sharing. The test results also show that adverse selection that represented by the profit sharing rate (PSR) has a positive effect on the level of risk sharing toward non-performing financing (NPF) in the long run.DOI: 10.15408/aiq.v10i2.7392

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research uses a quantitative approach with research subjects at PT Swadharma Sarana Informatika Operational Head Office. Determining the sample in this research used a non-probability sampling method with a convenience sampling technique using the Slovin formula to determine the number of respondents, so that only 75 employees were used as the sample for this research. Data were collected using a questionnaire which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The research results showed that Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment had a simultaneous effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Partially, Job Satisfaction influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Commitment influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). And the Adjusted R2 value is 0.645 or 64.5%.
