The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of motivation, discipline and confidence on academic achievement. The research method used is quantitative research method with type of kausal relationship research or reciprocal relationship. The research samples taken were all students of Management Study Program of Institut Manajemen Wiyata Indonesia batch 2016, 2017, 2018. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The instrument quality testing techniques include validity test and reliability test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and classical assumption test such as normality test, multicolinearity test and heterosesticity test. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that: (1) Motivation variables partially positively and significantly affect Academic Achievement, (2) Discipline variables negatively and significantly affect Academic Achievement, (3) Self Confidence variables partially positively and significantly affect Academic Achievement, (4) Motivation, Discipline and Self Confidence simultaneously or together have a positive and significant influence on Academic Achievement.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh manajemen sarana dan prasarana, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan lansia di Satuan Pelayanan Rehabilitasi Sosial Lanjut Usia (SPRSLU) Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Responden berjumlah 52 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner diisi oleh lansia dengan dibantu oleh pendamping penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh positif baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan lansia di SPRSLU Sukabumi. Pihak SPRSLU Sukabumi harus mampu mengelola sarana dan prasarana dan melengkapi sarana prasarana penunjang demi terwujudnya tingkat kepuasan dan kesejahteraan para lansia. Pihak SPRSLU Sukabumi juga harus tetap menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan, salah satunya dengan cara mengikutkan para pramulansia dalam pelatihan-pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi para pramulansia.

Industri pakaian sebagai bagian dari industri kreatif menempati posisi kedua setelah kuliner dalam kontribusinya terhadap Pendapatan Domestik Bruto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keputusan pembelian konsumen pada salah satu toko pakaian di Sukabumi yaitu Kittyshop. Variabel yang diuji yaitu suasana toko, lokasi, dan media sosial, bagaimana ia dapat memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif-asosiatif. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 100 orang responden. Data dianalisis melalui uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel suasana toko dan media sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan lokasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Suasana toko yang baik dapat menimbulkan efek emosional sehingga meningkatkan minat dan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Media sosial memiliki kelebihan dalam menjangkau konsumen, termasuk apabila lokasi toko tidak terlalu strategis, sehingga toko dapat dikenal dengan dibantu oleh optimalisasi media sosial.

This study aims to determine the effect of price, digital marketing and location on purchasing decisions at Café Coffee Cirenggot. This study uses a type of quantitative research with accidental sampling technique of 80 respondents. The instrument test used is validity and reliability test, and multiple regression analysis in the form of hypothesis testing and F test and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis. Results: Based on the results of data analysis or hypothesis testing in this study, it shows that Digital Marketing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while Price and Location are rejected because they have no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Café Coffe Cirenggot.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa customer experience, lokasi dan keragaman produk terhadap repurchase intention dengan kasus pada Pusat Jajanan Dago Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik sampling aksidental dengan mengajukan kuisioner kepada 100 sampel konsumen yang sedang membeli jajanan. Uji instrumen yang digunakan berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas, teknik analisis data deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik berupa uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas serta analisis regresi linier berganda berupa uji hipotesis, uji t dan uji F serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil : (1) Customer experience berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention; (2) Lokasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention; (3) Keragaman Produk berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention; (4) Customer experience, Lokasi dan Keragaman Produk berpengaruh positif terhadap Repurchase Intention; dan (5) Nilai adjusted R square menunjukkan variabel independent mampu menjelaskan variasi variabel dependent.

Marketing communication strategy is one of the factors that greatly influences the number of visitors at a tourist attraction because it is a design for how to influence the public in various ways so that people know, are then interested in visiting and even revisiting for tourists who have already visited. This research aims to find out and find the formulation of an oasis tourism marketing strategy in Sukabumi Regency. The research method uses case studies. The results of the research show that the marketing and public relations division of Oasis Nature Tourism in conducting tourism marketing uses integrated tourism marketing communications (marketing communication mix), but several aspects such as promotion, human resources, development of small and medium business units and media relations are still weak, so they need to be strengthened. and further guidance accompanied by evaluation and monitoring regarding these aspects. One thing that needs to be developed in the long term is to try to form the branding of tourist destinations to further increase the attractiveness of tourist visits.
