Abstract

AbstrakLow Cost Carrier merupakan tipe penerbangan yang spesifik yaitu strategi penurunan biaya operasi denan cara melakukan efisiensi biaya di semua lini. Penelitian ini di lakukan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara Low Cost Carrier terhadap minat penumpang Citilink di Bandar udara Haluoleo Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data angket. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji F dan Uji T serta uji koefisien determinasi atau uji R menggunakan aplikasi SPSS V .25.0. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dapat di simpulkan bahwa Low Cost Carrier berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket pesawat Citilink di Bandar Udara Haluoleo Kendari Tahun 2021-2022. Hasil uji T di temukan nilai yang signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05 ). Hasil uji R2 ditemukan bahwa variabel Y pengaru Low Cost Carrier mempengaruhi variabel keputusan pembelian di Bandar udaa haluoleo kendari tahun 2021-2022 sebesar 0,572 yang berarti bahwa kontribusi variabel X dalam membentuk variabel Y sebesar 57,2 %. dan sisanya sebesar 42,8 di pengaruhu oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Low Cost Carrier, Keputusan Pembelian Bandar Udara Haluoleo Kendari. AbstractLow Cost Carrier is a specific type of flight, namely a strategy to reduce operational costs by implementing cost efficiency on all lines. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Low Cost Carrier on the interest of Citilink passengers at Kendari's Haluoleo Airport. This study uses quantitative research methods using questionnaire data sources. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 100 respondents. Processing data using the Validity test, Reliability Test, F test and T test as well as the coefficient of determination test or R test using the SPSS V .25.0 application. The results of this study indicate that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that Low Cost. Carrier has a significant effect on the decision to purchase Citilink airline tickets at Haluoleo Kendari Airport in 2021-2022. The T test results obtained a significant value less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the R2 test in 2021-2022showthat the Y variable has a Low Cost Carrier of 0.572, which means that the contribution of the X variable in forming the Y variable is 57.2%. and the remaining 42.8 is influenced by other variables that are not in this study.Keywords: Low Cost Carrier, Purchase Decision at Haluoleo Airport Kendari

Abstract

AbstrakDalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya, unit Apron Movement Control diharapkan menjalankan tugasnya sesuai dengan prosedur kerja yang telah ditentukan. Petugas Apron Movement Control harus dapat bertindak tegas sesuai dengan prosedur dalam mengatur, mengawasi, dan mengendalikan pergerakkan pesawat, dan kegiatan lainnya yang ada di Apron. Agar menciptakan pelayanan yang aman dan nyaman di Bandara khususnya di Apron. Kebanyakan Bandara di Indonesia fasilitas Apron nya masih sangat terbatas dalam melayani secara maksimal kendala yang terjadi pada suatu Bandar Udara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1. Apa peran pelayanan Unit Apron Movement Control dalam mengawasi kegiatan operasional sisi udara di Bandar Udara Sultan Babullah Ternate. 2) Bagaimana sistem kerja dari Unit Apron Movement Control di Bandar Udara Sultan Babullah ternate. 3) Apa Peralatan Pendukung Unit Apron Movement Control dalam melakukan pengawasan sisi udara di Bandar Udara Sultan Babullah Ternate. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Intrumen yang digunakan adalah peneliti sendiri dengan ditunjang oleh hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan dokumen pendukung pada Unit Apron Movement Control di Bandar Udara Sultan Babullah Ternate. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah penelitian, maka peneliti melakukan 3 tahapan analisis yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran Unit Apron Movement Control adalah menggerakan fasilitas penunjang dalam melakukan pengawasan untuk keselamatan di sisi udara Bandar Udara Sultan Babullah Ternate seperti, Garbarata, parkir pesawat, dan melakukana pencatatan setiap pergerakan pesawat udara dan sistem kerja dari peran tersebut mempunyai caranya masing-masing juga ada beberapa alat pendukung yang digunakan oleh Unit Apron Movement Control dalam melakukan tugasnya, dimulai dari alat komunikasi, alat pendataan dan lain sebagainya.Kata Kunci: AMC, Keselamatan, Apron, Bandar Udara Sultan Babullah, Ternate AbstractIn carrying out its duties and functions, the Apron Movement Control unit is expected to carry out its duties in accordance with predetermined work procedures. Apron Movement Control officers must be able to act decisively in accordance with procedures for regulating, supervising, and controlling aircraft movement, and other activities on the Apron. In order to create a safe and comfortable service at the airport, especially on the Apron. Most airports in Indonesia have very limited apron facilities in serving optimally the obstacles that occur at an airport. The objectives of this research are 1. What is the role of the Apron Movement Control Unit service in supervising airside operational activities at Sultan Babullah Airport Ternate. 2) How is the work system of the Apron Movement Control Unit at Sultan Babullah Airport in Ternate. 3) What are the Supporting Equipment for the Apron Movement Control Unit in conducting airside surveillance at Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate. This study uses a qualitative method. The instrument used was the researcher himself, supported by the results of interviews, observations and documentation with supporting documents at the Apron Movement Control Unit at Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate. To answer the formulation of the research problem, the researchers carried out 3 stages of analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Apron Movement Control Unit is to move the supporting facilities in conducting surveillance for safety on the air side of Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate such as Garbarata, aircraft parking, and recording every aircraft movement and the work system of this role has its own way. each also has several supporting tools used by the Apron Movement Control Unit in carrying out their duties, starting from communication tools, data collection tools and so on.Keywords: AMC, Safety, Apron, Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of digital sales growth on the fashion industry of micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) in the city of Bandung, particularly in terms of product recommendations, personalized promotions, customer reviews, and product ratings. A quantitative research approach was employed, and data were collected through an online survey distributed to fashion UMKM practitioners in Bandung. The findings indicate that digital sales growth has a significant impact on the fashion industry of UMKM in Bandung by enhancing business visibility and accessibility to potential customers, facilitating the creation of personalized marketing strategies, and providing a platform for customer interaction and feedback. The study suggests that fashion UMKM practitioners should invest in digital marketing tools and strategies to remain competitive and adapt to changes in consumer behavior in the digital era.

Abstract

Apron Movement Control (AMC) at Adi Soemarmo International Airport is aimed at monitoring all traffic movements in the apron area consisting of air traffic, vehicles and personnel at the airport, supervision here provides the meaning of the steps needed to prevent accidents from happening. in this case the case of a collision between the three elements forming the apron traffic, where they carry out joint activities. In addition, supervision is also intended so that traffic control can take place smoothly, if the parking stand plotting is not in accordance with the existing SOP, plotting errors will occur. This research is to find out the role of AMC in coordinating Plotting Parking Stands to support flight safety and to find out what are the constraints of AMC in coordinating Plotting Parking Stands to support flight safety at Adi Soemarmo Solo Airport. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Observation of this study by direct observation of the handling of AMC coordination in plotting parking stands at Adi Soemarmo International Airport. The interviews in this study were Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit officers, tower unit officers and Ground Handling officers at Adi Soemarmo International Airport. Data analysis consists of data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and drawing conclusions (drawing/ verification). The validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of this study can be concluded that the important role of AMC in coordinating plotting parking stands is very large and has great responsibility in each of its operations, one of which is regarding plotting parking stands. As well as coordination carried out by AMC with towers and ground parties. One of the obstacles faced by Apron Movement Control was the implementation of the parking stand plotting procedure carried out by AMC for the tower and ground which had to be taken by one of the parties due to communication constraints carried out by the relevant parties, because if the plane is delayed, damaged or there are many requests it must be coordinated swiftly and responsively with competent personnel as stated by AMC.

Abstract

Apron Movement Control (AMC) merupakan petugas yang bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap segala hal yang terjadi di apron dan memiliki kewajiban untuk mengawasi segala pergerakan pesawat, non-pesawat, orang, hingga barang di apron juga memastikan daerah apron bersih dari Foreign Object Debris (FOD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja Apron Movement Control (AMC) dalam penanganan Foreign Object Debris (FOD) terhadap Keselamatan dan Keamanan penerbangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer adalah kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dapat disimpulakan bahwa kinerja AMC dalam menangani FOD mempengaruhi keselamatan dan keamanan penerbangan di Bandar Udara Haluoleo Kendari. Hasil Uji T menggunakan signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,002<0,05). Hasil uji R2 ditemukan bahwa presentase varabel X terhadap Variabel Y sebesar 0,704 atau 70,4% dan selebihnya 29,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Apron Movement Control (AMC) is the officer who is fully responsible for everything that happens on the apron and has the obligation to oversee all movements of aircraft, non-aircraft, people and goods on the apron as well as ensuring the apron area is clean from Foreign Object Debris (FOD) . This study aims to determine the effect of the performance of Apron Movement Control (AMC) in handling Foreign Object Debris (FOD) on Aviation Safety and Security. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach using primary data sources, namely questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that AMC's performance in handling FOD affects flight safety and security at Haluoleo Kendari Airport. T-test results using a significant less than 0.05 (0.002 <0.05). The results of the R2 test found that the percentage of variable X to variable Y was 0.704 or 70.4% and the remaining 29.6% was influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Dangerous Goods atau zat yang dapat membahayakan terhadap kesehatan keselamatan apabila diangkut dengan pesawat udara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pembagian kerja unit Aviation security untuk penanganan dengerous goods classification 6, alat penunjang yang digunkan untuk penanganan dengerous goods classification 6 dan dokumen yang butuhkan untuk penanganan dengerous goods hingga dimuat kedalam pesawat. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik mengumpulan data observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi, guna untuk mengetahui penaganan dangerous goods classification 6 di Bandar Udara Sultan Babullah Ternate. Abstract

Situation Awareness (SA) is a person's perception or response to be able to understand conditions or circumstances in the surrounding environment. Aviation Security officers' situation awareness is very important because it can influence the officers' performance and success in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in the field. This research aims to determine the process of implementing Situation Awareness in the work activities of Aviation Security officers at Zainuddin Abdul Majid Lombok International Airport and efforts to increase Situation Awareness.  This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely the data used is primary and secondary data. Primary data is observation and interview data, while secondary data is references to previous research.The results of this research show that the process of implementing Situation Awareness for Avsec officers has identified 3 SA indicators at level I, then 4 indicators for SA level II and 2 indicators for SA level III in the work activities of Avsec officers. The level of situational awareness that Avsec officers have on a scale of levels 1-3 is already at level 3, because officers can understand work situations well and can solve problems effectively in their environment, so that Avsec officers' situational awareness is already at level 3. Efforts to improve situation awareness, namely officers are able to understand and analyze every condition in the field by referring to SOPs, briefings before work, always coordinating well when working, every year holding a refreshing course to increase awareness and maintain ability to work. Avsec officers are able to resolve problems well and professionally.

Abstract

Terminal Service Officer (TSO) adalah salah satu unit di PT. Angkasa Pura yang bertugas untuk melakukan pengawasan dan memastikan fasilitas yang ada di terminal bandara. Pengawasan yang dilakukan mengacu pada PM 178 Tahun 2015 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Pengguna Jasa Bandar Udara dan Prosedur Mutu unit Terminal Service Officer. Untuk mengetahui peran petugas TSO , salah satunya adalah survei LOS. Level Of Service (LOS) adalah standar pelayanan yang merupakan tolak ukur sebagai pedoman penyelenggaraan pelayanan dan acuan kualitas pelayanan yang berkualitas, cepat, mudah, terjangkau, dan terukur. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dan didapatkan di Bandara Internasional Adisutjipto Yogyakarta. Data diperoleh dari Observasi, Wawancara, Dan Dokumentasi. Data Primer didapatkan dari wawancara kepada 3 narasumber yang terdiri dari petugas Terminal Service Officer. Data Sekunder didapatkan berdasarkan Peraturan pemerintah (PM) 178 tahun 2015, dokumentasi Prosedur Mutu Bandar Udara Internasional Adisutjipto Yogykarta, serta Monitoring Dan Evaluasi Level Of Service (LOS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petugas TSO telah melaksanakan pengukuran Level Of Service (LOS) sesuai dengan PM 178 Tahun 2015 dan Prosedur Mutu Bandar Udara Internasional Adisutjipto Yogyakarta. Dibuktikan dengan adanya dokumentasi Monitoring Dan Evaluasi LOS yang dilaporkan setiap bulanannya. Dan dari hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa Level Of Service di di bandar udara ini telah berjalan dengan baik sesuai aturan yang berlaku yaitu PM 178 Tahun 2015 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Pengguna Jasa Bandar Udara.

Abstract

Terminal Service Officer (TSO) adalah petugas yang menangani pengawasan pada area sisi darat, sedangkan Apron Movement Control  (AMC) yaitu tugasnya menangani pengawasan area sisi udara khususnya apron. Di Bandar Udara Internasional Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang pernah ditemukan kerusakan pada area check in counter pada fasilitas toilet, kemudian petugas TSO melaporkan pada kejadian kerusakan itu dan selanjutnya akan ditangani unit satuan teknis. Terjadi juga pada area apron ditemukan kerusakan berlubang pada lintasan taxiway-foxtrot, petugas AMC melaporkan kejadian kerusakan itu dan selanjutnya akan ditangani oleh unit teknikal bandara. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kesesuaian instruksi kerja dari petugas TSO dan AMC dalam melaksanakan pengawasan fasilitas di sisi darat dan sisi udara serta mengetahui kendala apa saja yang ditemukan ketika melaksanakan tugasnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 07 Agustus s.d 18 Agustus 2023 dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu pengambilan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi disertai data-data pendukung lainnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu mereduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa pelaksanaan tugas dari petugas TSO dan AMC sudah sesuai dengan intruksi kerja yang ditetapkan. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya terdapat beberapa kendala yaitu pada unit TSO kurangnya fasilitas HT dan kurangnya petugas di lapangan, sedangkan pada unit AMC kendalanya yaitu kurangnya fasilitas CCTV dan kurangnya petugas AMC.

Abstract

Supervision conducted by Apron Movement Control (AMC) on the feasibility of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) vehicles is still frequently found in incidents and violations on the airside. Violations found such as damage to the vehicle engine, vehicle facilities that do not comply with regulations, and oil/fuel spills. This study aims to find out the causes of the lack of supervision of the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit on the feasibility of the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) on the airside and to find out the reasons why Ground Support Equipment (GSE) vehicles that are not operationally feasible are still used on the air side at International Aiports Hang Nadim Batam. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Then data analysis was carried out, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that direct supervision by Apron Movement Control (AMC) of GSE vehicles has not been carried out properly because AMC officers are more focused on garbarata services and Human Resources (HR) are limited, so violations are still found on the airside such us GSE vehicles that are not properly operational. Unfit GSE vehicles are still used for operational activities on the airside due to very busy flight schedules.
