Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap konsumen PT. X, melakukan upaya menganalisis karyawan yang menangani layanan distribusi. Metodeyang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode Servqual dan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan servqual, nilai Gap untuk dimensi tangible adalah -0,82, dimensi reliability adalah -0,86, dimensi responsiveness adalah -0,91, dimensi assurance adalah -0,83, dan dimensi empathy adalah -0,83, nilai total untuk semua dimensi adalah -0,85. Semua nilai yang didapatkan bernilai negatif (-), itu menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan PT. X yang ada saat ini masih di bawah harapan pelanggan, sehingga diperlukan perbaikan kualitas pelayanan pada setiap atribut yang memiliki tingkat pelayanan yang rendah. Dengan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) diperoleh atribut yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan kualitasnya yang berada di kuadran I yang dianggap penting oleh konsumen yaitu atribut nomor X8, X13, dan X12. Kuadran II yang dianggap penting oleh konsumen dan performansi yang dihasilkannya sudah sesuai dengan yang dirasakan oleh konsumen,  kuadran III yang dianggap kurang penting dan memiliki performansi yang tidak begitu baik dan kuadran IV yang dianggap oleh konsumen berlebihan dalam pelaksanaannya tetapi performansi yang dihasilkannya sangat baik. Kata Kunci: Service Quality , Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).

Abstract

PT Sinar Sosro Palembang, a manufacturing company of packaged ready-to-drink beverages, is experiencing constraints in the amount of production that is not optimal, causing excess inventory stock and potential losses. Demand fluctuations are the main factor affecting production instability. To overcome this problem, researchers used the Tsukamoto Fuzzy Inference System method in this study. This method utilizes fuzzy sets to represent rules in real-world problems. With input variables of demand and inventory, this method generates output variables of production. The fuzzy set on each variable is applied with a defuzzification process using a centered average calculation. The results show that there are still production periods that are not optimal, as seen in the production data of Sosro Bottled Tea and Fruit Tea bottles. With 8 optimal calculations from 12 total data for Sosro Bottled Tea and 6 optimal calculations from 12 total data for Fruit Tea bottles, the Tsukamoto Fuzzy Inference System method is considered feasible as a consideration for obtaining the optimal amount of production for PT Sinar Sosro Palembang. The implementation of this method is expected to improve production efficiency and reduce excess inventory stock, resulting in more optimal production performance.

Abstract

A Customer satisfaction in delivery services is important. Customer satisfaction is obtained from the quality of service offered by the delivery service. J&T Cargo Sarimanah Branch is a delivery service that offers quality service to customers so that customers have satisfaction when using the service. In this study, J&T Cargo Sarimanah Branch became a research to see whether the quality of service on customer satisfaction. Research on service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and looks at the variables that are prioritized in meeting customer satisfaction, this study uses the servqual method (service quality) to measure the extent to which the quality of service provided by J&T Cargo Sarimanah Branch and the IPA method (Importance Performance Analysis) to determine the priorities of variables that must be maintained and improved again. The results of this study show a positive value on 18 variables that have been tested and show a value of 2.99. Where the average score shows customer satisfaction with the quality of service J&T Cargo Sarimanah Branch exceeds customer expectations (high satisfaction).

Abstract

AbstrakPT X pemasok kelapa tua yang berasal dari Kabupaten Tasikmalaya Propinsi Jawa Barat, setiap tahunnya PT.X mengalami peningkatan permintaan kelapa tua untuk konsumen yang berada di kota Bandung dan sekitarnya, Saat ini PT X hanya memiliki 2 moda angkutan dengan kapasitas setiap moda angkutnya adalah sebanyak 2100 butir kepala tua. Saat ini PT X sedang menghitung kemungkinan pengaturan kapasitas dan kelayakan pembelian investasi yaitu moda angkut baru dengan alternatif keputusan terbaik antara membeli atau menyewa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi Metode Forecasting (Peramalan) dengan 3 metode berbeda yaitu Freehand’s Method, Metode Semi Rata-Rata dan Least Squares Method. Selanjutnya metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Kapasitas Angkut dan Capital Budgeting yang meliputi Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Return (IRR), serta Payback Period. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa PT X harus sudah memiliki angkutan baru pada Tahun 2023 bulan September berdasarkan peramalan permintaan dengan menggunakan metode Least Square Method dan dilanjutkan menghitung kapasitas angkut menggunakan hasil ramalan hasil dari Least Square Method, serta total membeli moda selama lima tahun dengan menghitung biaya operasional pertahun serta harga kendaraan adalah Rp. 1,232,283,784 dan total menyewa moda selama lima tahun dengan biaya Rp.650.000/hari dan kenaikan pertahun sebesar 5% adalah Rp. 1,311,672,640. Artinya investasi yang akan dilakukan oleh PT X adalah membeli moda baru karena biaya yang dikeluarkan lebih sedikit daripada menyewa.Kata Kunci: Capital Budgedting, Forecasting, Kapasitas Angkut, Kelapa AbstractPT X is an old coconut supplier from Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java Province, every year PT. X experienced an increase in demand for old coconuts for consumers in the city of Bandung and its surroundings, currently PT X only has 2 modes of transportation with the capacity of each mode of transportation is as many as 2100 old heads. Currently, PT X is calculating the possibility of capacity arrangements and the feasibility of purchasing investments, namely new modes of transportation with the best alternative decision between buying or renting. The methods used in this study include the Forecasting Method (Forecasting) with 3 different methods, namely the Freehand's Method, the Semi-Average Method and the Least Squares Method. Furthermore, the method used is the Carrying Capacity Method and Capital Budgeting which includes Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Return (IRR), and Payback Period. From the results of the research that has been carried out, the results were obtained that PT X must already have new transportation by 2023 in September based on demand forecasting using the Least Square Method and continue to calculate the transportation capacity using the results of the estimated results of the Least Square Method, as well as a total of buying modes for five years by calculating the operating costs per year and vehicle prices are Rp. 1,232,283,784 and a total of renting modes for five years with  costs Rp.650,000/day and an annual increase of 5% is Rp. 1,311,672,640. This means that the investment to be made by PT X is to buy a new mode because the costs incurred are less than renting.Keywords: Capital Budgedting, Forecasting, Carrying Capacity, Coconut

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengusulkan perbaikan kualitas pelayanan PT SiCepat Ekspres Bandung dengan mengintegrasikan Model Kano dan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada tiga permasalahan utama layanan, yaitu keterlambatan pengiriman, kerusakan barang, dan gangguan pada sistem tracking, yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 100 responden pelanggan PT SiCepat Ekspres Bandung. Data diuji menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian dianalisis dengan Model Kano untuk mengklasifikasikan atribut pelayanan, serta QFD untuk menentukan prioritas perbaikan teknis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 25 atribut yang diuji, 18 termasuk kategori Attractive yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Nilai tingkat kepuasan berada pada rentang 2,07–2,47, yang menunjukkan kategori cukup puas. Atribut dengan nilai tertinggi adalah kesopanan petugas dan ketanggapan terhadap keluhan, sedangkan atribut dengan nilai terendah adalah fasilitas komunikasi dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman. Integrasi Model Kano dan QFD terbukti efektif dalam mengidentifikasi prioritas kebutuhan pelanggan serta menerjemahkannya menjadi strategi teknis yang terukur. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan jasa logistik untuk meningkatkan ketepatan waktu pengiriman, keandalan sistem digital, dan kompetensi pelayanan karyawan guna meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Distribution networks must simultaneously optimize transport costs, travel time, service performance, vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and carbon emissions to achieve sustainable logistics operations. Balancing these interrelated performance dimensions remains a significant challenge, particularly in regional distribution systems where operational data are often heterogeneous and limited. This study presents a descriptive evaluation of sustainable logistics performance using two complementary academic datasets representing a regional logistics context connecting Aceh and North Sumatra, Indonesia. The first dataset comprises ten paired conventional and optimized route scenarios, while the second consists of twelve-monthly operational observations including shipment volume, total logistics cost, on-time delivery performance, carbon emissions, fuel consumption, and vehicle load factor. Comparative analysis of the paired route scenarios indicates that total transportation costs decreased from IDR 12,933.0 thousand to IDR 10,437.0 thousand, representing a 19.30% reduction. Reported carbon emissions declined from 3,024.8 kg to 2,147.0 kg (29.02%), while total travel time decreased from 59.5 hours to 49.6 hours (16.64%). The monthly operational dataset records 2,583 shipments, with an average on-time delivery rate of 87.26%, mean carbon emissions of 21.35 tons, average fuel consumption of 12,542 liters, and a mean vehicle load factor of 71.53%. Because the paired route scenarios and monthly operational records do not share a common optimization protocol, deployment timeline, or route frequency, they are analyzed independently to avoid unsupported causal interpretations. The findings therefore identify favorable operational patterns rather than causal effects of network optimization. This study contributes a transparent evaluation framework that integrates route-level cost, emissions, and travel-time indicators with monthly service, fuel-efficiency, and loading-performance metrics, providing a practical decision-support approach for sustainable logistics management and future performance benchmarking

Abstract

The expedition service company PT.XYZ Bandung and Jakarta Branches is facing a decrease in the number of shipments and the weight of goods sent for the Jakarta - Bandung shipping route, which automatically affects the income received. This decline phenomenon can certainly have an impact on the financial condition and sustainability of the company. This study will try to conduct a trial by calculating using a system dynamics model. In previous studies, the tariff determination model was completed using the standard costing method, the actual costing method, the activity based costing method, calculating factory overhead costs, the full costing method and variable costing. The results of the study show that the model with system dynamics is better by showing that the model conditions allow the company PT.XYZ to understand the interactions between variables that form the structure of this model. The model shows the causal relationship between various variables to each other in the model, so that the causal relationship between these variables forms a dynamic system model for the operational model of shipping goods at PT. XYZ Branch Hub Bandung City. The company can understand the interactions of various business elements that occur and can analyze what factors form this model including the shipping of goods, the company's income and profit, and the company's operational costs.

Abstract

With the growth in the number and types of vehicles in Bogor City, there are new conveniences and challenges. One of them is the large number of vehicle exhaust emissions that mix with each other in the air, causing air pollution caused by vehicles passing through arterial roads and causing congestion. This study aims to determine how much pollution caused by vehicles, especially those generated on arterial roads in Bogor City and is expected to help related parties to take mitigation actions. This research was conducted using the VKT (Vehicle Kilometer-Traveled) method to calculate vehicle pollution and the Simple Box Model to determine the amount of types of emissions produced. The vehicle exhaust emissions produced are quite high, therefore mitigation measures need to be taken.

Abstract

This conceptual paper develops an integrative framework for collaborative innovation in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The analysis connects the resource-based view, dynamic capabilities, absorptive capacity, organizational learning, social capital, open innovation, resilience, and entrepreneurial-ecosystem perspectives. It does not claim primary survey, interview, experimental, or statistical data. The synthesis argues that knowledge sharing, inter-organizational trust, absorptive capacity, and network governance should be organized as repeatable managerial routines rather than treated as isolated interventions. The framework proposes staged diagnosis, implementation, evaluation, and learning mechanisms and identifies implications for owner-managers, support organizations, and future empirical research.

Abstract

Supply chain disruptions in regional food distribution networks can generate cascading impacts due to complex interdependencies among producers, warehouses, distributors, retailers, and other supply chain entities. Existing risk prediction approaches often rely on static representations and independent feature analysis, limiting their ability to capture dynamic network evolution, risk propagation mechanisms, and interpretable decision support. This study proposes a Resilient Supply Chain Risk Prediction framework using graph-based learning for a regional rice distribution network in Aceh Besar Regency and Banda Aceh City, Indonesia. The proposed framework integrates Dynamic Supply Chain Graphs, Temporal Graph Neural Networks (Temporal GNNs), risk propagation analysis, and explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) to model evolving supply chain relationships and identify disruption vulnerabilities. Operational data from rice mills, warehouses, distributors, and traditional markets are transformed into sequential dynamic graph representations to capture changes in supply availability, inventory conditions, transportation relationships, demand variations, and disruption patterns over time. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed Temporal GNN outperforms Random Forest, XGBoost, and LSTM models, achieving 92.40% accuracy, 92.49% F1-score, and an AUC-ROC of 0.968. Furthermore, risk propagation analysis identifies critical nodes and disruption pathways within the supply chain network, while explainability analysis using GNNExplainer and SHAP reveals that lead time, inventory level, and supplier reliability are key factors influencing disruption risks. The proposed framework also supports resilience-oriented decision-making by enabling proactive mitigation strategies, including route adjustment, inventory redistribution, and prioritization of critical supply chain entities. This study contributes to supply chain risk analytics by providing an interpretable dynamic graph-based learning framework that simultaneously captures network evolution, temporal risk patterns, cascading disruption behavior, and resilience improvement strategies for regional food distribution systems
