Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan terkonsentrasi, boardsize, dan profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal perusahaan indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2020. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari IDX. Sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling dan didapatkan 23 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dari 45 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi panel yang kemudian diolah menggunakan Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan terkonsentrasi, kepemilikan managerial, board size, dan NPM tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. ROE dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal perusahaan indeks LQ45.Kata Kunci: Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Terkonsentrasi, Boardsize, Profitabilitas Dan Struktur Modal

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the factors that impact the faithfulness of users on digital travel platforms, using the model proposed by researchers on satisfaction and loyalty based on user perceptions using the Expectation-Confirmation Model, which was enhanced by incorporating the variables of security and loyalty. Surveys were distributed online using a purposive sampling technique, and the minimum number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula with a 5% confidence interval. Subsequently, the data collected was analyzed using Ms. Excel and the PLS-SEM approach with SmartPLS. According to the findings of this study, out of the seven hypotheses, two hypotheses from travel A and B were rejected, specifically the security hypothesis regarding satisfaction and the satisfaction hypothesis regarding continuance intention. Similarly, the perceived usefulness hypothesis regarding continuance intention was rejected for travel A and B due to the path coefficient value and t-test of the hypothesis being less than 0.1 and 1.96. However, four hypotheses were accepted for all three platforms. According to the calculation of R2, satisfaction, continuance intention, and perceived utility are the three criteria that have the most impact on loyalty on the three digital travel platforms.

Abstract

Sharia banking is banking that uses principles that are in accordance with the Islamic religion. In the development of Islamic banking, from the year it was found that it was quite extensive so that it could reach remote areas in terms of knowledge. The purpose of this researcher is to conduct a theoretical test of the effect of knowledge of Islamic banking products on interest in becoming a customer. This research method uses quantitative with simple regression analysis technique which is tested on 100 respondents from those taken using purposive random sampling technique. The results of the partial t test research can be concluded temporarily that knowledge has a significant effect on the intention to become a customer of Islamic banking, because from the results of the t test the value of t count > t table. For the hypothesis with the f test the result is that knowledge has a significant effect on the intention to become a customer of Islamic banking because the f count > f table and the significant value is below 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how customers’ decisions to save at religious banks are influenced by factors such as location, service quality, and brand image. Purposive sampling is the technique employed for sampling. There were one hundred respondents in this survey who hold savings accounts with Islamic banks. Multiple liner regression is the analysis technique employed in this study. The findings demonstrated that the customer’s decision to save at an religious bank was significantly influenced, both partially and simultaneously, by the factors of brand image, service quality, and location.

Abstract

Tujuan riset ini ialah untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh inflasi dan kurs terhadap pembiayaan Bank Umum Shariah di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023. Peneliti memakai metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi untuk menggali korelasi antar variabel. Sumber datanya dari data sekunder yakni berbentuk laporan keuangan Bank Umum Syariah yang konsisten laporan keuangannya diterbitkan tahun 2019-2023. Sampel berjumlah 11 BUS. Riset ini memiliki 3 variabel, yaitu : inflasi (X1); kurs (X2) dan pembiayaan bank (Y). Dalam riset ini juga dilakukan uji : validitas; reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program SPSS 25 dan analisis data melalui beberapa pengujian, yakni uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil riset ini menunjukkan bahwa inflasi dan kurs secara simultan mempengaruhi pembiayaan Bank Umum Shariah di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023. Berlandaskan hasil analisis: (1) Inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bank. (2) Kurs berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap total pembiayaan bank. Hasil analisis, nilai koefisien determinasi untuk model regresi antara variabel bebas dan terikat adalah 0,7163, artinya variasi variabel inflasi dan kurs mempengaruhi sebesar 71,63 % pada pembiayaan bank. Sisanya 28, 37 % pembiayaan dipengaruhi oleh variasi variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian ini.
