Abstract

The development of community makes human resource management in the company also needs to consider changing work rhythms. Nowadays, many companies use external human resources to complete work in the company. Therefore, an external human resource management strategy is needed that suits the company's needs. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 makes human resource management more about cross-generational competency-based management with a more integrated system. Information systems are one of the most widely used technologies in computer science and communication networks in companies' development of computing systems. information system as a primary computing system that needs to be owned by a company in order to optimize the company's business processes. This optimization also includes managing the company's internal and external human resources. This research focused on the development of human resource management systems. Therefore, this system is called the VRMS system. The VRMS system was developed using a hybrid agile method using the concept of Prisma ORM with NestJs. This research succeeded in building a VRMS system with a performance level of 100%.

Abstract

Human resource management is one of the critical factors for a company in order to realize the company's vision, mission, and goals. This requires effective and efficient human resource management by integrating the entire management process well. This is to manage the company's internal and external human resources. VRMS is an integrated application that can manage the company's external resources. VRMS is built based on dependency injection. VRMS has two superior features: role-based access control (RBCA) and record log. RBCA is a feature that manages all resources involved in a company project. At the same time, the record log allows super admins to monitor and evaluate the performance of all external company resources. The VRMS system is built using hybrid methodoly in software development life cycles from initiation phase, planning, execution, and testing. The testing process used in this system is the user acceptance test (UAT) method. The test results show that all features on VRMS can run 80% well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengelolaan keuangan perusahaan yang menggunakan akad mudharabah dan murabahah yang memerlukan pengelolaan yang baik karena informasi asimetris yang menyebabkan masalah adverse selection. Analisis klaster dapat mengkategorikan perusahaan berdasarkan penyajian data keuangan mereka, dan aplikasi seluler dapat membuat manajemen keuangan lebih mudah diakses dan lebih cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi mobile akad mudarabah dan murabahah berdasarkan metode clustering untuk menjawab tantangan pengelolaan keuangan. Proses perancangan aplikasi mobile akan mengutamakan kebutuhan pengguna dengan menggunakan pendekatan prototyping. Hasil pengujian fungsionalitas berhasil melakukan proses registrasi, aktivasi keanggotaan, dan penyimpanan data member. Selain itu, sistem dapat menyimpan dan memverifikasi data penyerahan Mudarabah yang dimasukkan melalui formulir penyerahan Mudarabah.This research focuses on the financial management of companies that use mudarabah and murabahah contracts which require good management because of asymmetric information, which causes adverse selection problems. Cluster analysis can categorize companies based on the presentation of their financial data, and mobile applications can make financial management more accessible and faster. This study aims to design a mobile application for mudarabah and murabahah contracts based on the clustering method to address financial management challenges. The mobile application design process will prioritize user needs using a prototyping approach. The functionality test results successfully carry out the registration process, activate membership, and save member data. In addition, the system can store and verify Mudarabah submission data entered through the Mudarabah submission form.

Abstract

Abstrak:Persewaan adalah tempat untuk meminjam barang dengan imbalan uang tertentu tergantung pada nilai dan lama meninjam barang. Barang yang banyak memerlukan pencatatan yang baik bagi pemilik barang selain itu tempat untuk menawarkan barang yang akan disewakan dibutuhkan untuk dapat mempertemukan kebutuhan dari penyewa. Nuxt adalah salah satu framework untuk membuat PWA (Progressive Web Application) yang digunakan untuk membuat aplikasi dan diagram yang digunakan untuk analisis adalah usecase serta teknik pengujian yang digunakan adalah black-box. Aplikasi yang dibuat sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan (requirement system) dan tidak ditemukan error ketika menjalankan aplikasi.==================================================Abstract:Rental is a place to borrow goods in exchange for certain money depending on the value and duration of borrowing the goods. Renting is something that usually happens in life when the need for goods is only for a certain period of time and is not used again later. Nuxt is a framework for making PWA (Progressive Web Applications) which is used to create applications and the diagrams used for analysis are use cases and the testing technique used is black-box. The application made is in accordance with the requirements (requirement system) and no errors were found when running the application.
