Abstract

The expansion of national and international urban markets for agriculture created turmoil in the rural economy. Agricultural areas are being pulled into the orbit of the urban economy, turning villagers into cash farmers Availability of labor-saving modern agricultural machinery resulting in reduced rural employment Changes in the dynamics of rural-urban relations contribute to the flow of people with dreams of succeeding in cities More complete An urbanization, the more certain its freedom from natural obstacles, the more the city develops as a free entity (a unit that is born), the more fatal the consequences for the region that dominates it.

Abstract

The strength of tradition supports the stability of the elements from one generation to another. This shows that from one community group there is a tradition in which every element of the tradition will be passed down to the next generation. The house is not just a place to shelter, rest, and have a family, but it can also function to mobilize the residents' resources by looking at the opportunities that exist. In general, the concept of home and work includes social and cultural dimensions, namely as a house that is used as a place to live without other meaningful activities, and a production house, namely a house that is partly used for productive or economic activities. There is a use of space that should be mostly for residential needs (domestic) into activities for doing business (productive). Household Based Enterprises (UBR) in Kampung Sanan "Tempe' Malang, experienced a change in the pattern of occupancy which was influenced by the part of the house that was important to their business.

Abstract

This service activity is the application of an innovative submersible solar pump in a hydro-organic greenhouse environment in Grangsil Jambangan, Malang Regency. This is motivated by the need for water that can only be obtained through deep wells with submersible pumps in hydro-organic greenhouses that already use solar power plants but have insufficient power. The purpose of this service is to provide theoretical and practical understanding for Tour conscious group (POKDARWIS) Jambangan members as managers of the hydro-organic greenhouse. The methods used include focus group discussions (FGD) and joint practice in developing solar power plants for submersible pumps. After the implementation of this program, there was an increase in the capacity of the solar power plants, which has been able to turn on submersible pumps, hydroganic circulation pumps, and other needs. In one day, the submersible pump only needs to be turned on for 2 hours and produces 4,572 liters of water, sufficient for greenhouse hydroganic needs and other needs. Another positive impact is that POKDARWIS Jambangan members have been able to manage and maintain PLTS for a hydro-organic greenhouse. The submersible water pump prototype for hydroganic agriculture at the greenhouse using independent energy is very practical and efficient so it is expected to become a prototype for modern agricultural facilities in the context of a national-scale food security improvement program.

Abstract

Abstract

Regional disparities, and urban sprawl, will cause inequality in mobility between regions—one of the causes of the uneven distribution of educational facilities. The study of mobility patterns provides an overview of student movement patterns from and to school. The analysis is needed to determine the potential problems due to spatial disparities in the settlement Development Area. The research purpose; is (1) to obtain a model for determining the location and distribution of public schools based on mobility patterns in urban settlement development areas and (2) to obtain the model formulation for spatial planning distribution of educational facilities. This research uses a descriptive exploratory method with Space Syntax analysis. The research location was selected using the Classified Purposive Sampling method with an observation scale in the Development Area. The school zoning system has implications for equal distribution of education, reducing the mobility gap between regions, reducing congestion, air pollution, and dependence on motorized transportation. The study results of patterns of connectivity, accessibility, and mobility become a consideration for the placement of educational facilities in the Development Area. This study will improve the arrangement of spatial patterns and distribution of educational facilities based on studies of connectivity, regional accessibility, and student mobility.

Abstract

This activity aims to develop the potential for cultural literacy tourism in Padepokan Panji Asmoro Bangun Kedungmonggo Hamlet, Karangpandan Village, District. Pakisaji, Malang Regency. The service focuses on increasing the ability to equip Padepokan as a tourism destination for mask culture literacy. This activity responds to the problem of lack of resources, one of which is to procure souvenirs in sufficient quantities to meet the demand of tourist groups (large group visits). The solution is to invite partners to discuss so that they can find a SWOT study of this destination. The main priority problem to be resolved is the availability of souvenirs and souvenir packaging. The service team conducted training and provided materials for making mask souvenirs with three variations, namely coloring media masks, refrigerator magnet masks, and masks in the form of brooches. Souvenir packaging is also an important part, mask souvenirs require packaging that maintains their durability and cleanliness, but still shows the face of the mask when displayed. The Service Team prepares packaging designs to meet the criteria, effective, ergonomic, easy to recognize, easy to carry, artistic value, and promotional value. This dedication has provided a solution by completing the needs of tourist destinations in the form of souvenirs with packaging designed complete with mask character stories.ABSTRAKKegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi wisata literasi budaya di Padepokan Panji Asmoro Bangun Dusun Kedungmonggo, Desa Karangpandan, Kec. Pakisaji, Kabupaten Malang.
