Abstract

Organizational culture is a philosophy, ideology, values, assumptions, beliefs, expectations, attitudes and norms that are shared and binding in a particular community. Specifically, the culture in the organization will be determined by conditions of team work, leaders and characteristic of organization and administration process applicable. In addition to the formation of organizational culture, good leadership will also create good kewargaorganisasian behavior. This study aims to identify and examine the influence of organizational culture, leadership and work stress on Organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction as an intervening variable in medical personnel RSU Kaliwates Jember. This type of research can be classified as confirmatory research. The population in this research all medical personnel who are in RSU Kaliwates in Jember Jember. Total population of medical personnel who work in public hospitals in Jember Jember Kaliwates there are 59 employees. The sample in this study were selected using census method, where the population being sampled, as many as 59. The analysis tool used is path analysis. Results of this study states that all hypotheses are acceptable and show significant results

Abstract

This research is an explanatory research conducted at elementary school in Ex City Administrative of Jember. This research method uses structural equation modeling. There are 16 primary schools that serve as research sites with a population of 128 teachers. The sample in this research is 116 people. This research uses two stage sampling, where nonprobability sampling method that is purposive sampling is applied to determine research place and second stage when determining research sample.The results of this study indicate that the headmaster's transformational leadership style positively and significantly influence teacher performance with path coefficient 0,147, probability equal to 0,012, and CR value 2,892. The results of the study showed a positive and significant outcomes between the principal transformational leadership style to teacher motivation and teacher motivation to teacher innovation. Positive and insignificant results between the principal's transformational leadership style to teacher innovation. The result of the research which shows negative and not significant is teacher's motivation to teacher performance. While the results of teacher innovation testing to teacher performance showed a negative and significant influence. These results it can be concluded that the principal's transformational leadership style does not require intervening motivation and innovation of teacher variables to influence teacher performance..

Abstract

Jember University (UNEJ) is a State University (PTN) that has the main duty of providing higher education and provide education based on Indonesian culture in a scientific way that includes education, research and community service to develop skills and improve the quality of life and human dignity of Indonesia in efforts to achieve the national goal. But to achieve its goals are still having some problems where the level of burnout and the turnover intention, especially the temporary educational employees is still quite high. The goals of research are: to prove significantly the direct influence of leadership style, work environment to turnover intention nor the indirect influence of leadership style, work environment to turnover intention through the burnout. This research is a kind of explanatory research with quantitative approach by sampel as much as 245 respondent is the temporary educational employees Jember University. For analyzing variable causal relationship and hypotesis test, so analyse tools  which use is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).Based of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) result known that the leadership style have positive and significant to burnout; work environment have positive and significant to burnout; leadership style have positive and significant to turnover intention; work environment have positive and significant to turnover intention; burnout have positive and significant to turnover intention.
