Abstract

Organizational culture is a philosophy, ideology, values, assumptions, beliefs, expectations, attitudes and norms that are shared and binding in a particular community. Specifically, the culture in the organization will be determined by conditions of team work, leaders and characteristic of organization and administration process applicable. In addition to the formation of organizational culture, good leadership will also create good kewargaorganisasian behavior. This study aims to identify and examine the influence of organizational culture, leadership and work stress on Organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction as an intervening variable in medical personnel RSU Kaliwates Jember. This type of research can be classified as confirmatory research. The population in this research all medical personnel who are in RSU Kaliwates in Jember Jember. Total population of medical personnel who work in public hospitals in Jember Jember Kaliwates there are 59 employees. The sample in this study were selected using census method, where the population being sampled, as many as 59. The analysis tool used is path analysis. Results of this study states that all hypotheses are acceptable and show significant results

Abstract

This research is an explanatory research conducted at elementary school in Ex City Administrative of Jember. This research method uses structural equation modeling. There are 16 primary schools that serve as research sites with a population of 128 teachers. The sample in this research is 116 people. This research uses two stage sampling, where nonprobability sampling method that is purposive sampling is applied to determine research place and second stage when determining research sample.The results of this study indicate that the headmaster's transformational leadership style positively and significantly influence teacher performance with path coefficient 0,147, probability equal to 0,012, and CR value 2,892. The results of the study showed a positive and significant outcomes between the principal transformational leadership style to teacher motivation and teacher motivation to teacher innovation. Positive and insignificant results between the principal's transformational leadership style to teacher innovation. The result of the research which shows negative and not significant is teacher's motivation to teacher performance. While the results of teacher innovation testing to teacher performance showed a negative and significant influence. These results it can be concluded that the principal's transformational leadership style does not require intervening motivation and innovation of teacher variables to influence teacher performance..

Abstract

Jember University (UNEJ) is a State University (PTN) that has the main duty of providing higher education and provide education based on Indonesian culture in a scientific way that includes education, research and community service to develop skills and improve the quality of life and human dignity of Indonesia in efforts to achieve the national goal. But to achieve its goals are still having some problems where the level of burnout and the turnover intention, especially the temporary educational employees is still quite high. The goals of research are: to prove significantly the direct influence of leadership style, work environment to turnover intention nor the indirect influence of leadership style, work environment to turnover intention through the burnout. This research is a kind of explanatory research with quantitative approach by sampel as much as 245 respondent is the temporary educational employees Jember University. For analyzing variable causal relationship and hypotesis test, so analyse tools  which use is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).Based of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) result known that the leadership style have positive and significant to burnout; work environment have positive and significant to burnout; leadership style have positive and significant to turnover intention; work environment have positive and significant to turnover intention; burnout have positive and significant to turnover intention.

Abstract

The research estimates the influence of Leadership and work Motivation on work Satisfaction and The Employees Performance.The research was done to some employees of National Land Agency office in Situbondo regency as many as 52 sample of people who were chosen as the respondence with various and different background of study, marriage status, sex, age and class position. A way of withdrawal sample is by the use of stratified random sampling, while the sheer size of the sample determined by using formula of Slovin. The kind of Thesis research is explanatory research.The measuring scale using likert scale by the span value 1 up to 5. The analysis instrument used in this research is Path Analysis, in which draft problem aims to know the influence of leadership against work satisfaction, motivation against work satisfaction, leadership against work dedication, motivation against dedication and work satisfactory against work dedication. From the analysis of the work of reliability and validity, had been done that all of questioner items represented by the variable are reliable and valid for the next analysis.The analysis result had been experienced that all the hypothesis were positive and significant. The result of the research reveal the influence of leadership style on work satisfaction of the employee. This discuss direct influence of the motivation on the employee’s work satisfaction, a direct impact of leadership style on employee’s performance and a direct impact of work satisfaction on employee’s performance in this research implies that it is important and necessary to consider the leadership style and work motivation in strategic planning to improve work satisfaction and employee’s performance of National Land Agency Situbondo District.

Abstract

The high business competition is currently pushing many industries of Micro and Small Medium Enterprises to continue to innovate both the attributes of products and marketing, currently pushed UMKM to enter the online business through e-commerce into a promising opportunity in the chain selanjuanua network. This study aims to describe the ease, security, responsiveness, price, reputation, trust and decision of Danbo handicraft sales at Trebungan Handicraft House, Situbondo Regency, beside that this research is also explanatory research which analyze each exogenous variable to variable Endogenous This research was conducted in Situbondo Regency precisely through Trebungan Home Industry, with 634 people and technique of sampling using proportional random sampling "based on time division, with the number of samples selected as 270 respondents from various regions in Indonesia namely Java, Sulawesi , Kalimantan, Sumatra, Maluku, Papua and Nusa Tenggara. Analysis of model data using structural equation model (SEM), the results showed for the first test. Normality test does not occur. Normality, Outlier and Multicoliner. The fit fitness model (GOF) also has good model conformity and for hypothesis test results. Hypothesis 1 received where the variable Ease (X1), Security (X2), Response (X3) Price (X4) and Reputation (X5) has a significant effect on Trust (Y1). Hypothesis 6 is rejected, it can be concluded that the Ease (X1) variable has no significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable (Y2). Hypothesis 7 is accepted. Namely Security variables have a significant negative effect on Purchase Decision (Y2). Hypothesis 8 rejected, concluded that the variable Response (X3) has no significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y2). Hypothesis 9 is rejected, namely that Price variable (X4) has no significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y2). Hypothesis 10 is accepted. It is concluded that the Reputation variable (X5) has a significant negative effect on Purchase Decision (Y2), Hypothesis 11 accepted, namely variable of Trust (Y1) have a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y2).

Abstract

Job satisfaction and performance of co-assistant doctors can not be separated by burnout, given the high mobility of work in clinical studies and assisting clinical lecturers in serving patients. Burnout is a psychological syndrome consisting of three dimensions, namely emotionalexhaustion, depersonalization, and low personal accomplisment. To achieve the performance and job satisfaction of young physicians with intervening emotional intelligence and self-efficacy can anticipate burnout. This study includes the type of explanatory research with cross-sectional data collection method. The sample size is the same as the population of 270 co-assistants with the Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) method. The results of this study found that from seven direct effects between the variables tested, there are five significant effects that are: (1) burnout have a significant effect on emotional intelligence; (2) burnout have a significant effect on self-efficacy; (3) self-efficacy have a significant effect on emotional intelligence; (4) emotional intelligence has a significant effect on performance, and (5) self-efficacy has a significant effect on performance, while (1) burnout has no significant effect on self-efficacy; and (2) co-assistant performance has no significant effect on co-assistant doctor job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of tourist attractions and promotions on tourist decisions and loyalty as a result of the decline in the number of tourists. The respondents of this study were 100 tourists who visited Ijen Crater in July 2019 both foreign tourists and local tourists. The data analysis technique used structural equation modeling (SEM) Warp PLS 5.0. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of tourist attraction on the decision to visit. There is a positive and significant effect of tourism promotion on visiting decisions. There is a positive and significant influence of tourist attraction on tourist loyalty. There is a positive and significant effect of tourism promotion on tourist loyalty. There is a positive and significant influence on the decision to visit on tourist loyalty. Path analysis test results show that there is a positive and significant indirect effect between tourist attraction and tourist loyalty through visiting decisions. And there is a positive and significant indirect effect of tourism promotion on visiting loyalty through visiting decisions. Keywords: Quality of tourist attraction, promotion, decision to visit, tourist loyalty

Abstract

Employee is part in a company, besides it's also in the environment employee there is a leader or someone who can set and carry direction coordination of goals organization. This study aims to test and analyze role commitment organization as mediation influence leadership transformational and work life balance towards performance general sales employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Situbondo Cluster. This research includes in approach quantitatively using questionnaire as tool data collection from respondent. Respondents in this study were 52 sales employees using sample saturated. Method analysis use Partial Least Square Equation Model (SEM-PLS) structure using smartPLS 3.0 software. Research results shows that leadership transformational own no influence significant to commitment organization and performance employees, while the work life balance has significant influence to commitment organization and performance employees, as well as commitment organization own significant influence to performance employee. Commitment organization No can role as mediation from leadership transformational to performance, however commitment organization can role as mediation Partial from work life balance to performance employee.
