Abstract

Jember University (UNEJ) is a State University (PTN) that has the main duty of providing higher education and provide education based on Indonesian culture in a scientific way that includes education, research and community service to develop skills and improve the quality of life and human dignity of Indonesia in efforts to achieve the national goal. But to achieve its goals are still having some problems where the level of burnout and the turnover intention, especially the temporary educational employees is still quite high. The goals of research are: to prove significantly the direct influence of leadership style, work environment to turnover intention nor the indirect influence of leadership style, work environment to turnover intention through the burnout. This research is a kind of explanatory research with quantitative approach by sampel as much as 245 respondent is the temporary educational employees Jember University. For analyzing variable causal relationship and hypotesis test, so analyse tools  which use is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).Based of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) result known that the leadership style have positive and significant to burnout; work environment have positive and significant to burnout; leadership style have positive and significant to turnover intention; work environment have positive and significant to turnover intention; burnout have positive and significant to turnover intention.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the effect of destination image and electronic word of mouth and consumer perceptions of visiting decisions probability to visit of object B29 in Lumajang The research approach used in this study is a quantitative research. The pulation in the research are all society from inside of Lumajang Regency and from outside of Lumajang Regency who have never visited B29 tourism object as many as 130 respondents. In this study the total number of indicator variables totaled 13. Data analysis method used in this research is logistic regression analysis. Hypotesis test use was showed that the destination image and electronic word of mouth and consumer perception have a significant influence on the decision to visit B29 tourism object in Lumajang Regency. Keywords: Destination Image, Electronic Word of Mouth, Consumer Perception, Visiting Decision.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of price, ease of transaction, information quality, safety, and trust on online purchase decision. Applying purposive sampling technique, the sample was students of the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jember that consisted of 100 respondents. This study used quantitative data sourced from primary data. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results showed that, both partially and simultaneously, the variables of price, ease, information quality, safety, and trust had a significant positive effect on online purchase decision.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the styles of leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance through OCB at the Insan Cemerlang Bondowoso Foundation. The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling with all members of the population being sampled as many as 70 people. The research uses path analysis method with the SPSS application. The results show that leadership stylesand organizational commitment have a significant effect on OCB. The level of leadership styleswill have an influence on employee performance. A high level of organizational commitment will improve the performance of Insan Cemerlang Foundation employees, to achieve successful performance. The result shows that organizational citizenship behavior influences employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior works as an intervening variable between the influence of leadership styleson employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior also plays a mediating role between organizational commitment and employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap masyarakat di seluruh Indonesia yang berusia minimal 18 tahun dan telah berlangganan Spotify Premium selama kurang lebih 3 bulan terakhir. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung variabel kualitas layanan elektronik, kualitas produk, dan persepsi harga terhadap niat beli ulang. Pengaruh langsung variabel kepuasan konsumen terhadap niat beli ulang dan memediasi variabel kualitas layanan elektronik, kualitas produk, dan persepsi harga terhadap niat beli ulang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 190 responden asal Indonesia yang telah berlangganan Spotify Premium selama kurang lebih 3 bulan terakhir dan berusia minimal 18 tahun. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: 1) Kualitas layanan elektronik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. 2) Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. 3) Persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. 4) Kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. 5) Kualitas layanan elektronik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. 6) Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. 7) Persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. 8) Kualitas layanan elektronik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening. 9) Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening. 10) Persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

The development of a dynamic energy system requires adjustments to energy policies that are in line with and receive strong support from human resources in government and society. One of the most effective and sustainable policies is encouraging investment in environmentally friendly infrastructure, such as renewable energy. The potential of solar energy, which is a renewable energy source, offers a solution to the energy crisis experienced by developing countries. In this research, a new concept is proposed which is known as "the interaction between social acceptance and investment readiness (SONVES) as a mediator of green_ Techno Humanistic Education Capability towards solar PV investment readiness". This aims to determine the effect of increasing social acceptance, technology acceptance, environmental awareness, and economic value which are expected to have a positive effect on investment readiness. This research model uses a quantitative descriptive approach to describe the situation objectively using data in the form of numbers.   overall investment readiness.
