Abstract

The information system has a very large impact, one of which concerns the registration process for new student admissions at Sdn Pasirdurung 1 Pandeglang. Sdn Pasirdurung 1 Pandeglang is an educational institution that is useful for screening prospective students who are selected according to the criteria determined by the school to become their students. Registration of prospective new students at Sdn Pairdurung 1 Pandeglang is still done manually with a recording system in the registration book. In managing data on the acceptance of new prospective students, they still use a record system in the registration ledger which results in data loss and is prone to fraudulent practices in the implementation of student registration. The system analysis method in this study uses PIECES analysis. The system design method in this study uses the Waterfall model while the data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observations and literature studies. The results of the research on the new student registration information system include inputting prospective new student data, printing registration forms and printing prospective student data reports on the system. By using a computerized system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for users to manage new student admissions data, starting from data input, selection and report generation

Abstract

TOPSIS or Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution is a multi-criteria decision-making method which has the concept of selecting the best alternative based on the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. The purpose of this study is to apply the TOPSIS method which can assist in determining the priority of scholarships for students by considering various predetermined criteria. There are four criteria used in this study, namely: average grade, class rank, number of siblings, parental income, and number of achievements. The system development method used is the modified waterfall method, with the stages carried out in the form of analysis, design, implementation and testing. The system that has been built is a system that can make it easier to determine scholarship recipients

Abstract

The problem of this research is that there are still many teachers who are not yet professional because teachers are the spearhead of a nation's progress. The purpose of this research is to find out the level of education, status, certification, and age of elementary school teachers in Central Jakarta. The population in this study were all teachers in Central Jakarta. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of documentation and questionnaires. In order to get an accurate assessment, the assessment of the results of the questionnaire is carried out with a descriptive quantitative assessment. The results showed that there were still many teachers with 1486 senior high school levels, 1588 assistant and honorary teachers, and 1847 who were not certified, and there was still a lack of young teachers. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that public schools in Central Jakarta need to increase the level, status, and certification of teachers, and that there needs to be age consideration in accepting teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the level of education, status, certification, and age of junior high school teachers in Central Jakarta. The population in this study were all teachers in Central Jakarta. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of documentation and questionnaires. In order to get an accurate assessment, the assessment of the results of the questionnaire is carried out with a descriptive quantitative assessment. The results of the study showed that there were still 194 high school level teachers, 633 auxiliary and honorary teachers, and 816 who had not been certified, and there was still a lack of young teachers. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that public schools in Central Jakarta need to increase the level, status, and certification of teachers, and that there needs to be age consideration in accepting teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the principal at SD Negeri Sukajaya 01 Sukajaya District, Bogor Regency. The method used is the Qualitative Method. The evaluation model used is inequality (DEM). Collecting data obtained from various sources, backgrounds and sources through literature study. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Principal in managing the School in Standards of Facilities and Infrastructure and Standards of Educators and Education Personnel needs to be improved. The research subjects are the Principal, and the teachers. The object of research is all that is in the school under study. The research instrument intended as a data collection tool in this study were: grid sheets equipped with interview guidelines, in the form of questions, observations, and documentation studies of all observation activities carried out. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are planning, data collection, data separator, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: 1) the fulfillment of the standard of facilities and infrastructure is not optimal 2) the fulfillment of the standards of educators and education personnel needs to be improved 3) the fulfillment of the standards of sarpras and teaching and educational staff is not in accordance with the duties and functions of the principal. Duties and functions of the Principal as Manager 4) need to analyze the school's obstacles and challenges through a SWOT analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate The relationship between the implementation of school superintendent's supervision, the transformational leadership style of the principal and the motivation together for teacher performance. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all elementary school teachers in Cluster 3, Karang Tengah District, Tangerang City with a sample of 144 teachers who were taken randomly (random sampling). The analysis technique used is a double correlation analysis technique. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that: 1) There is a positive and significant relationship of supervisory supervision with teacher performance. 2) There is a positive and significant relationship of leadership with teacher performance, 3) There is a relationship between work motivation and teacher performance. 4) There is a positive and significant impact of supervisory supervision, traditional leadership and work motivation together with teacher performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar negeri di Gugus 1 Kecamatan Periuk, Kota Tangerang. Budaya kerja merupakan nilai, norma, dan perilaku yang menjadi pedoman dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab, yang dapat memengaruhi kualitas kinerja individu dalam organisasi. Kinerja guru yang optimal sangat penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan proses pembelajaran dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada guru sekolah dasar negeri di Gugus 1 Kecamatan Periuk. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Budaya kerja yang positif, seperti disiplin, kerja sama tim, inovasi, dan tanggung jawab, berkontribusi secara langsung terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa dimensi budaya kerja tertentu, seperti komunikasi yang efektif dan kepemimpinan, memiliki peran dominan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan profesionalisme guru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan budaya kerja yang baik dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru sekolah dasar. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan agar pihak sekolah dan pemangku kebijakan pendidikan di Kecamatan Periuk dapat mengembangkan program pelatihan dan kebijakan yang mendukung terciptanya budaya kerja yang kondusif bagi guru.

Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebermaknaan, landasan filosofis, serta kerangka konsep yang dapat digunakan dalam memahami dan meningkatkan kinerja guru di SDN Priuk, Gugus 1, Kecamatan Periuk, Kota Tangerang. Pendekatan penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitis, yang mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru, seperti kompetensi profesional, lingkungan kerja, serta motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebermaknaan dalam kinerja guru tidak hanya berkaitan dengan efektivitas pengajaran, tetapi juga dengan kesejahteraan psikologis dan profesionalisme dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Dari perspektif filosofis, kinerja guru dapat dikaji melalui pendekatan eksistensialisme dan pragmatisme pendidikan, yang menekankan pada pemenuhan potensi individu serta dampak nyata terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan kerangka konsep yang menghubungkan aspek motivasi, lingkungan kerja, serta kebijakan pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru secara berkelanjutan.Dengan adanya pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai kebermaknaan dan teori yang mendasari kinerja guru, diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pemangku kebijakan dalam merancang strategi peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar. Salah satu aspek yang berkontribusi terhadap kinerja guru adalah pengawasan kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SD Negeri Gugus 1 Kecamatan Periuk, Kota Tangerang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi kepala sekolah mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, baik dari bidang perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pengajaran, hingga evaluasi hasil belajar siswa. Pengawasan yang efektif, yang meliputi bimbingan profesional, pemberian umpan balik konstruktif, serta dukungan dalam pengembangan kompetensi guru, terbukti meningkatkan motivasi dan efektivitas pengajaran di kelas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peran kepala sekolah dalam melakukan supervisi yang bersifat membimbing dan memberdayakan guru untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya peningkatan frekuensi dan kualitas pengawasan kepala sekolah serta penyediaan program pelatihan bagi guru guna meningkatkan profesionalisme mereka dalam mendidik siswa.

Abstract

Supervisi yang efektif, yang melibatkan bimbingan profesional, pemberian umpan balik konstruktif, serta dukungan dalam pengembangan kompetensi guru, terbukti meningkatkan motivasi dan efektivitas pengajaran di kelas. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran kepala sekolah dalam melakukan supervisi yang bersifat membimbing dan memberdayakan guru untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya peningkatan frekuensi dan kualitas supervisi kepala sekolah serta penyediaan program pelatihan bagi guru guna menunjang profesionalisme mereka dalam mendidik siswa.
