Abstract

PT. Pos Indonesia is a company that is State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in courier services, logistics and financial services throughout Indonesia. This study aims to determine the perception of organizational support and work involvement on performance with motivation as a mediating variable. The research method used is quantitative and the sample in this study is 33 employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Lubuklinggau and collected 33 respondent questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses SEM Partial least squares with the help of the smart PLS 3.2.9 application to collect data using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate 1. Perceived organization support has a positive but not significant effect on motivation 2. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on motivation 3. Perceived organization support has a positive and significant effect on performance 4. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on motivation 5 Motivation has a positive and significant effect on motivation significant to performance 6. Motivation cannot mediate perceived organizational support on performance 7. Motivation has been shown to mediate work engagement on performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu Untuk mendeskripsikan sejauhmana kemampuan guru mengelola proses pembelajaran, sejauh mana guru memberikan teladan, kemampuan atau keterampilan yang dimilki guru, sejauhmana kemampuan Guru dalam Mengkomunikasikan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan  hambatan serta keunggulan dalam mengimplementasikan Profil Pelajar di TK Negeri Pembina 1 Kota Lubuklinggau. Kemampuan atau keterampilan yang di miliki Guru Dalam Mengimplementasikan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di TK Negeri Pembina 1 Kota Lubuklinggau yaitu berupa kompetensi pedagogic, kompetensi professional, kompetensi social dan kompetensi kepribadian. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengimplementasikan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di TK Negeri Pembina 1 Kota Lubuklinggau yaitu dengan mengikuti barbagai pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru; dan Hambatan atau kendala yang dihadapi Profil Pelajar Pancasila di sekolah antaranya sikap karakter malas sebagian kecil siswa, faktor penghambat siswa mutasi yang tidak terbiasa hidup disiplin, keterbatasan guru dalam mendesain RPP yang baik, keterbatasan guru dalam menggunakan media, IT dan sumber belajar yang variasi, dan kurangnya waktu yang ada untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar.

Abstract

Rendahnya motivasi kerja dapat terjadi yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor baik internal maupun eksternal. Pada penelitian ini, variabel yang diuji pengarunhnya terhadap motivasi kerja guru adalah komunikasi interpersonal dan budaya sekolah. Motivasi kerja guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta yang berada di Kecamatan Curug, Kabupaten Tangerang mengindikasikan belum maksimal. Dibutuhkan adanya trigger yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas. Komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah ditengarai menjadi variabel yang dapat memengaruhi motivasi kerja. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 205 guru dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 136. Penetapan jumlah sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode proportional random sampling dengan rumus slovin dan sampel uji coba 30 guru. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner yang disebar melalui google form. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial (pengujian hipotesis). Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan metode analisis jalur yang dihitung menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap motivasi kerja guru (Y). Kedua, terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan budaya sekolah (X2) terhadap motivasi kerja guru (Y). Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap budaya sekolah (X2).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate The relationship between the implementation of school superintendent's supervision, the transformational leadership style of the principal and the motivation together for teacher performance. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all elementary school teachers in Cluster 3, Karang Tengah District, Tangerang City with a sample of 144 teachers who were taken randomly (random sampling). The analysis technique used is a double correlation analysis technique. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that: 1) There is a positive and significant relationship of supervisory supervision with teacher performance. 2) There is a positive and significant relationship of leadership with teacher performance, 3) There is a relationship between work motivation and teacher performance. 4) There is a positive and significant impact of supervisory supervision, traditional leadership and work motivation together with teacher performance. Level of relationship between supervisory supervision Traditional leadership and work motivation with Teacher performance in a very high relationship category

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze various strategies for efficient financial management as part of optimizing educational management in schools. Using a literature study method (Library Research) that is qualitative in nature, the research finds that decentralization of educational management provides flexibility in budget allocation according to local needs, but also requires strict supervision to ensure efficiency and transparency. Transparency in financial management is key to preventing budget misuse and enhancing public participation, which in turn contributes to the success of education. Additionally, the implementation of technology, such as e-budgeting applications and web-based reporting systems, can improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability in managing educational budgets. This technology also facilitates monitoring and decision-making processes that are faster and data-driven, ensuring more accurate fund allocation and supporting optimal improvements in education quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of madrasa head leadership style and work motivation on the performance of private madrasa aliyah teachers in Tebet Subdistrict, South Jakarta. This research was conducted by the method of data collection by distributing questionnaires to 54 madrasa aliyah teachers. The results showed the relationship between the leadership style of the madrasa head (X1) and work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y) carried out simultaneously showed a relationship of 0.973 and had an influence of 97.3%. In the T-test results (partially) madrasa head style leadership variables (X1) obtained a tcount of 43.012 while a ttable of 2.008. Because tcount> ttable so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means partially X1 affects Y. Work motivation variable (X2) is obtained tcount of 2.310 while the ttable value of 2.008. Because tcount> ttable so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means partially X2 affects Y. Test results F (simultaneously) obtained Fcount of 926,194. At a significance level of 5% Ftable = 3.18 was obtained. Fcount> Ftable, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that it can be said that there is an effect of X1 and X2 together on Y. Madrasa head leadership style and work motivation on Madrasa aliyah teacher performance has a higher influence if the madrasa head leadership style and work motivation is carried out simultaneously.

Abstract

Semangat kerja adalah salah satu isu sentral dalam bidang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM). Hal ini telah banyak menarik perhatian Peneliti bidang MSDM untuk melakukan diskusi dan kajian-kajian ilmiah. Membahas masalah semangat kerja perlu diawali dengan memahami pengertian semangat kerja itu sendiri. Pratiwi (2013:8) mengatakan, semangat kerja adalah sikap individu dalam bekerja yang menunjukkan rasa kegairahan, antusias, bertanggung jawab, dan komitmen dalam melaksanakan tugas agar mencapai tujuan organisasi. Pemerintah sebagai otorisasi tertinggi dalam mengelola Negara diharapkan mampu menjadikan masyarakat Indonesia menjadi masyarakat yang adil, makmur, dan sejahtera. Oleh karena itu, upaya perbaikan kualitas pegawainya menjadi sangat penting. Tinggi rendahnya semangat kerja pegawai menjadi salah satu kunci tercapainya cita-cita tersebut. Hasil pengamatan awal tersebut bertolak belakang dengan berita, opini, hasil penelitian atau sejenisnya yang berkembang di kalangan masyarakat luas yang mengatakan : Pegawai yang bekerja di Instansi Pemerintahan kental dengan nuansa mangkir, datang terlambat, acuh tak acuh terhadap pekerjaannya dan lain sebagainya. Potret buram kinerja dan perilaku pegawai di Instansi Pemerintah ini diperparah lagi dengan semakin meningkatnya pelanggaran etika, disiplin dan pelanggaran hukum/ pidana yang terjadi di tengah masyarakat. Sering terdengar di media cetak dan elektronik di mana ada oknum pegawai di Instansi Pemerintah yang tertangkap tengah “mangkir”/ “mbolos” kerja, oknum pegawai Instansi Pemerintah yang ketahuan tengah melakukan perselingkuhan sesama. Proses pembinaan semangat kerja pegawai di Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kota Lubuklinggau sudah terbilang baik, akan tetapi masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi usaha untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja. Strategi peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai di Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kota Lubuklinggau telah terlaksana, akan tetapi masih perlu usaha agar pegawai merasa bersemangat dalam bekerja. Kualifikasi semangat kerja di Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kota Lubuklinggau terbilang baik, akan tetapi masih perlu pelengkapan fasilitas (sarana dan prsarana) yang masih kurang

Abstract

The purpose of this study to find how the influence of Organizational Culture and Training on Employee Performance in Class Iark Drug Prison Class IIA Musi Rawas District. From the calculation of coefficient of determination obtained the value of R is 0.701. This means a positive relationship between the Culture of Organisasi and Diklat on Employee Performance in Class Iark Drug Prison Class IIA Musi Rawas Regency is very strong, If Organizational Culture and TrainingIncreased then Performance of employees also increases. Then from the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.491. Means that the magnitude of the influence of Culture Oraganisasi and Diklat on Employee Performance in Prison Class IIA Narcotics District Musi Rawas equal to 0.491 or 49.1%, while the remaining 50.9%. Influenced other variables that are not included in this study such as variable motivation, supervision and so on. Simultaneously organizational culture and dilat effect on performance. The results of this study may be used by subsequent researchers, as research materials in the field of science of organizational behavior or similar science.

Abstract

The method used is a questionnaire method of four variable items, namely Competency, Motivation, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance. The number of samples was 63 respondents. Data analysis used is descriptive quantitative by using SPSS application. The first hypothesis test results,is the Competency variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lubuklinggau City Department of Trade and Industry. The second hypothesis test results is, the Motivation variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The third hypothesis test results is, the variable Organizational Culture (X3) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The fourth hypothesis test results is show that, the independent variable Competence and Motivation has a significant simultaneous effect on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The fifth hypothesis test results is show that, the independent variable Competency and Organizational Culture has a significant influence simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The sixth hypothesis test results show that, the independent variable of Motivation and Organizational Culture has a significant influence simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Trade and Industry Office of Lubuklinggau City. The results of the seventh hypothesis test variables show that, the independent variables Competency, Motivation, and Organizational Culture have a significant influence simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office.
