Abstract

The implementation of the Driving School Program at SD Negeri Tamansari 03 Jakarta faces challenges in implementing learning with a new paradigm, which causes this program to not run optimally. This is reflected in the low quality of schools in literacy and numeracy. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the driving school program using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) method. This research involved school principals, teachers, students and parents using data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and document study. The research results show that the driving school program which consists of five intervention activities, namely consultative and asymmetric assistance, strengthening school human resources, new paradigm learning, data-based planning, and school digitalization can improve the quality of learning, learning outcomes and student character. This is proven in the education quality report at SDN Tamansari 03 in 2024 which saw an increase in the literacy, numeracy and character aspects of students by 83.33%, while the learning quality aspect was 73.71%. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the driving school program contributes and has a positive impact on improving the quality of education at SDN Tamansari 03 Jakarta.

Abstract

This research addresses the gap in public sector employee performance models in Indonesia, which are still dominated by structural factors such as incentives, while the integration of values (psychological and spiritual) is rarely tested quantitatively. This research examines the influence of work loyalty, individual characteristics, and external motivation on employee performance, as well as the role of spiritual intelligence as a moderator at the Lubuklinggau City Agriculture Office. A quantitative survey method was used on 81 employees; data was collected through questionnaires, observations, and document reviews, then analyzed using simple linear regression, t-tests, correlation tests, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that all three variables have a positive and significant effect on performance, and spiritual intelligence strengthens the relationship between each variable and performance. The findings emphasize the urgency of a value-based performance framework that integrates spiritual dimensions into bureaucratic performance management practices. Limitations include a single-agency design, potentially biased self-assessment, and narrow scope. Nevertheless, this study contributes empirical evidence of the moderating effect of spiritual intelligence and offers a value-based performance framework that integrates psychological and spiritual parameters in the context of government organization.

Abstract

Several prospective students with special needs registered at THI Integrated Islamic Elementary School; however, not all could be accommodated. This study aims to analyze and describe the planning, organizing, actuating, and supervising of inclusive education at the school. A qualitative descriptive method was employed. The findings are as follows: (1) Planning is based on Islamic values and national policies, involving students with special needs, teachers, and parents; (2) Organization is supported by a structured system consisting of an inclusion coordinator, special education teachers, and an external consultant, with adequate facilities and infrastructure; (3) Actuating is implemented through the Merdeka Curriculum, with modified lesson materials and individualized learning programs—both academic and non-academic—using a pull-out system; (4) Supervision is conducted by the principal, vice principal, and inclusion coordinator, along with the external consultant. However, oversight from government education supervisors is less intensive compared to that in public schools. THI Integrated Islamic Elementary School demonstrates effective inclusive education practices. Nevertheless, ongoing support from educational authorities is needed to ensure program sustainability and continuous improvement. This study offers a comprehensive case study of inclusive education within a private Islamic school, providing valuable insights for educators and policymakers interested in implementing similar initiatives.
