Abstract

Contraception is the prevention of fertilization of an egg by a sperm cell or prevention of the attachment of a fertilized egg to the uterine wall. The contraception program is one effort that can be made to control the birth rate. The use of postpartum birth control is an important aspect in reproductive health and family planning. In an effort to achieve sustainable development goals, attention to the welfare of mothers, children and families is becoming increasingly urgent. The aim of this service is to provide postpartum family planning education to pregnant women to actively participate in the success of family planning activities. The method used in this community service activity begins with post-natal family planning education, various types of post-natal family planning according to needs. The result of this activity was an increase in the knowledge of respondents, the majority of whom were in the good category (87.5%). Overall, this service activity can be said to be good because it has succeeded in increasing respondents' knowledge and understanding regarding postpartum family planning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) The use of social media through gadgets at MI Nuril Huda Losari, Sumowono District, Semarang Regency. 2) The development of student behavior in the use of social media through gadgets towards changes in children's behavioral personality. 3) Teacher strategies in anticipating the development of the use of social media through gadgets towards changes in children's behavioral personality. This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods using observation, interviews. The object of research at MI Nuril Huda Sumowono, Semarang Regency. The results of the study are that the development of social media use through gadgets is very significant, almost all upper-class students are able to use social media, but there is a lack of parental involvement in supervising children's gadget use. The impact of the development of social media use through gadgets is, Facilitating communication, Expanding friendship networks or getting new friends, Making it easier to find information, For learning access, Social media can be used as a means of entertainment when finishing homework or schoolwork, Social media can stimulate children to follow current technological developments, or so that children are not gaptek (technologically illiterate). The negative impact is, it can cause a sense of dependence in children because when they operate the application on their gadgets they forget the time and even postpone activities that they should be doing but they are busy playing gadgets, Messy sleep patterns, Eye disorders due to exposure to radiation due to often staring at the gadget screen they are holding. The concept of teachers in preventing the negative impacts of social media use on students is as follows: a.) Teachers become role models imitated by students so that what is prohibited and recommended by teachers is carried out voluntarily because the teachers they imitate also do the same thing. Teachers must set a good example by following the development of the times in a healthy and reasonable manner even though it is related to the development of science and technology today. b.) Teachers provide motivation to students, as the duties and roles of a teacher, a teacher must provide motivation or advice that builds positive behavior or good morals and good achievements by following the development of the times in a healthy and reasonable manner even though it is related to the development of science and technology today.

Abstract

The factors that influence achievement in the world of education are multi-dimensional consequences that link several factors, including family, community, school, peers and the students themselves. Education is one means of forming and creating quality human resources. One important indicator of the results of education is achievement. Student learning achievement is influenced by internal and external factors of students. Family support is one factor that can influence student learning achievement.The research that will be carried out includes research that uses analytical observational studies with a cross-sectional research design. The sampling technique used puptpsive sampling, namely respondents who were willing to take part in the research. Sampling was carried out using a Google form link which was distributed via WhatsApp to all midwifery students at the Harapan Ibu Pekalongan Midwifery Academy. The type of analysis in this research uses the Kendall Tau test analysis. The results of the research obtained a p value of 0.021 which shows that there is a significant relationship between family support and the level of student learning achievement as evidenced by the cumulative achievement index (GPA) with a correlation coefficient value of 0.362 showing that there is a sufficient correlation or relationship between family support and student learning achievement

Abstract

Malnutrition problems in pregnant women can result in malnutrition in babies and young children with low birth weight, including stunting. Efforts to overcome stunting by maximizing posyandu. However, various studies show that the role of nutritional health education and counseling in posyandu still faces various obstacles, such as the delivery of information that is less than optimal and less comprehensive, as well as varying levels of knowledge among mothers of young children. Therefore, family support is very necessary to prevent stunting in Banyurip Village in Pekalongan. This nutritional problem can only be resolved if the community understands the problem and knows how to overcome it according to the conditions and circumstances of each region. public . This community service begins with an opening, introduction of the community service team, distribution of pre-test questionnaires related to stunting material, introduction of the material and questions and answers, and at the end the community present is given another questionnaire to evaluate the material provided. The level of knowledge before the participants received material related to family support in preventing pain was mostly poor (73%), but after being given education about the role and support of the family in preventing stunting, the post test results increased knowledge, namely the majority of participants had good knowledge (93%).

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of growth failure in children under five due to chronic malnutrition, especially in the first 1,000 days of life (HPK). Stunting affects brain growth and development so that there is a higher risk of suffering from chronic diseases in adulthood. The effort to handle stunting is by maximizing Posyandu. Posyandu can function as a comprehensive early detection, handling and consultation on stunting.) Posyandu cadres must be able to take part in efforts to deal with stunting, at least by being able to carry out early detection of stunting, the existence of posyandu can help monitor the development of nutritional status of toddlers based on recording and reporting taken from data on the results of weighing toddlers. The method used in this community service activity is through counseling activities for parents in the Anggrek Posyandu area, Banyurip Village, Pekalongan City. The results of this activity increased the knowledge of participants, namely good knowledge as much as 92% from the previous counseling only 34%.

Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran, media sangat dibutuhkan guna menunjang penyampaian pesan dari guru kepada siswa. Oleh karenanya pengembangan media yang inovatif dan menarik sangat dibutuhkan untuk memotivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran. Pengembangan media yang inovatif dan menarik tentunya harus melewati beberapa tahap metode penelitian. Penelitian ini bertjuan untuk mengembangkan media GADIPA (Gambar Digital IPA) berbasis AVS Video Editor. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan-yaitu-Research and Development- (R&D) dengan model prosedural ADDIE. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V MI Al Ma’arif Gondanglegi Kecamatan Klego Kabupaten Boyolali yang berjumlah 15 siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain: 1) Kebutuhan dalam pengembangan media .pembelajaran GADIPA Berbasis AVS Video Editor pada materi benda dan sifatnya di MI Al Ma’arif Gondanglegi, Kecamatan Klego, Kabupaten Boyolali yaitu kebutuhan media video pembelajaran yang dapat mendukung proses pembelajaran dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. 2) Pengembangan media pembelajaran GADIPA Berbasis AVS Video Editor pada materi benda dan sifatnya di MI Al Ma’arif Gondanglegi, Kecamatan Klego, Kabupaten Boyolali telah melalui berbagai tahapan. Tahapan-tahapan tersebut yaitu tahap perancangan media, validasi, revisi, dan uji coba. 3) Efektivitas pengembangan media pembelajaran GADIPA Berbasis AVS Video Editor pada materi benda dan sifatnya dapat dilihat dari hasil uji efektivitas menggunakan uji paired samples t-test dari hasil pretest dan posttest, yaitu adanya perubahan Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,00

Abstract

Pelayanan Kesehatan dan Persiapan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyaakat merupakan bagian penting dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan terutama Balita yang dianggap sangat rentan. Penambahan kasus corona yang semakin tinggi di dominasi oleh kluster keluarga yakni Ibu atau Bapak terkonfirmasi COVID-19 maka anak akan berisiko tertular sehingga perlu  perhatian khusus bagi keluarga yang mempunyai balita. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah Mengetahui bagaimana kewaspadaan bidan dalam pelayanan Imunisasi pada Balita di Puskesmas Wilayah Kota Pekalongan. Metode Penelitian menggunakan rancangan penelitian kualitatif yang disajikan secara deskriptif eksploratif melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Subyek Penelitian terdiri dari 8 orang Informan Utama yang terdiri dari Bidan, dan Informan Triangulasi yang terdiri dari Kepala Puskesmas, Kader Posyandu, Kepala Kasie KIA DKK Pekalongan dan Ibu Balita. Penelitian terdiri dari 5 Aspek yakni Sumber Daya Manusia, Ketersediaan APD dan SOP, Sarana Prasarana dan  Pengetahuan.  Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Kewaspadaan Bidan dalam Pencegahan COVID-19 Pada Pelayanan Imunisasi Balita di Wilayah Kota Pekalongan Pada Era New Normal yang masih kurang adalah ketersediaan APD yang terbatas masih menjadi hambatan dalam pelayanan Imunisasi Balita, kurangnya kesadaran ibu balita dalam mneggunakan masker karena alasan kurang nyaman dan keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang tanda gejala serta bagaiamana jika ibu balita Positif COVID 19.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui perencanaan penggunaan model VAK dengan Teknik WBT; melihat bagaimana keterlaksanaan penggunaan model pembelajaran; serta bagaimana evaluasi kemandirian belajar melalui model pembelajaran VAK dengan teknik WBT dapat meningkat. Metode yang digunanakan yaitu desain deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi kasus. Data yang diteliti didapat melalui wawancara, observasi, tes/angket, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian menunjukkan hasil yaitu: Pertama, rencana dalam rancangan kegiatan belajar-mengajar berjalan dengan tahap-tahap yang sistematis sesaui diharapkan melalui model VAK dengan teknik WBT, tahapan berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kedua, Pelaksanaan dan penerapan dalam penyampaian materi ditunjukkan melalui video yang kemudian diliat, dibaca dan dipahami oleh siswa melalui power point, sehingga proses pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Ketiga, Evaluasi dan peningkatan kemandirian dalam belajar dapat dilakukan dengan diskusi kelompok, pemberian tugas, praktik secara langsung, dan pemberian soal latihan. Hasil evaluasi pada kelas VA menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa memeroleh peningkatan yaitu dari yang semula 60% menjadi 85% setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran VAK dengan teknik WBT, hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan hasil evaluasi belajar yang sangat baik karena terlaksanaya kemandirian dalam belajar. Sedangkan hasil evaluasi selama proses pembelajaran pada kelas VB setelah menggunakan model VAK dengan teknik WBT terjadi penurunan dari yang semula 50% menjadi 45%, hal ini menjadi bukti bahwa adanya penggunaan model VAK dengan teknik WBT pada pembelajaran IPA tidak dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa. Hasil perolehan belajar juga dilihat pada peningkatan rata-rata nilai hasil pre test 70,26 dengan persentase 60% dan 68,78 dengan persentase 50% siswa tuntas belajar dan hasil rata-rata nilai post test yaitu 93,25 persentase 85% dan 77,4 persentase 45% siswa selesai belajar.
