Abstract

Dinamika perkembangan kurikulum pendidikan Islam perlu mendapat perhatian bagi praktisi pendidikan agar penetapan kebijakannya sesuai dengan tujuan. Diketahui bahwa pendidikan Islam di Indonesia masih jauh dari harapan karena masih banyak output yang belum memiliki kompetensi atau kepribadian yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang alasan mengapa kurikulum harus dikembangkan, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan  kurikulum, dan cara mengembangkan konsepsi kurikulum pendidikan Islam.  Dengan melakukan  penelitian kepustakaan, diperoleh hasil bahwa (1) Kurikulum pendidikan Islam harus dikembangkan untuk mencapai keberhasilan peserta didik baik dalam ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik; (2) faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan kurikulum adalah; tujuan, tuntutan masyarakat global, isi atau materi yang disesuaikan dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, serta kondisi psikologis  peserta didik; (3)  untuk mengembangkan konsepsi kurikulum Pendidikan Islam, perlu adanya pemahaman pada masing-masing konsepsi kurikulum yang sudah dirumuskan oleh para ahli pendidikan. Konsepsi kurikulum yang dimaksud adalah: kurikulum akademik,  humanistik,  teknologi, dan rekonstruksi sosial.Kata kunci: pengembangan konsep, kurikulum pendidikan islamThe dynamics of the development of Islamic education curriculum needs to get attention for education practotioners so that the determination of policies can be objective. This study analyzed the reasons why the curriculum should be developed, factors that influence, and how to develop curriculum conception. By doing library research, the result showed that (1) the Islamic education curriculum should be developed to achieve the success of learners in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor; (2) factors affecting the development are purposes, demands of the global community, and contents or materials (3) to develop a conception of the curriculum of Islamic education, the need for understanding on their respective conceptions of the curriculum that has been formulated by education experts. The conceptions of the curriculum are: the academic curriculum, humanistic, technological, and social reconstruction.Keywords: concept development, the curriculum of Islamic education

Abstract

This research used field research approach with questionnaire distributed to employees of BMT in Kudus, 105 respondents. Samples were taken using proportionate stratified random sampling and the data were analyzed using path analysis. The results were: 1) Justice of organization has positive influence and significant to organizational commitment with tcount 2,308 > ttable 1,982; 2) Islamic work ethos has positive influence and significant to organizational commitment with tcount 31,058 > ttable 1,982; 3) Justice of organization has positive influence and significant to employees performance with tcount  2,000 > ttable 1,982; 4) Islamic work ethos has positive influence and significant to employees performance with tcount 5,448 > ttable 1,982;  5) Organizational commitment has positive influence and significant to employees performance with tcount 2,340 > ttable 1,982.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Android-based math exercises application for the visually impaired. This research is development research carried out with research steps, namely: (1) preliminary research, (2) prototyping stage, and (3) assessment phase. The research was conducted between April 2020 and December 2020. The material chosen in the application developed was a plan taught in 8 grade. The research process involved six experts in assessing the product, namely three mathematics education experts to assess the validity of the aspects of mathematical content, two blind education experts to assess visually impaired content suitability and accessibility, and 1 IT expert to assess product performance. The product was tested on nine visually impaired. The quality of teaching materials is based on three basic aspects: feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness. The conclusions of this study are: (1) the product has good quality because it has been declared feasible by experts, practical, which can be seen from the enthusiastic response and student testimonials, and is effective because it can be used to learn and measure abilities, (2) the application is divided into three sections, preamble (contains the opening tune and instructions for use), practice questions, and results. Application development is based on two elements, namely accessibility and compatibility of the content with the cognition of the visually impaired, (3) the question page consists of questions (will be read when entering the page and can be repeated when the user taps the question section), under the question, there is a question number. There is a question; answer choices are arranged twice in two (the answer choices will be read out when pressed by the user). There is an answer lock button at the very bottom, and (4) the visually impaired want an application that has a simple operating system, provides challenges to the user and has two functions, namely measuring their abilities and facilitating their learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the obligation to provide collateral in the profit sharing agreement in Islamic banks. In this study using a descriptive qualitative research approach that is through the study of literature and combined with theories relating to the obligation to provide collateral in the profit sharing agreement at Islamic banks. The results of this study are that the basis for the profit sharing agreement rests only on the principle of trustworthiness, but that does not mean that there should not be any collateral charged to customers in banking operations. This is because in the context of the guarantee agreement is done voluntarily between the parties, and contains a halal clause so that it can be concluded that the guarantee agreement in banking is a legal and lawful agreement.

Abstract

Parijoto jam is an innovative food product that comes from parijoto fruit, a typical fruit of Kudus City. Mothers who are members of the Aisyiyah Branch of Bakalan Krapyak Kudus Village have entrepreneurial potential in the field of food products. The aim of the service is to improve partners' skills in making parijoto jam (parsley) and marketing it as a typical Kudus food preparation. The process of making this jam uses heating and sugaring methods, sugaring is what makes the jam product have a longer shelf life. The parijoto jam product produced has a sweet, sour taste and has a thick texture according to jam standards and has a shelf life of 2 months at room temperature. The training activity was carried out for two days, the first day was socialization about the benefits and methods of processing parijoto fruit, followed by demonstrations and joint practice in making parsley. On the second day, training was held on how to market products, apply for production permits and halal certificates. A total of 30 participants took part in the activity. Evaluate activities with methods pre and post-test, and by asking participants questions about the material. The result was an increase in participants' knowledge after being given socialization and training, namely the average score pre-test 29 increased to 42 after training. Some participants were also able to answer questions correctly. Furthermore, it is necessary to provide assistance in the implementation of production and business sustainability by participants.

Abstract

PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk merupakan market leader dalam industri Fast Moving Consumer Goods di pasar Indonesia yang telah beroperasi sejak tahun 1993.. Pada rentan waktu laporan 2020-2023 mengalami penurunan yang ini dipicu oleh adanya pandemic covid-19 dan yang terbaru adalah issue geopolitik yang menyebabkan produk-produk mereka mengalami pemboikotan. Penelitian kali ini adalah untuk mengetahui pada sektor laporan keuangan apa saja yang terdampak issue tersebut sehingga mengalami penurunan dinamika laporan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melalukan analisis laporan keuangan, serta menelaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian yang ada dengan menggunakan metode du point system, menggambarkan bahwasanya di rentan 2020-2023 baik itu Net profit, Asset turnover, Return of investment mengalami penurunan. Dengan demikian PT. Unilever diharapkan kedepannya terus melakukan upaya peningkatan kualitas mutu lini produk mereka, dan secara konsisten melakukan kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility ke Masyarakat yang membutuhkan.

Abstract

The financial system in Indonesia continues to progress, especially in financial institutions based on Sharia. Sharia Microfinance Institutions actors develop along with an increase in turnover which is influenced by member perceptions of a product. The product that is often used by MSME players is a business capital financing product that can assist in capital. However, some people still cooperate with conventional financial institutions that have elements of ribawi which are prohibited by Islam in the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah because they are considered detrimental to one party. Therefore, the presence of BMT is needed because it can be an alternative solution for business people who need additional capital without worrying about usury. This study aims to describe the perception of members on business capital financing products in empowering MSMEs at BMT Ummat Sejahtera Abadi Nalumsari Branch. This study applies a type of field research with a qualitative approach and descriptive method. The data obtained in this study is in accordance with the facts that occurred at BMT Ummat Sejahtera Abadi Nalumsari Branch obtained through observation, interviews with branch heads, marketing employees and 5 members on business capital financing products and documentation. Data analysis is done by reducing data, presenting data and verification and conclusions. Member perceptions related to business capital financing products available at BMT Ummat Sejahtera Abadi Nalumsari Branch obtained good results, evidenced by an increase in the number of members by 1,34% and progress on the business being carried out. This perception is influenced by the quality of service and the price of a product that can be calculated because the margin or service provided tends to be low.

Abstract

Permasalahan mitra Pimpinan Ranting Aisiyah di Kecamatan Ketanjung Kabupaten Demak yaitu populasi ikan gabus dan inovasi dalam pengolahan ikan gabus. Mitra memiliki daerah yang kaya akan populasi ikan gabus dan anggota yang aktif dalam kegiatan positif. Permasalahan perioritas yang akan ditangani adalah bidang teknologi, pada aspek inovasi dan pemasaran nugget. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa, saat ini mitra lebih sering mengolah ikan gabus dengan cara sederhana seperti di goreng dan direbus. Sementara untuk ikan gabus lainnya hanya disimpan dilemari pendingin. Pengabdian ini bertujuan menginovasi ikan gabus dalam bentuk nugget sebagai solusi efektif peningkatan pendapatan dan pemenuhan gizi. Metoda yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, monitoring dan evaluasi serta keberlanjutan program. Pemberdayan mitra menyimpulkan bahwa inovasi produk nuiga menjadi solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan gizi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan mitra dalam mengolah dan memasarkan Nuiga (nugget ikan gabus kaya albumin). Mitra mampu mempraktikkan teknik fillet dengan benar, memahami kandungan gizi terutama albumin, serta memproduksi Nuiga secara higienis sesuai standar HACCP. Produk yang dihasilkan terjangkau dan bergizi tinggi, berpotensi untuk pencegahan stunting dan pemulihan pascaoperasi. Strategi pemasaran konvensional dan digital meningkatkan jangkauan pasar. Mitra berkomitmen melanjutkan edukasi dan pelatihan, memperkuat keberlanjutan inovasi dan mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa. Nuiga berpotensi menjadi pangan fungsional modern yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi dan mendukung strategi keberlanjutan usaha berbasis perikanan.
