Abstract

Abstract

With thiscondition, resulted in the emergence difficulties for home craftsmen in the industry toimprove and expand its business.With the variety of backgrounds, as described above, the purpose of this researchare to provide recommendations about the quality control, cutting sateen in the process ofmaking bags in the Home Industries X.Solving problems in this research using the method to determine the source ofvariation of the process, that is using the Control Chart of X-bar (average) and R(Range). The results showed that the value of Process Capability Index (Cp) in the HomeIndustry X has a value of Cp = 0.525 <1.00. This means that the process has a lowcapability to meet the specifications of the expected measurement. As well as with size ofKane Performance Index (Cpk = 0.367) were the criteria CPL = 0.367, or CPU = 0.682<1.00, which means that the process is not able to meet the lower specification limit(LSL) and upper (USL). With this condition, it is necessary to control the use of controlchart from the X-bar and R to monitor the ongoing process from time to time, to soquickly take corrective action, if any changes which not desirable in the process ofmaking bags at Home industrial X.Kata Kunci : Pengendalian Kualitas, Indek Kapabilitas Proses (Cp), Indeks Kinerja Kane(Cpk)

Abstract

Untuk mengembangkan Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) di Desa Minggirsari yang terletak di Kecamatan Kanigoro, Kabupaten Blitar, perlu memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produknya. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan suatu strategi pemasaran produk dan sekaligus pendampingan proses produksi. Dengan demikian, produk UMK di Desa Minggirsari semakin dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Tujuan dari ini adalah untuk pemetakan dan penyusunan strategi pemasaran produk UMK MAMIN di desa Minggirsari, Kecamatan Kanigoro, Kabupaten Blitar. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan adalah dengan menggunakan Metode SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threath). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran produk yang tepat digunakan oleh UMK Desa Minggirsari yaitu Strategi Strenght-Opportunity (SO Strategy) pada Kuadran 1. Strategi tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa UMK Desa Minggirsari berada dalam kondisi yang sangat menguntungkan karena memilki kekuatan dan dapat meraih beberapa peluang yang ada sehingga dapat memungkinkan untuk terus melakukan ekspansi, memperbesar pertumbuhan, dan meraih kemajuan secara maksimal.

Abstract

Trowulan is one of the tourist areas of history that have excellent potential in Mojokerto regency. As relics of the kingdom Mojopahit area, potentially Tourism Trowulan visited by domestic tourists and international tourists. People living in tourist areas generally work as traders in both the small-scale micro-scale mauun engaged in the provision of a small meal as food supplement for the tourists also partly used as souvenirs. among small food businesses in this area are small businesses owned Sofuan father and Mr. Fahturozy in the village Trowulan, Trowuln districts in Mojokerto. Small enterprises salted peanuts belong to Mr. Sofyan established since 2000, and until now only able to produce as much as 15 kg of salted peanuts per day to be done by 3 people. An average ability in the epidermis peeling beans in a day not more than 5 kg. The same was experienced by small businesses owned by Mr. Muhammad Fahturozy established since 2002 and is only able to produce about 9 kg of salted peanuts per day worked 2 workers. Information from both these business owners, the actual demand for salted peanuts very much but can not meet because of limited manpower and costs for peeling the the cuticle nuts.Based on that information we try to provide a way out by trying to use a peeler peanut the cuticle so that the amount of production can be increased. IbM 2015 through this program can be realized both small businesses desire the salted peanuts. Peeler the cuticle beans that have been tested turned out to show a significant result is a tool that are received by the father and the father of Muhammad Fahturozy Sofuan can produce 19-20 kg/ h with the percentage of broken nuts ± 5%. New problems that occurred with increasing the ability of the cuticle peeling is the lack of means of frying beans so the beans peeled produced can not immediately fried. It was found to affect the quality of the peanuts produced. With the desire and high spirits of both small businessmen salted peanuts on the quality of their products, they are willing to pay to add frying pan so that the quality of salted peanuts produced is maintained. Increasing the number of salted peanut production is certainly an impact on the marketing of the bean. The solution we provide to overcome the problems of marketing is to provide guidance and assistance in an effort to increase the number and expand the marketing area. Guidance we have done is to give a tutorial on how to market the salted peanuts and how to get new customers. The results of the guidance is the addition of marketing area that was originally only in the area of Mojokerto, now began to be marketed in Jombang, Sidoarjo and Gresik. The second desire of small entrepreneurs salted peanuts to be able to market their products in the mini market and super market while it is still constrained in handling brand and IRT permits are still sought. Besides problems IRT licenses and brands that are still in the maintenance effort, there is still another problem that needs to be thought of looking for a way out is the speed of packaging and packaging quality to make it look more attractive in addition to maintaining a stable taste quality.Keywords: Small enterprises Salted peanuts, IbM Partners, Parer the porters epidermis beans

Abstract

Perkembangan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) furniture saat ini belum menunjukan hasil yang lebih baik dalam perkembangannya. Peralatan yang digunakan masih relatif sederhana dan masih manual. Banyak UKM furniture yang berada di sentral UKM furniture daerah Mojowarno, Jombang, Jawa Timur masih menggunakan peralatan yang sedernana dalam melakukan kegiatan produksi dalam menghasilkan produk furniture berbahan baku kayu jati. Pada saat permintaan tinggi banyak UKM yang tidak mau memenuhi permintaan konsumen karena kapasitas produksi yang terbatas dan model jenis produk yang masih klasik, sehingga perlu adanya perubahan produk yang lebih baik. Dengan menggunakan peralatan yang ergonomis UKM furniture akan mampu memenehi kebutuhan konsemen sesuai dengan harapan yang diinginkan dari para pemakai produk. Penggunan mesin bor dan mesin potong yang ergonomis mampu dalam meningkatakan produksi di UKM furniture. Hasil pengamatan menunjukan bahwa dengan mesin baru dengan menggunakan tenaga listrik didesain secara ergonomis memberikan dampak nyata bahwa peralatan baru mampu meningkatan kapasitas produksi dan lebih aman digunakan.  Analisis data terdapat perubahan kecepatan kerja dengan silisih rata-rata waktu mengebor 50 %, waktu pemosisian mata bor 51%, waktu setup 39% dan waktu perpindahan 40%. Perubahan kecepatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja di UKM furniture. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menggunakan mesin peralatan yang baru, menunjukan dampak yang positif terhadap keberadaan UKM furniture. Nampak pada keuntungan dan kesejakteraan para pelaku UKM furniture meningkat, karena semua kebutuhan konsumen dapat terpenuhi dan mampu meningkatkan omset para UKM furniture. Kata Kunci : Furniture, Ergonomi, Bor, Potong

Abstract

Petrokimia Gresik is a subsidiary of PT. Pupuk Indonesia which produces fertilizer in support of the Government's Program to Increase Agricultural Production and National Food Security. In one of the Work Units, namely the Administration and Sales Department, there is one Fertilizer that rarely has income that does not meet the Company's RKAP Quantum Target, namely Urea fertilizer as evidenced by the Pre-Research results, Quantum Data Realization and Quantum Target RKAP Urea Fertilizer in 2021. In the research This analysis is carried out by analyzing customer perceptions and expectations using the Servqual Method to Measure Service Quality of the Urea Fertilizer Sales and Administration Department. Measurement results in finding the gap between Customer Perceptions and expectations from Servqual will be corrected with QFD. Then do the preparation of strategies that are applied to the Company. The results of Servqual show that all dimensions have a "Unsatisfied" Satisfaction Level, which means that the customer assesses that the service provided has not met the expectations of the customer. Next, an analysis is carried out using QFD which shows that the average of all attributes needs to be improved. Indicators that require Top Priority are those related to the Competence of the Urea PIC. So the recommendation from the AVP of Urea Fertilizer is to conduct a Procurement Evaluation of the Performance of the urea PIC at the Administration and Sales Department at PT. Petrokimia Gresik.

Abstract

CV. Cipta Mandiri Sukses adalah sebuah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang jasa percetakan  kalender, pamflet, brosur, fleyer, poster, kemasan produk makanan, dan masih banyak lagi lainnya. Dalam memproduksi pamflet, perusahaan ini sering kali menemui kendala berupa banyaknya produk cacat berupa ukuran yang sesuai dengan standart, adanya bercak tinta, tinta blur, dan tinta luntur. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka dalam kegiatan penelitian kali ini akan dilakukan analisa mengenai penyebab terjadinya produk cacat dan memberikan rekomendasi usulan perbaikan kepada perusahaan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi. Analisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat pengendalian kualitas yakni ’seven tools of quality’ yang terdiri dari check sheet, histogram, scatter diagram, peta kendali (control chart), diagram pareto, dan diagram sebab akibat (fishbone). Faktor penyebab dari kecacatan tersebut juga bermacam-macam mulai dari faktor manusia, mesin, material, metode, dan lingkungan kerja. Dengan demikian rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan adalah melakukan perawatan mesin secara teratur, apabila terdapat komponen atau bagian dari mesin yang perlu diganti maka pergantian komponen tersebut harus segera dilakukan. Selanjutnya memberikan arahan dan pelatihan terhadap para pekerja mengenai mesin, metode produksi produk, dan karakteristik dari bahan baku yang digunakan. Dan memperhatikan penempatan bahan baku atau material pada tempat yang baik, lalu meperhatikan kelembaban lingkungan kerja karena material yang digunakan cukup sensitif terhadap udara lembab.

Abstract

PT. Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology tbk (PT. Smart tbk) adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang agro bisnis, Saat ini, perusahaan menghadapi permasalahan terkait dengan banyaknya kegagalan proses pengemasan margarin yang terjadi pada saat proses pengemasan margarin yang sedang berlangsung (work in process) agar perusahaan mampu menurunkan kegagalan proses kemasan margarin dengan hasil yang optimal oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya perbaikan dalam menurunkan kegagalan proses pengemasan margarin yang dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode PDCA untuk mengetahui penyebab kegagalan tersebut. Kegagalan proses pengemasan berupa plastik pembungkus kekecilan, karton sobek, kemasan berlubang, plastik top seal bocor, penutup bawah kemasan terlipat plastik bottom seal bocor, kemasan penyok. Upaya menurunkan kegagalan dalam proses pengemasan margarin dengan penerapan metode PDCA di PT. Smart tbk Surabaya dengan melakukan standarisasi proses pengemasan margarin di area pengemasan. Upaya tersebut sangat efektif dibuktikan adanya penurunan kerugian perusahaan dalam proses pengemasan yang semula sebesar Rp 9.329.532 menjadi Rp 391.422 dan biaya kemasan yang dikeluarkan perusahaan sebesar Rp 2.649 per pcs. Upaya tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai pertimbangan efisiensi dan perbaikan perusahaan pada proses pengemasan margarin ke depannya.

Abstract

PT. Benteng Api Technic merupakan perusahaan refraktori terkemuka di Indonesia dengan memproduksi batu bata tahan api dan semen sebagai produk utamanya. Proses produksi batu bata tahan api yang akan diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah proses produksi bahan atau material setengah jadi PYRO, pembuatan bahan dengan proses crushing PYRO menggunakan mesin stone crusher hingga menjadi bahan yang siap untuk diolah, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi kelelahan fisik dengan menggunakan desain material handling. Perhitungan penelitian ini menggunakan metode hari reba dan antropometri untuk mrngukur kelelahan dan desain alat yang ergonomis sesuai kebutuhan operator, Dari penelitian ini didapatkan desain alat material handling ergonimis yang dapat menurunkan kelelahan.
