Abstract

The coffee shop itself is just a place that provides and sells coffee management products, ready-to-serve coffee, besides that the coffee shop business offers food and soft drinks. Coffee shops are included in small individual-owned businesses that can make it easier for Indonesian people to get jobs and improve the economy. The coffee shop itself does not require to have special skills in blending coffee using more modern technology. This study aims to determine the effect of working capital and working hours on the income of a coffee shop business in Sukolilo District, Surabaya City. The type of research used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis, t-test and f-test and correlation analysis of determination using SPSS 26. This study took samples from the number of coffee shop entrepreneurs in Sukolilo District. The number of samples used as many as 40 respondents. The variables used in this study are working capital variables, working hours which are independent variables, and income as the dependent variable. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the following results were obtained Y = 1.310 + 0.603X1 +0.992X2 + e. This means that the variables of working capital and working hours have a positive effect on the income of coffee shops in Sukolilo District. The results of the t-test indicate that the venture capital variable partially has a significant positive effect on the income of the coffee shop business in Sukolilo District. It can be proven that the variable X_(1 ) has a t_count of 8,557 which is greater than t_table of 1,68830. The variable working hours partially has a positive effect on the income of coffee shops in Sukolilo District. It can be proved that the variable X_2 has t_(count ) of 3.768 which is lower than t_table of 1.68830. The results of the f test show that the capital variable and can simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of the coffee shop business in Sukolilo District. This can be seen from the sig value of 0.000. The value of F_(count )(33.099) is greater than F_(table ) (3.29).

Abstract

PT. Ruang Raya Indonesia (Ruangguru) is the largest technology company in Indonesia that focuses on education-based services. Ruangguru develops various technology-based learning services, including virtual classroom services, online platform tests, subscription learning videos, private tutoring marketplaces, and other educational content that can be accessed through the Ruangguru website and application. Ruangguru has a mission to provide and expand access to quality education through technology for all students, anytime and anywhere, and also aims to improve the quality of teachers by creating jobs and additional income for teachers in Indonesia. Ruangguru believes that by improving the quality of teachers, the quality of education in Indonesia will also improve, and is determined to continue to develop our services and collaborate with various parties to achieve the desired goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work flexibility, and workloadon employee performance with innovative work behavior as an intervening variable at PT. Ruang Raya Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data sources obtained from distributing questionnaires. The research population is employees of PT. Ruang Raya Indonesia. The selection of respondents was carried out using the saturated non-probability sampling method with a total of 93 respondents. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The results of the study indicate that the variables of organizational commitment, work flexibility, and workloadaffect employee performance with innovative work behavior as an intervening variable at PT. Ruang Raya Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of servant leadership in the human resource development (HRD) process and its implications for leadership performance at the Talenta Sejahtera Bersama Cooperative in Kota Kupang. The research focuses on how the application of servant leadership values supports sustainable HR development strategies and contributes to improved organizational performance. A qualitative approach using a case study method was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with key informants, including the general manager, HR manager, branch managers, senior and junior employees, and cooperative members from both the central and branch offices. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify patterns related to three main aspects: (1) the implementation of servant leadership by cooperative leaders, (2) the management of human resource development, and (3) the contribution of servant leadership to employees' work experiences and motivation. The findings indicate that the application of servant leadership fosters an inclusive and supportive work environment grounded in service-oriented values. Leaders who practice servant leadership demonstrate a strong commitment to listening, nurturing, and empowering employees. HR management is carried out in a participatory manner and focuses on competency development, ultimately contributing to increased performance and employee loyalty. These findings affirm that servant leadership is not only an ethical leadership model but also a strategic approach to achieving sustainable organizational performance.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to test and analyze the effect of resource based view strategy, entrepreneurial orientation and innovation on competitive advantage in the canteen of Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Design/methodology/approach: The saturated sample approach was applied, and as many as 44 samples or 22 canteens were acquired. SEM PLS is the analysis approach used in this study. Findings: The study's conclusions indicated that the resource based view strategy affects competitive advantage. The influence of both entrepreneurial orientation and innovation on competitive advantage has been found. Implications: The implication of this research was that business actors at the canteen of Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya could improve the resource based view strategy, entrepreneurial orientation and innovation to increase competitive advantage; and the results of this study could complement to the study of factors that can be used to increase competitive advantage for business actors in the canteen of Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV Mitra Abadi Metalindo Surabaya. Dalam menghadapi dinamika persaingan industri yang semakin kompetitif, perusahaan dituntut untuk mampu mengelola sumber daya manusia secara efektif agar kinerja karyawan tetap optimal dan berkelanjutan. Stres kerja dan beban kerja merupakan dua faktor penting yang sering muncul dalam lingkungan kerja dan dapat memengaruhi kondisi fisik maupun psikologis karyawan, sehingga berdampak pada produktivitas serta kualitas hasil kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan CV Mitra Abadi Metalindo Surabaya. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan gambaran empiris mengenai sejauh mana kontribusi stres kerja dan beban kerja dalam menjelaskan variasi kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen CV Mitra Abadi Metalindo Surabaya sebagai dasar pertimbangan dalam merumuskan kebijakan dan strategi pengelolaan stres kerja serta pengaturan beban kerja yang lebih efektif guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kampung tematik Polowijen yang dikelola oleh warga, ada UKM yang menjual hasil kerajinan warga. Anggota UKM tersebut memerlukan pelatihan untuk pemulihan ekonomi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup. Terlebih dahulu melakukan observasi, sebelum pelatihan, kemudian membuat MOU dan berdiskusi kapan akan dilaksanakan serta bentuk pelatihan apa yang dibutuhkan. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan media zoom, karena masih ada pandemi covid-19. Pelatihan dilakukan selama tiga kali yaitu mempraktekkan cara membuat ecoprint pada media kain dengan system Pounding serta menggunakan bahan alami yang berasal dari alam. Pelatihan tersebut dilakukan mulai dari awal sampai bahan siap untuk di proses menjadi bahan jadi yang siap untuk di proses menjadi tas dan bahan lainnya kepada 30 peserta. Pendampingan dilakukan selama 2 kali setelah pelatihan sampai anggota UKM mampu membuat ecoprint secara mandiri tanpa instruktur, sehingga pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat dan taraf hidup bagi anggota UKM di kampung tematik Polowijen, kelurahan Polowijen, sehingga ketahanan ekonomi di kampung ini dapat terjaga.
