Abstract

PKBM is an institution that focuses on education development in the non-formal field. The researcher analyzes the management of PKBM management on the quality aspects of the students who are coached in the PKBM. This research formulates the problem of management and implementation patterns in students and the output of students who are fostered. The method used by the researcher is a descriptive method by using observation guidelines as a measuring tool and using the PKBM research object and students. The results of this study found that the planning of vocational training activities for PKBM learning residents, all (100%) answered very well there was planning before the program activities carried out so that those who answered there was no need for planning, mediocre and incomprehensible none answer (0%).

Abstract

This research is motivated by how the growth of character education in the family environment during distance learning from home. One of the important concepts of the role of parents in the process of character education of children during the Covid-19 pandemic is to be a good facilitator for children in learning the three main material points of character education, namely issues of belief or religious education, problems of social interaction or social education, and the problem of habituation of good activities or moral education on character values such as (religious, disciplined, creative, independent, and responsible). The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The subjects of this study were teachers, parents of school students in Nunuk Village, Cililin Village, Cililin District, West Bandung Regency as many as 5 people’s. The results of this study indicate that the approach in the family environment in instilling character education in students during distance learning during the Covid 19 pandemic. How to instill character education in students during distance learning during the Covid 19 pandemic in the family environment through the formation of character values such as (religious, disciplined, creative, independent, and responsible). Obstacles encountered by families in instilling character education in students during distance learning during the Covid 19 pandemic. During the current pandemic, children spend more time in an environment other than the school environment, such as the family environment and social community with their playmates, although in limited numbers.

Abstract

Teknologi memberi dampak yang luas dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk perubahan besar dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan tuntutnny adalah pendidikan mampu menghasilkan sumberdaya manusia yang memiliki kompetensi yang tinggi, pada abad ke 21 peserta didik dituntut agar mampu belajar melalui teknologi yang semakin maju dan tanpa batas. Di Abad-21 terdapat proses serap informasi yang sangat berbeda, yang mana pada era sebelumnya, ilmu pengetahuan menghasilkan teknologicanggih seperti saat ini, tantangan pedagogi saat ini bagaimana teknologi dapat mengtranfer ilmu pengetahuan kepada peserta didik. Dunia pendidikan dituntut untuk mampu menciptakan pendidikan yang menghasilkan sumber daya manusia indonesia yang seutuhnya yang memberikan kontribusi besar dalam membangun tatanan sosial dan ekonomi pada Abad-21. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk  mendeskripsikan  teknologi informasi abad-21  yang  terus dikembangkan pada dunia pendidikan menjadikan sebuah revolusi pendidikan yang menjadikan teknologi sebagai sumber informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif.  Sampel penelitian  ini  adalah warga belajar pada PKBM Ibun yang berada di kabupaten Bandung majalaya dengan responden 20 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi abad ke-21 dapat mengtranfer informasi yang bermanfaat dan banyak memberikan ilmu baru termasuk ke keterampilan dan belajar berinovasi; (2) kehidupan dan karir; dan (3) keterampilan teknologi dan media informasi. Kata  Kunci: Kemajuan Teknologi, Revolusi, Pendidikan,

Abstract

One of the government's efforts to empower the community during the Covid 19 pandemic is the penta helix collaboration in the digital village. The purpose of this research is to investigate the pentahelix collaboration model in empowering digital village communities in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. The theory used in this study is the theory of community empowerment, the theory of the era of digitalization of online marketing media, the theory of evaluative methodology in community empowerment and the penta helix theory as a supporter of community empowerment. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. In this study the instruments used were observation, interviews and documentation. The main reason for using this instrument is to collect data regarding the extent of the Penta Helix collaboration in empowering people in digital villages and draw conclusions about this by interpreting the data. The research population is all elements in Ibun District, Bandung Regency and the samples are two village heads, two heads of non-formal education institutions, five members of the community and two MSMEs managers who are currently in the process of developing digitalization. The results of the study show that there is synergy carried out by stakeholders such as the government, private sector, institutions and communities in the development of digital villages in the era of globalization. The conclusion of this study is that the penta helix model that is applied in the Ibun sub-district collaborates well, this can be seen in the development of the ability of village communities to carry out digital activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran taman bacaan dalam preferensi membaca di TBM Stone Garden, dimana keberadaannya diharapkan dapat menjadi pusat pembelajaran sepanjang hayat bagi masyarakat sekitar sebagai sarana akses dan sarana dalam melakukan kegiatan literasi. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, maka Ditjen Pendidikan Informal dan Informal telah menetapkan visi yaitu “Mewujudkan manusia Indonesia sebagai pembelajar sepanjang hayat” dengan misi mendorong terwujudnya masyarakat yang lebih baik, masyarakat belajar sepanjang hayat dengan mengembangkan budaya baca melalui perluasan Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM). TBM yang berakar dari masyarakat, dikembangkan oleh masyarakat dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat, merupakan simbol penting dari demokratisasi pendidikan. Berdasarkan latar belakang yang diungkap, perlu diketahui peran TBM dalam preferensi membaca di TBM Stone Garden. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah peran TBM dalam meningkatkan minat baca di TBM Stone Garden. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. melalui observasi, wawancara dan alat dokumentasi dengan responden antara lain pengelola, relawan dan anggota TBM Hasil penelitian di TBM ada 5 kegiatan, yaitu menumbuhkan kecintaan membaca buku, wawasan masyarakat, ilmu pengetahuan dan bermain di alam bebas, pengenalan dan pelestarian alam, serta wisata edukasi . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TBM berperan sangat penting dalam meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat Stone Garden, terbukti dengan meningkatnya minat baca masyarakat ini tercermin dari jumlah buku yang dibaca per minggu. TBM juga telah menyiapkan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat membantu meningkatkan minat baca. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa TBM berperan dalam meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat di TBM Stone Garden. Kata Kunci: Minat Baca, Taman Bacaan, Literasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam menjelaskan pemanfaat dari media sosial yang dapat membantu sebagai media dalam kegiatan berwirausaha oleh Karang Taruna RW 05 Desa Sukatani. Fungsi media sosial sering disebut juga sebagai media atau platform yang sering digunakan dikalangan masyarakat saat ini dalam memudahkan bagi setiap orang yang akan memulai berbisnis dan memasarkan produk dengan jangkauan konsumen yang lebih luas. Sehingga dengan cara tersebut dapat meningkatkan keuntungan dan mengurangi biaya membuat iklan produk. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif karena dalam fokus penelitian kali ini ialah memperhatikan perkembangan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat secara faktual. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, yang terbagi menjadi data primer dan data sekunder.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa masih banyak pemuda yang tergabung dalam organisasi Karang Taruna di Desa Sukatani belum memanfaatkan semaksimal mungkin media sosial sebagai penunjang dalam melakukan kegiatan kewirausaan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut pertama-tama yang dilakukan ialah membuat akun media sosial yang khusus digunakan untuk mempromosikan produk-produk penjualan sehingga tersebar luas.Kata kunci: Karang Taruna , kewirausahaan, media sosial

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of women farmer groups in the utilization of the Sustainable Food Yard Program or P2L. Sustainable Food Yard or P2L is a joint activity carried out by community groups to make yard land a permanent or sustainable food source. Utilization of Sustainable Food Yard in Girimukti Village is still said to be not optimal, so it is necessary to increase the Utilization of Sustainable Food Yard Program with the role of Women Farmers Group in Girimukti Village. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research, in collecting data researchers used observation techniques, documentation and interviews with a sample of 3 people who were part of the farm women's group. The results of this study indicate that the role of the farm women's group is in the high and good category. Strategies in an effort to increase the role of farmer groups as a place of learning by conducting counseling and conducting pilot plots.

Abstract

The Indonesian people are starting to realize the fact that waste is no longer an urgent problem that needs to be avoided, but a solution that must be solved together as an effort to improve the community's economy. Several innovations in waste management are being explored, starting from creating a waste bank as an alternative to raising money to converting organic waste into compost.The purpose of this research is to find out how waste banks can help increase household income in Rancaengang Village, Rancamulya Village. The theory underlying this study is oath management. The research method is a qualitative descriptive research technique that produces written or oral information about the subjects studied and their actions.The results of the study show that the use of waste banks helps reduce waste in the environment and the harmful effects of waste on the environment. Residents of Rancaengang Village can gain economic benefits by utilizing waste management at the waste bank as a job. In conclusion, because waste bank-based waste management increases people's income through waste management, it can be concluded that this has many positive impacts on society. benefits for the economy, the environment, and human health

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology that occurs requires human society to start updating and improving their skills. The users of digital media must be able to develop an evaluative disposition towards digital content. Without critical evaluation, users will be more easily carried away by the flow of technology than controlling it. Therefore, this study seeks to reveal the influence of digital literacy on the digital awareness of PKBM learners. The subjects in this study were determined purposively by determining a quota sample. This study was designed in the form of a mix method with data collection applying observation techniques and questionnaires distribution. The analysis was carried out using interactive model analysis techniques for qualitative data and regression analysis for quantitative data. The results of this study indicate that the mastery of digital literacy by PKBM learners is quite high. Likewise, the digital awareness of learners is generally categorized as good. This is evidenced by the results of the correlation-regression analysis which shows a significant positive influence.
