Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the quality of services provided by UPI library to UPI students and to find out and analyze the extent of students’ level of satisfaction on the services provided. It also aims to know the compatibility between the service performances and students’ expectation or interest as the users of library services. This study used mixed approach of qualitative and quantitative and importance-performance analysis in order to determine the students’ satisfaction index on library services. The data was analyzed using grade of Students Satisfaction Index (IKM) which was calculated using the weighted average value of each service element. Importance-Performance Analysis was used to see the level of compatibility between expectation and service quality. The results showed that the performance of UPI library services was in good category. The service element perceived to be the best was related to service security while the worst was staff discipline. Furthermore, there was an element which was regarded important but had less satisfactory performance; element which was already in accordance with users’ interest and expectation and thus could satisfy the users; element which was regarded less important and had less satisfactory performance; and elements of services which had good implementation but had less important influence on the users.Keywords: service quality, Students Satisfaction Index, Importance-Performance Analysis, library, research qualityAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan perpustakaan UPI kepada mahasiswa, mengetahui dan menganalisis sejauh mana tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan perpustakaan UPI, dan mengetahui kesesuaian antara kinerja pelayanan dengan harapan atau kepentingan mahasiswa pengguna jasa layanan perpustakaan UPI dengan menggunakan analisis kepentingan dan kinerja (importance-performance analysis). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain gabungan antara kualitatif dengan kuantitatif untuk mengetahui indeks kepuasan mahasiswa dari layanan perpustakaan UPI. Teknik analisis datanya dilakukan dengan menggunakan nilai Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) yang dihitung dengan menggunakan nilai rata-rata tertimbang masing-masing unsur pelayanan. Importance-Performance Analysis dugunakan untuk melihat tingkat kesesuaian antara harapan dan kualitas pelayanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pelayanan perpustakaan UPI termasuk dalam kategori baik. Unsur pelayanan yang dirasakan paling baik adalah berkaitan dengan keamanan pelayanan sedangkan pelayanan yang dinilai rendah adalah kedisiplinan petugas pelayanan. Selaian itu, ditemukan juga unsur pelayanan yang dinilai oleh responden sangat penting tetapi kinerjanya masih kurang memuaskan, unsur pelayanan yang dinilai oleh responden kinerjanya telah sesuai dengan kepentingan dan harapan pelanggan, sehingga dapat memuaskan pelanggan, unsur pelayanan yang menurut responden dianggap kurang penting pengaruhnya bagi pengguna jasa dan kinerjanya juga kurang bagus, dan unsur-unsur pelayanan yang menurut responden pelaksanaannya sangat baik tetapi kurang penting pengaruhnya bagi pelanggan.Kata kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, Indeks Kepuasan Mahasiswa, Importance-Performance Analysis, Perpustakaan, Mutu penelitian

Abstract

Cadres of Kampung KB as facilitators of community empowerment programs are required to have good knowledge in implementing needs assessment with adaptive data management with the industrial era 4.0. The needs assessment technique is not only done manually but can use digital technology to facilitate data collection and data access. However, the use of technology needs to be supported by the facilitator's knowledge of the need’s assessment, because it is the basis for understanding the meaning of data tracing. This study uses a quantitative approach, in the form of descriptive statistics, namely interpreting the percentage data from the answers given by the respondents. From the results of the study, it was found that the cadres' needs assessment ability was included in the “Enough” category, while the competence that needed to be improved was knowledge about setting priority needs. So that the researchers suggest, it is necessary to hold competency training for KB cadres or village administrators which aims to provide understanding and skills in conducting needs assessment.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a study by describing the CEFE training plan in perfecting the entrepreneurship training program. The research method used is a qualitative approach with an Emic view. The research subjects are MSME actors, 30 respondents, 3 MSME assistants, and 1 coordinator who has successfully implemented the training program. This sampling was carried out by considering one of the reasons (Purposive Sampling), then data collection involved MSME actors, assistants and coordinators as well as data collection tools by means of observation, documentation, interviews. Based on the research results, the MSME Program through the CEFE training is a comprehensive training instrument using an action-oriented and experiential/experience-based learning approach in sharing and improving business management and personal competence by using a broad target group, especially in the context of increasing income and employment. work. work. work. employment opportunities and their contribution to economic development in Cimahi City, West Java Province, it was found that the CEFE training management plan was very helpful in managing training management and in particular for dealing with problems in the business world. The training model that is carried out is more structured and focused when compared to not applying the model. In this training, management applies a real simulation in the entrepreneurial world which makes this model very suitable to be applied. The impact of this research is to develop entrepreneurship and apply the CEFE model so that it can be applied in the implementation of training programs.

Abstract

Literacy is one of the supporting concepts for development, including community empowerment. The approach is forming a literacy community that regularly holds literacy festivals. With literacy, society is expected to understand its role in development. The theories used in this study were the concepts of literacy and ecological education. This study applied a descriptive qualitative approach using interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The main reason for choosing the research method was to understand the existing phenomena in-depth and completely, especially in the program implemented by the Bening Saguling Foundation. This study showed that community empowerment developed using a dialogic approach had positive implications for developing the community's ecological and economic awareness. This study concluded that the social literacy approach could develop public awareness of various potentials to direct society to establish economic independence.

Abstract

Community Learning Center (CLC) as a community education unit, has a participatory local approach to program requirements and implementation. During the Covid pandemic, all educational learning unit activities in Bandung were directed by the use of distance learning channels, using the internet as a learning channel. However, the pandemic is a global problem with a fluctuating and urgent number of developments, so the readiness of the education unit is a problem, because the majority of the population studying CLC are adults without school age. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with survey methods to 43 CLC institutions in the city of Bandung with 228 respondents as research residents. The results of the study show that CLC has facilitated learning residents to discuss by providing zoom meeting services, google meet and utilizing Whatsapp as a learning channel. Digital-based adult learning education has been implemented in CLC throughout the city of Bandung in the learning system, although there are still some CLC that are needed along with readiness for digitization. The inhibiting factor is for residents who study the category of adult digital immigrants, they still need to be assisted by the closest people to operate digital devices.

Abstract

Reading is a path to success in life because by reading we can access all the knowledge that exists in this world. This activity aims to reactivate the previously activated reading corner, and increase literacy among the community in Cikeusi Village, District. Darmaraja District. Sumedang. In this research, the method used by researchers is descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive qualitative research aims to create a description or painting of the facts and characteristics of a particular population or area in a systematic, factual and thorough manner. Cikeusi Village has a reading corner but it is not utilized optimally. This is due to a lack of enthusiasm from village residents to read the books in the reading corner and also a lack of outreach from the village to village residents so that many village residents still have minimal knowledge, as well as the absence of a system applied to the operation of the reading corner, such as bookkeeping for borrowing books, sloppy organization and unkempt premises. The conclusions stated strengthen the urgency for active involvement of the Cikesi Village community in planning community education programs that have good and optimal results.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology today makes a person left behind if they do not have quality resources capable of maximizing the utilization of this information technology. Therefore, many computer skills education programs are needed by today's society. The evaluation of the computer skills education program aims to determine the running of the program that has been implemented and also the results achieved by the program as well as to add insight and experience for me as a Community Education student in evaluating Community Education programs. Evaluation of this computer skills education program uses the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). This method is appropriate because in the success of training programs the reference is to adapt the program to the needs of the community and learning outcomes that can grow and create new skills. From the results of the evaluation carried out on the program, overall this program has been running well.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the facilities of the Posyandu (Integrated Health Service Post) in the vitamin A supplementation program for toddlers at Posyandu Ledeng. The vitamin A supplementation program at Posyandu Ledeng was evaluated using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model to assess the program's context, resources utilized, program implementation, and achieved outcomes. The evaluation results showed that although the vitamin A supplementation program was implemented successfully, there are still deficiencies in the available facilities. The measuring equipment for body weight and height and the storage facilities for vitamin A are inadequate, and there is a need to replenish the vitamin A stock. These facility shortcomings can impact the program's effectiveness and the quality of healthcare services at Posyandu Ledeng. Therefore, it is necessary to update and improve the facilities and inventory management to enhance the effectiveness of this program, ensuring its sustainability and success in providing vitamin A supplementation to toddlers at Posyandu Ledeng.

Abstract

 Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Assolahiyah Kabupaten Karawang Provinsi Jawa Barat melalui satuan pendidikan nonformal melaksanakan Pelatihan kewirausahaan yang kreatif dan inovatif. PKBM Assolahiyah sebagai lembaga yang berkomitmen untuk memberdayakan masyarakat memiliki inovasi dalam pengelolaan usaha sebagai produk yang dapat mengangkat perekonomian masyarakat ke arah yang lebih baik. Pengelolaan unit-unit usaha yang terpusat di PKBM Assolahiyah memungkinkan masyarakat sekitar untuk lebih fokus dalam memaksimalkan potensi lingkungan alam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdadyaan masyarakat melalui program pendidikan dan pelatihan Kewirausahaan di PKBM Assohaliyah melalui 3 tahapan yaitu perencanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan, pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan, dan evaluasi pendidikan dan pelatihan yang sudah berjalan dengan baik dan manfaat sudah dirasakan oleh kedua peserta untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikirnya. tetapi juga mampu meningkatkan taraf hidup mereka dengan menciptakan usaha mandiri baru. Selain meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi, mereka juga mampu mengubah pola pikir menjadi lebih kritis dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya dengan tidak selalu mengandalkan bantuan pemerintah.Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Pengelolaan Program, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan KewirausahaanAbstractThe Center for Community Learning Activities (PKBM) Assolahiyah, Karawang Regency, West Java Province, through non-formal education units, carries out creative and innovative entrepreneurship training. PKBM Assolahiyah as an institution that is committed to empowering the community to have innovation in business management as a product that can lift the community's economy in a better direction. Management of business units that are centralized in PKBM Assolahiyah allows the surrounding community to focus more on maximizing the potential of the natural environment. The results showed that community empowerment through the Entrepreneurship education and training program at PKBM Assohaliyah went through 3 stages, namely planning education and training, implementing education and training, and evaluating education and training which had gone well and the benefits had been felt by both participants to improve their thinking skills . but also able to improve their standard of living by creating new independent businesses. In addition to increasing economic income, they are also able to change their mindset to be more critical in meeting their needs by not always relying on government assistance.Keywords: Community Empowerment, Program Management, Entrepreneurship Education and Training

Abstract

Food loss, food waste, kemiskinan dan stunting merupakan permasalahan yang saat ini menjadi perhatian khusus di seluruh dunia, karena dampak yang ditimbulkan dari permasalahan tersebut sangat kompleks, yaitu ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peluang, tantangan, dan ancaman dalam mengurangi dampak akibat food loss, food waste, kemiskinan yaitu stunting di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah meta analisis yaitu berdasarkan hasil kajian dari berbagai literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti untuk mendapatkan artikel yang sudah publish adalah dengan menggunakan data base dari google scholar, publish or ferish, mendeley, google book, PubMed. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menjelaskan bahwa kemiskinan sangat berkaitan dengan pendapatan keluarga yang rendah, sehingga keluarga tidak mampu untuk membeli atau menyediakan makanan yang bergizi, baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas. Kondisi kemiskinan inilah yang menjadi tantangan dan ancaman dalam pencegahan stunting. Namun dibalik tantangan ada peluang, yaitu upaya pencegahan dan meminimalisir terjadinya food loss and waste di masyarakat. Pembahasan melalui intervensi dalam bentuk edukasi dan pembuatan kebijakan tentang food loss and waste di masyarakat, masyarakat mampu mengelola sumber daya yang ada, mampu mengatasi masalah-tekanan, dan mampu mencari solusi terhadap permasalahan stunting melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu tahap penyadaran dan pembentukan perilaku, tahap transformasi kemampuan dan kecakapan, serta tahap pengayaan/kemampuan intelektual. Kesimpulan pencegahan dan pengelolaan food loss and waste dengan baik, maka dapat mengurangi dampak terhadap lingkungan, ekonomi, dan sosial, termasuk angka kemiskinan dan stunting di Indonesia
