Abstract

Currently the Marine Transportation Sector had quite hard challenge due to the existence of Covid - 19, so that services were hampered and not maximal, especially in the shipping industry sector which required the process of anchoring ships through several health protocol procedures. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to discuss and analyze the problems that arose in relation with the implementation of berthing by shipping agents in the New Normal period, and how the solutions were given. The method used in this research was to use the concept of information data; quality of information and value of information. The concept of information data was a processed data into a useful form to its user.From the results of the analysis, it was found that in order to make berthing time more efficient, shipping companies must implement a new policy issued by the Ministry of Transportation, Directorate General of Marine Transportation, Harbormaster’s Office and Port Authority Class 1 Tanjung Emas Port through Circular Number: UM. 001/09/19 / KSOP. Tg Emas - 2020 concerning the Establishment of a Quarantine Area at the quay, provided guidance and application of health protocols for ships that would be berthing in the aspects of health, social, economy and countermeasures for the corona virus spread in Tanjung Emas ​​Semarang area in the new normal era.

Abstract

This studies written to elaborate if there are some influences of supervision and quality service’s efectivity, as free variables, on PT Macoline Indonesia Semarang’s cargo document employees performance, as bound variable. The research method used is a survey method which is then processed with linear regression analysis techniques. This research conducted for three months was done by conducting a survey through questionnaires given to the employees as the samples. The questionnaires given contained questions regarding how significant the influence of supervision and quality service’s efectivity on PT Macoline Indonesia Semarang’s cargo documents employees performance is. The results were inputted into SPSS then shown as tables and graphics to know the influences in a quantitative way. The research method used is a survey method which is then processed with linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that there is a significant influence of supervision on employee performance, there is a significant influence on the effectiveness of service quality on employee performance and there is a significant influence of supervision and effectiveness of service quality on employee performance of cargo documents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk. (BLTA) keluar dari suspensi bursa efek. Masalah yang diteliti adalah apa yang menyebabkan BLTA mengalami gagal bayar hingga harus disuspensi dan bagaimana upaya-upaya yang dilakukan BLTA dalam melepaskan diri dari suspensi BEI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan library research. Penelitian menemukan bahwa hal-hal yang menyebabkan BLTA mengalami gagal bayar sehingga dijatuhi sanksi suspensi antara lain: 1) Turunnya permintaan angkutan laut dunia;2) Overcapacity pelayaran; 3) Dominasi global terminal operator; 4) Banyak negara meningkatkan daya saing dengan mengkhu-suskan struktur armada dan industri maritim tertentu. Upaya-upaya BLTA melepaskan diri dari suspensi adalah: 1) Meminta dukungan dari para pemegang saham untuk mendukung langkah-langkah BLTA melepaskan diri dari suspensi; 2) Melakukan advokasi terkait pencabutan sahamnya; 3) Melakukan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang; 4) Merestrukturisasi utang dengan konversi menjadi saham melalui penerbitan saham baru tanpa hak memesan efek dahulu; 5) Mengalihkan 27 unit kapal kepada konsorsium kreditur mandated lead arranger (MLA), NewCo sebagai bagian dari upaya merestrukturisasi obligasi senilai US$ 584 juta; 6) Melakukan perdamaian dengan pihak-pihak yang memiliki piutang.

Abstract

Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) 2006 is a standard level of manning when establishing, approving or revising the level of manning, the competent authority is obliged to pay attention to the need for working hours or minimize excess working hours, as well as the principles of applicable international instruments, in particular from the International Maritime Organization regarding the level of manning. The purpose of this study is to analyze health qualification policies and manning standards for crew performance based on the application of MLC 2006 in PT. Dhama Lautan Utama Semarang Branch. The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative where the sample used was 6 people. The data analysis technique uses the SWOT analysis method using the calculation process of IFAS (Internal Strategy Factor Analysis), EFAS (External Strategy Factor Analysis) and SWOT Analysis diagram using a likert model scale. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there are internal and external influences on health qualification policies and manning standards on the performance of ship crews based on the 2006 Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) in PT. Dharma Lautan Utama, Semarang branch. Using SWOT IFAS and EFAS analysis in the calculation of external factors, the value is 0.667 internal while internal factors of 1,063 have a higher value than opportunity-threat. This shows that the optimization of strenght and opportunity in the development of corporate strategy.

Abstract

Kamus besar inovasi sebuah temuan baru yang berbeda dari yang sudah ada atau yang sudah dikenal sebelumnya baik berupa alat, metode atau sebuah gagasan. Atau suatu unsur yang mengalami pembaharuan dalam bahasa modern. Inovasi Pendidikan berbasis kompetensi tidak terlepas dari perkembangan teknologi era 4.0 yang menuju peradapan era society 5.0. tentunya mempengaruhi perkembangan seseorang dan pendidikan untuk terus berinovasi sebagai tantangan terhadap era tersebut. Pendidikan Vokasi Pelayaran adalah pendidikan berbasis kompetensi, pendidikan dua arah yang harus diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran secara teori dan utamanya adalah praktik dalam bidang pelayaran. Abstract

Excellent service is an attempt to serve the needs of others by providing the best service. This study aims to test the hypothesis that there is an influence on the level of satisfaction and quality on excellent service, whether it affects the trust obtained, the effect of the level of satisfaction obtained on excellent service and agent quality on excellent service, and the effect of satisfaction level and quality on excellent service clearance in/out. This research is a survey research. The population in this study were all ships that had been agented by PT. Adira Shipping Management. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 60 crew members. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that there was a positive influence on the level of satisfaction with excellent service clearance in/out as evidenced by the tcount of 2.189, a significance value of 0.033>0.05 and a regression coefficient of 0.266. There is a positive effect of quality on excellent service clearance in/out as evidenced by the tcount of 3.932, a significance value of 0.000> 0.05 and a regression coefficient of 0.374; and finally there is the influence of the level of satisfaction and quality on clearance in/out excellent service with a Fcount of 56.731 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

In ensuring the safety of shipping as a support for the smooth running of ship traffic at sea, it is necessary to have a crew member who is skilled, capable, and skilled. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the plan maintenance system and the readiness of the crew on the smooth operation of the MV. Asike Global at PT. Korindo Cruise Jakarta. The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative, where the sample used was 30 people. Sampling technique with saturated sampling. The type of data used is primary and secondary data, where primary data is obtained from questionnaires while secondary from literature and books. Data analysis techniques use Likert scale weighting, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determinant coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing both simple and multiple. Based on the analysis and discussion, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence of the plan maintenance system on the smooth running of operations, there is a positive and significant influence of the readiness of the crew on the smooth operation, there is a positive and significant influence of the plan maintenance system and the readiness of the crew on the smooth operation of the MV. Asike Global at PT. Korindo Cruise Jakarta.

Abstract

High discipline and hard work of the crew determine whether a task or responsibility is carried out properly, so that work accidents on board can be prevented as early as possible and the safety of the ship, crew and cargo is guaranteed. The purpose of this study is (1) to determine how discipline affects work accidents of crew in KM. Lawit, (2) to find out how the influence of competence on work accidents of Crew in KM. Lawit, (3) to find out how the influence of discipline and competence together on work accidents of Crew in KM. Lawit. This research includes field research or field research. Research place in KM. Lawit whose ship docked at Semarang Port. The data collection method uses Questionnaires/questionnaires, Documentation Sheets, Observation Sheets or Observations. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja SDM PT. Barito Prima Kalimantan tengah baik secara langsung masupun tidak langsung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang bekerja di PT.Borneo Prima sebanyak 250 orang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah pegawai dengan jumlah 73 responden, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dan uji validitas. Hasil analisis penelitian diperoleh motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM, dan disiplin kerja dan signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen dan kreativitas terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Jui Fa Internasional Foods. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan 12 item instrumen yang telah diuji reliabilitasnya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai Cronbach's Alpha sebesar 0,755 untuk komitmen dan 0,872 untuk kinerja capaian, yang keduanya melebihi ambang batas 0,60, menunjukkan reliabilitas yang tinggi. Uji normalitas melalui Kolmogorov-Smirnov serta pengujian multikolinieritas menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan tidak terjadi multikolinieritas antar variabel bebas. Analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa komitmen dan kreativitas memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, selain itu komitmen dan kreativitas bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja sebesar 29,3%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti lingkungan kerja dan disiplin, dengan pengaruh kreativitas yang lebih dominan.
