Abstract

This study aims to analyze what factors influence the turnover intention of teachers in private schools. The type of research used is library research with a descriptive approach. Sources of data from secondary data and data collection techniques using sources from various reference books and journal articles. To obtain correct and precise results in analyzing the data, the author uses content analysis techniques. The results of the study found that the turnover intention of private school teachers was influenced by factors: young age, gender, shorter tenure, organizational culture, leadership style, compensation, job satisfaction, work motivation, career development, job insecurity, employee relations, opportunities career, salary, benefits and bonuses (compensation), task and job design, working conditions and work responsibilities, organizational commitment and social integration, formal communication, employee centralization, work routines that tend to burnout, redundant roles or tasks, opportunities promotion and career development, general training, supervisor support, peer support, and fair distribution, management style, job mismatch, scheduling/flexibility.

Abstract

This study aims to understand: Does millennial transformational leadership influence organizational performance, organizational agility and IT capability? Does IT capability influence organizational agility? Does organizational agility influence organizational performance? The population of this study included selected fishery startups in Indonesia based on the data released by the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Republic of Indonesia and Digital Fishery Network. This study used the statistical method of PLS-SEM to analyze the data. The findings show that there is a positive relationship between millennial transformational leadership and organizational agility, millennial transformational leadership and IT capability, IT capability and organizational agility, and organizational agility and organizational performance. Future researches are suggested to examine the effects of several mediating variables in the proposed model.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the organizational management system and the quality of internal services on the satisfaction of health workers. The research model was tested empirically on the population of health workers working at the Bali Health Center. Data was collected by convenience sampling with a total of 203 respondents. This study uses the PLS-SEM method to process and analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that the organizational management system has a significant positive effect on the quality of internal services and the quality of internal services has a positive influence on the satisfaction of health workers. The structural model of this study can adequately predict the satisfaction variable of health workers. The results of this study have real implications for Puskesmas in Bali.

Abstract

Innovative approaches are needed to improve health, prevent disease, implement new treatments and deliver safe, high-quality care,this has always been important, but during the current COVID-19 pandemic, it has become even more relevant. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the antecedents of Innovative Behaviour and Innovation Outputs in nurses who work at XYZ Hospitals, incorporating Innovative Behaviour as a mediator. This study used a quantitative survey with a purposive sampling technique to collect data from nurses in XYZ hospital in Banten Province. There are 160 eligible respondents. The data were analyzed with PLS-SEM using SmartPLS software. It was found that Innovative Behaviour has a positive and significant influence on Innovation Outputs. Work Engagement, as well as Perceived Organizational Support, was found to have a positive and significant influence on Innovative Behaviour. Meanwhile, Occupational Stress and Anxiety didn’t have a significant influence on Innovative Behaviour. This study has implications for hospital management in developing nurses’ innovative behaviour and innovation outputs.

Abstract

The teacher community in an educational unit is needed by teachers, because it is a place for learning to organize in teaching materials and improving the quality of teaching carried out in the classroom which automatically has an impact on increasing the compe- tence of the teachers themselves. Sharing information about the latest things in the world of education will increase the knowledge of teachers in this group of organizations. This study aims to obtain information about the role of the Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP) in improving the competence of teachers in the field of English studies in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. This study is a descriptive analysis of the number of English teachers in the West Jakarta I MGMP as many as 133 people who are the pop- ulation in this study. Sampling using random sampling technique so that the number of samples obtained as many as 54 teachers. Primary data is used in this study, which means that data are obtained directly from the respondents. The results of the study for data analysis used the average formula (mean). The research instru- ment used a Likert scale. The results showed that with the involvement of teachers as members of the English Subject Teacher Consultation community, it was very useful  to  improve  the  competence  of  teaching  English in the classroom, with the aim that students could un- derstand and master the teaching material presented by the teacher.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 mengakibatkan penurunan jumlah kunjungan rumah sakit di Jawa Timur pada tahun 2020. Seiring dengan hal tersebut, beberapa rumah sakit di Kota Malang memiliki nilai indeks kepuasan pasien yang tidak memenuhi target pada tahun 2020-2021. Pada masa pandemi ini, profesionalisme dokter menjadi isu hangat di kalangan masyarakat, karena dokter dianggap mengambil keuntungan dengan mendiagnosis COVID-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari hubungan antara profesionalisme dokter terhadap kepuasan pasien.Penelitian kuantitatif observasional dengan desain potong lintang. Populasi target yaitu penduduk atau yang berdomisili di Kota Malang, Jawa Timur. Pengambilan data dengan media kuesioner secara daring pada bulan Februari hingga Maret 2022. Analisis statistik data dilakukan dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 100 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa profesionalisme dokter memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien (p=0,000). Profesionalisme dokter merupakan komponen penting untuk diprioritaskan oleh manajer untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien di rumah sakit dan klinik.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis kedai kopi di Indonesia saat ini sangat pesat dan memerlukan adanya dukungan dari sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh setiap bisnis tersebut. Akan tetapi, terdapat tren peningkatan tingkat turnover dari para karyawan di dalam bidang bisnis tersebut. Adapun peneliti menemukan adanya fenomena tingkat turnover yang fluktuatif dengan tren meningkat pada Kedai Kopi XYZ. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karyawan dan kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap tingkat turnover yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi terdiri dari 3399 karyawan Kedai Kopi XYZ area Jakarta, serta sampel diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin sehingga sampel berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM-PLS dengan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karyawan, kepemimpinan transaksional, dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap tingkat turnover, sedangkan terdapat pengaruh pengembangan karyawan dan kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap kepuasan kerja. Disamping itu, terdapat efek mediasi dari kepuasan kerja. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pihak manajemen Kedai Kopi XYZ dapat mempertimbangkan program pengembangan karyawan yang ada untuk memastikan bahwa program tersebut relevan dan efektif dan mempertimbangkan untuk memperkenalkan pelatihan baru yang lebih spesifik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan karyawan.

Abstract

Abstrak Transformasi digital dalam layanan kesehatan menuntut rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan memperkuat hubungan dengan pasien melalui strategi relasional dan telemedisin. Pelayanan menjadi salah satu area yang memerlukan perhatian khusus karena mengandalkan kenyamanan, akses yang cepat, dan komunikasi yang efektif antara pasien dan tenaga medis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, pemasaran relasional, dan kualitas telemedisin terhadap loyalitas pasien di RSPX Semarang. Pendekatan penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode survey dengan melibatkan 193 pasien di RSPX Semarang dalam pengisian kuesioner terstruktur. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) yang didukung oleh Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA) untuk mengidentifikasi variabel prioritas berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan dan kinerjanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran relasional dan kualitas telemedisin memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien. Sebaliknya, kualitas pelayanan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap pembentukan loyalitas. Beberapa indikator seperti kenyamanan pelayanan, responsivitas tenaga medis, kemudahan akses telemedisin, dan pendekatan komunikasi personal menjadi faktor yang berdampak tinggi namun masih memerlukan peningkatan kinerja. Rekomendasi diberikan agar pihak rumah sakit memprioritaskan peningkatan aspek tersebut sebagai bagian dari strategi peningkatan loyalitas pasien dan mutu pelayanan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Waktu Tunggu, Komunikasi Dokter, dan Fasilitas Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Serta Dampaknya Pada Loyalitas Pasin di RS XYZ Kab. Blora. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analsisi menggunakan Structural Equation Modelin (SEM) melalui pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditetapkan, melibatkan 100 pasien sebagai responden penelitian. Hasil analisis didapatkan Waktu Tunggu, Komunikasi Dokter, dan Fasilitas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien. Selain itu, kepuasan pasien juga berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas.

Abstract

Teachers play a crucial role in shaping individuals' attitudes and mentality. Therefore, it is essential to ensure their work commitment. This study investigates the impact of transformational leadership, organizational culture, work environment, and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of 131 teachers at ABC Foundation, using a quantitative approach with SEM-PLS analysis. Results indicated that transformational leadership, work environment, and job satisfaction have a significant positive impact on teachers' work commitment. However, organizational culture did not have a significant effect. Additionally, the study found that transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work environment have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction. The influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work environment on work commitment was not significantly mediated by job satisfaction
