Abstract

Kakao merupakan komoditi subsektor perkebunan yang memberikan sumbangan terbesar pada  kegiatan ekspor produk pertanian. Indonesia menjadi produsen kakao terbesar ketiga di dunia. Dalam rangka peremajaan, rehabilitasi dan intensifikasi kakao, pemerintah mulai tahun 2009 telah menerapkan program yang dinamakan Gerakan Peningkatan Produksi dan Mutu Kakao Nasional (GERNAS Kakao). Paper  ini bertujuan untuk menjamin pasokan kebutuhan bahan baku industri pengolahan kakao nasional dan mendorong pertumbuhan industri hilir kakao dalam negeri. Selain itu, juga diharapkan dapat berdampak positif pada meningkatnya ekspor kakao olahan yang lebih bernilai tambah. Paper ini menggunakan Instrumen kebijakan dalam rangka mengembangkan industri  kakao di Indonesia,  pada tahun 2010 pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan Pajak Ekspor, atau lebih dikenal dengan kebijakan Bea Keluar (BK). Dengan adanya proteksi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah terhadap komoditi kakao memberikan dampak positif bagi petani sebagai produsen dan para eksportir. Proteksi berupa kebijakan yang dikelurkan tersebut mempengaruhi jumlah produksi kakao petani

Abstract

Pengembangan Rumah Bolon dihadapkan dengan kurangnya sumberdaya manusia yang mengerti akan pentingnya kesadaran pariwisata, kurangnya dukungan untuk mneingkatkan infrastuktur merupakan dan anggaran pengembangan masih menjadi permasalahan utama bagi masayarakat desa untuk mengembangkan objek wisata dan menjadikan desanya maju untuk menjadi desa wisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Mengetahui strategi pengelolaan pengembangan Rumah Bolon sebagai destinasi wisata; 2) Mengetahui strategi pengembangan Rumah Bolon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesiner dan FGD yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan IFAS dan EFAS serta analisis SWOT. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 1) Keaslian Rumah Bolon; 2) Kehidupan sosial masyarakat yang masih tradisional;  3) Adat dan istiadat yang masih dipegang teguh; 4) Masih sering dilaksanakannya upacara adat; dan 5) Kesakralan Daerah Rumah Bolonmerupakan potensi yang dapat menjadikan Rumah Bolon sebagai destinasi wisata. Analisis IFAS dan EFAS menunjukan skor 2.07 untuk kekuatan, 1.78 untuk kelemahan dan 1.40 untuk peluang dan 1.53 untuk ancaman. Dalam diagram SWOT posisi Rumah Bolon berada pada kuadran II. Diversifikasi (sumbu x 0.14 dan sumbu y -0.06) yang artinya Rumah Bolon berada dalam posisi yang memiliki ancaman namun masih memiliki kekuatan, untuk meminimalkan ancaman tersebut strategi yang dapat digunakan adalah strategi ST.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem agribisnis hulu pada usaha budidaya anggur yang dilakukan oleh Jagad Farm Binjai, Sumatera Utara di lahan pekarangan rumah. Sistem agribisnis hulu mencakup pemilihan varietas, penyediaan benih dan bibit, pemupukan, pestisida, dan teknologi yang digunakan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan pengelola Jagad Farm, dan tinjauan literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem agribisnis hulu di Jagad Farm Binjai menggunakan varietas unggul dan teknologi modern untuk meningkatkan produktivitas. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti akses pasar masih menjadi kendala bagi pihak Jagad Farm Binjai. Dukungan pemerintah dan penguatan kemitraan dengan pihak swasta diidentifikasi sebagai peluang untuk mengembangkan sistem agribisnis hulu yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui: (1) biaya pupuk dengan adanya kebijakan pupuk bersubsidi dan tanpa kebijakan pada usahatani padi sawah, (2) perbedaan total biaya produksi dengan adanya kebijakan pupuk bersubsidi pada usahatani padi sawah, (3) pendapatan bersih dengan adanya kebijakan pupuk bersubsidi. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Perbaungan, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai yang ditentukan secara purposive (sengaja). Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan simpel random sampling, sedangkan besaran sampel ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh 81 sampel. Biaya pupuk dengan kebijakan pupuk bersubsidi Rp2.231.228/Ha/MT, sedangkan biaya pupuk tanpa kebijakan Rp 7.134.604/Ha/MT. Pengeluaran total usaha tani tanpa kebijakan Rp25.783.727/Ha/MT, sedangkan Pengeluaran total usaha tani dengan kebijakan Rp20.880.381/Ha/MT. Pendapatan bersih usahatani padi sawah dengan kebijakan Rp 57.780.471/Ha/MT, sedangkan pendapatan bersih usahatani padi sawah tanpa kebijakan Rp 52.877.095/Ha/MT.

Abstract

Jagung merupakan salah satu komoditas tanaman pangan sektor pertanian yang banyak diusahakan oleh petani-petani di Indonesia. Jagung termasuk ke dalam kelompok bahan pangan Nasional yang berkedudukan sebagai makanan pokok utama setelah padi sehingga disebut penyangga ketahanan pangan Nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis produktivitas lahan dan pendapatan usahatani jagung/Ha/MT di Desa Silumboyah, Kecamatan Siempat Nempu Hulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan kuisioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis produktivitas dan pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa produktivitas usahatani jagung di Desa Silumboyah, Kecamatan Siempat Nempu Hulu 7,2 ton//Ha/MT dan tingkat pendapatan bersih usahatani jagung untuk rata-rata per hektar sebesar Rp 15.611.959.

Abstract

Smart Farming is a term used for the implementation of technology in the agricultural sector, both in digital and hardware forms. Cinnamomum Sintoc is a plant that grows in tropical areas with high rainfall. This plant requires an adequate supply of nutrients to continue growing and produce essential oils from the bark. Cinnamomum sintoc is planted with a spacing of approximately 4 x 4 meters to provide sufficient space for growth and develop a wide canopy. This plant requires regular fertilization and watering to maintain the quality of growth in the bark. To ensure stable fertilization and watering and maintain optimal nutritional conditions, a system is needed that can monitor plant growth in real time based on soil nutrient conditions. The system can be a mobile-based application that can move the system around the plant. Thus, an integrated database system is needed to record every fertilization and watering activity of the plant as well as plant growth and provide information on soil nutrient conditions. In this study, a mobile-based application was created using a prototype method that has features that can display soil nutrient information on Cinnamomum Sintoc plants in real time through sensors installed on the plants, commands for fertilization and watering, and record plant growth data based on tree diameter and trunk. With the prototyping technique, developers can collect data and information obtained from observations and direct interactions with Cinnamomum Sintoc farmers objectively. The results of this study are in the form of a prototype application design that uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach. This research can be continued with the development of a mobile-based application that actually uses a microservices architecture. With this system, it is hoped that it can assist farmers in monitoring plant conditions, fertilizing and watering, and monitoring the growth of Cinnamomum Sintoc plants.

Abstract

The Internet of Things is a technology that allows objects to connect to other objects or users via the Internet. In the agricultural sector, the Internet of Things allows farmers to monitor the nutritional conditions of their plants and field conditions. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for farmers to fertilize and water plants, record plant development, and check nutritional conditions in agricultural businesses and physiological conditions in the field in real-time. Farmers obtain soil and field physiological information from soil sensors and field sensors that have been installed in the soil. The data is sent by the sensor to a MySQL database via an API accessed by the ESP32 microcontroller and can be displayed on a mobile application. From several experiments conducted, the results show that all data accessed by the microcontroller produces 100% in JSON format.

Abstract

Data forgery in passport management is a form of crime that has serious implications for the integrity of the immigration system and national security. The Class I Special Immigration Office TPI Batam, as one of Indonesia’s international gateways, is highly vulnerable to identity abuse by individuals or organized networks.This study aims to analyze the legal regulations governing sanctions against data forgery offenders, assess the effectiveness of their implementation in the field, and identify obstacles as well as formulate solutions that immigration officials can undertake to address these issues. This study employs normative juridical and empirical juridical research methods, using statutory and sociological (socio-legal) approaches. Data were obtained through literature reviews of regulations such as Law Number 6 of 2011 on Immigration, Government Regulation Number 31 of 2013 and its amendments, as well as Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation Number 8 of 2014 in conjunction with Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation Number 18 of 2022, and combined with interview results and field observations involving officials and the community at the Batam Immigration Office. The research findings indicate that although legal norms regarding the enforcement against data forgery have been formally established, the effectiveness of their implementation is still hindered by internal factors such as limited human resources, technology, and officer competence, as well as external challenges such as increasingly complex crime modes and weak inter-agency coordination. Law enforcement has also not fully reflected substantive justice nor been responsive to the social dynamics of the community. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen institutional capacity, integrate national data systems, and enhance public legal literacy as more effective preventive and repressive measures in the future

Abstract

The efficiency of rice farming and increasing farmers' income requires new innovations to be developed in society, such as organic-based farming. Based on this, for the development of sustainable organic rice agribusiness, it is necessary to build a Sustainable Organic Rice Agribusiness Model through a systems approach based on a strategic approach to each subsystem which includes input subsystem, farming subsystem, handling/processing and marketing subsystem, as well as supporting subsystems to achieve objectives. The development of organic rice agribusiness can be achieved more effectively and optimally to increase food security while supporting sustainable agriculture. Analysis of the performance of the agribusiness system and the sustainability of organic rice agribusiness is carried out using descriptive methods which are applied to describe the characteristics of farmers and the performance of each subsystem in the organic rice agribusiness system. Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis was used to answer the research objectives. The calculation results show that the GoF value is 0.75. The level of sustainability of Pangandaran organic rice agribusiness obtained an average total percentage score of 62.85%, this means that the level of sustainability of rice agribusiness is quite good.

Abstract

Shallots are an agricultural commodity that has a significant contribution to the economy because it has high economic value and is included in the group of agricultural products that control inflation. This research aims to analyze shallot farming income, and analyze what factors influence shallot farming income in Simamor Village, Baktiraja District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, North Sumatra Province. The data collected is in the form of primary and secondary data. The sampling method for this research is the Simple Random Sampling method using Slovin with the number of samples in this research being 38. Data analysis was carried out by looking for net income and using multiple linear regression tests and multicollinearity tests. The results of the research show that the net income for shallots is IDR 30,661,617,651/ha/mt and shows that the factors of fertilizer costs, production yields, and selling prices influence the income of shallot farming.
