Abstract

Tingginya kejadian Balita Bawah Garis Merah (BGM) pada Balita di Desa Parang Puskesmas Tiron Kabupaten Kediri disebabkan oleh banyak faktor diantaranya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan yang disebabkan oleh status social ekonomi yang rendah sehingga balita kurang mendapatkan gizi yang seimbang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Pengetahuan dan Status Ekonomi terhadap Kejadian Balita BGM di Desa Parang Puskesmas Tiron Kabupaten Kediri. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian Observasional Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh keluarga yang memiliki balita usia 12-59 bulan di Desa Parang Puskesmas Tiron berjumlah 219 balita, menggunakan accidental sampling diperoleh sampel 64 responden. Variabel independen adalah Pengetahuan BGM, status social ekonomi dan variabel dependen adalah kejadian balita BGM. Pengumpulan data mengggunakan kuesioner, pengolahan data dengan cara editing, coding, scoring, tabulating, dan dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 30 responden (47%) mempunyai pengetahuan kurang (chi square p = 0.02 < 0.05), dan 33 responden (52%) menunjukkan status social ekonomi dalam kategori miskin (phi test p = 0.00 < 0.05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh antara pengetahuan dan status social ekonomi terhadap kejadian balita BGM di Desa Parang Puskesmas Tiron Kabupaten Kediri. Oleh karena itu untuk menurunkan angka kejadian balita BGM diharapkan kerjasama tenaga kesehatan dan kader untuk melakukan kunjungan rumah guna pemantauan Balita BGM

Abstract

Tingginya kejadian KEK pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Turi yang disebabkan oleh paritas ibu yang berdampak pada kejadian partus lama dan perdarahan persalinan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis faktor paritas, jarak kehamilan, dan status pekerjaan terhadap kejadian KEK pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Turi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 77 ibu hamil dan diambil sampel sebanyak 64 orang dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis menggunakan chi square dan phi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Ibu yang hamil dengan paritas multipara berisiko mengalami KEK dari hasil uji stastistik yakni nilai p-value sebesar 0,012, α=0,05, p< α, maka H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara Paritas dan kejadian KEK pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Turi. Ibu yang hamil dengan jarak kehamilan <2 tahun sampai dengan 10 tahun berisiko mengalami KEK dari hasil uji stastistik yakni nilai p-value sebesar 0,044, α=0,05, p< α, maka H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara Jarak Kehamilan dan kejadian KEK pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Turi. Selain itu ibu hamil tidak bekerja berisiko mengalami KEK dari hasil uji stastistik yakni nilai p-value sebesar 0,025, α=0,05, p< α, maka H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara Status Pekerjaan dan kejadian KEK pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Turi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu perlu upaya promosi kesehatan tentang pentingnya merencanakan jumlah anak dan cara mengatur jarak kehamilan serta upaya peningkatan penghasilan pada ibu yang tidak bekerja

Abstract

Premenopausal is often not a concern for most women because they consider it a natural event, a small number consider it something bad or taboo to talk about openly. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards physical changes in Premenopausal women at the Samkai Community Health Center, Merauke. This research uses a research design Analytical Observational with approach cross sectional. With technique accidental sampling The sample obtained was 48 respondents, the independent variable (knowledge and attitude) and the dependent variable (Physical changes in premenopausal women) using a questionnaire. Statistical tests are used Chi-Square to find out the relationship between the two variables. The results of research from 48 respondents showed that most respondents had poor knowledge about the physical changes of premenopausal women, namely 26 respondents (54.2%), most respondents had a negative attitude about the physical changes of premenopausal women, namely 25 respondents (52.1%), and It was found that most of the physical changes during premenopausal were partially felt, namely 27 respondents (56.3%). Analysis uses statistical tests Chi-Square a relationship was found Knowledge of physical changes in premenopausal women namely p value = 0.011 < 0.05, and there is a relationship attitudes towards physical changes in premenopausal women namely p value = 0.004 < 0.05. Necessity the role of health workers in providing education about the physical changes of premenopausal women so that women entering premenopausal can have a positive attitude by exercising regularly and taking care of themselves.

Abstract

Informed consent is a critical aspect of medical practice, including emergency caesarean section (SC) or Cito. Compliance with informed consent becomes more complex because it involves quick decisions in emergency situations, Informed consent compliance with Cito SC actions can be influenced by the husband's role and midwife's motivation. This study aims to determine the influence of the role of husbands and midwives' motivation on compliance with the provision of informed consent in cito SC actions at Merauke Regional Hospital. This study used an Observational Analytics research design with a cross sectional approach. Sampling was carried out using the total sampling technique and a sample of 15 respondents was obtained, The independent variable consists of the role of the husband and the motivation of the midwife then the dependent variable used is the adherence of giving informed consent. The Chi-Square test is used to determine the relationship between two categorical variables. The results of the study of 15 respondents were obtained, most respondents had supporting husband role criteria, namely as many as 8 respondents (53.3%), Most respondents received poor midwife motivation which was as many as 8 respondents (53.3%) and most respondents included the criteria for compliance with informed concent on Cito SC Actions. The results of the analysis using the Chi-Square statistical test obtained the results of p = 0.005 and 0.019 < 0.05, then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, which means that there is an influence on the role of the husband and the motivation of midwives on Compliance with Giving Informed Consent to Pregnant Women Who Perform Cito SC Actions at Merauke Regional Hospital. The role of the husband and the motivation of midwives play a very significant role in shaping the compliance of informed consent to pregnant women. Collaboration between patients, husbands, medical teams is the main key.

Abstract

Every woman will experience menopause, where menopause is the final stage of a woman's reproductive period. Women who enter menopause will experience physical and psychological problems, if this is not handled properly it will cause anxiety, so sufficient knowledge and a positive attitude are needed. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of premenopausal employees and anxiety levels in facing menopause. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The sample in this research consisted of 31 respondents, namely employees aged 40-53 years who had not experienced menopause, obtained through purposive sampling. Data collection used a knowledge questionnaire, attitude questionnaire and anxiety questionnaire with the Zung Self rating Anxiety Scale (ZSAS). Data analysis using the Chi Square test. The research results show that the level of employee knowledge about menopause is in the good category (45.1%), and employees who have negative attitudes towards menopause are in the negative category (61.2%), and the level of anxiety is in the mild category (51.6%). There is a significant relationship between the knowledge of premenopausal employees in facing menopause with a value of p = 0.034, and there is a significant relationship between the attitude of premenopausal employees and the level of anxiety in facing menopause with a value of p = 0.017. Research sites can develop a PKRS program around menopause as a whole (patients, employees and visitors) either using print media or audio-visual media, so that education regarding changes during menopause can be easily and more easily accessible to patients, employees and visitors.
