Abstract

In today's increasingly competitive era, every business person wants to win the competition in market competition, this will pay full attention to the strategies he is implementing. Product quality is an important thing that must be considered by entrepreneurs to increase customer satisfaction in order to maintain the market in an era of competition. Even though sometimes the marketing techniques and strategies that are built are mature, they will not run optimally if they do not pay attention to the quality of the products produced. The aims of this study were (1) to find out how much influence the marketing mix has on purchasing decisions at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Medan Branch, Stok Point Nias, Gunungsitoli City, (2) To find out what factors influence customers in making purchasing decisions at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima, Medan Branch, Stock Point Nias, Gunungsitoli City. The result of this research is that PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Medan Branch Stok Point Nias makes every effort to maintain the quality of the products marketed to the public so that this company continues to exist in the field of product sales. Identify the desires, hopes and needs of the community so that PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Medan Branch Stok Point Nias can find out the types of products provided for storage and then marketed. Thus, no product is delayed too long so that quality is maintained and does not expire.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about village fund management centered on administration and reporting in Orahili Tumori Village for the 2018 fiscal year. Orahili Tumori Village Finance has implemented 5 principles recommended by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) namely transparency, control, obligation, responsiveness and responsibility for managing village funds. However, village heads have not fully implemented these 5 principles and must improve their performance in reporting the APBDes Implementation Report in a timely manner. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive type. The data is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Analysisresult show that Bendungan Village Finance Department has implemented five principles recommended by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) to distribute state funds: transparency, control, obligation, responsiveness, and responsibility. Therefore, the village management of the Dam Village fund has been legalized. However, the Dam Village Head's principles of control, obligations (obligations), and responsibilities have yet to be implemented and require further work to continue.

Abstract

Personal financial literacy erat kaitannya dengan pengelolaan keuangan, karena semakin tinggi tingkat literasi keuangan seseorang, semakin baik kemampuannya dalam mengelola keuangan mereka. Personal financial behavior merujuk pada cara seseorang memperlakukan, mengelola, dan menggunakan sumber daya keuangan yang dimilikinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu, tujuan peneliti ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Personal Financial Literacy berpengaruh pada Personal Financial Behavior mahasiswa, metode yang di gunakan yaitu kuantiatif dengan bantuan program sottware Statistical Package For The Social Sciences Version 27(SPSS v27). Peneliti menemukan bahwa koefesien regresi Personal Financial Literacy sebesar 0,908 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan 1% nilai Trust, maka nilai Personal Financial Behavior bertambah sebesar 0,908. Koefesien regresi tersebut bernilai positif, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa arah pengaruh Personal Financial Literacy terhadap Behavior Personal Financial Behavior adalah positif. Personal Financial Literacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Personal Financial Behavior.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the level of effectiveness of operational budget management for the Class B Nias Search and Rescue Office. On this occasion the researcher conducted research by using data and dealing directly with information parties deemed necessary and related to the problem under study, namely as much as 5 people who are officials from the Nias Class B Search and Rescue Office. Based on research results, the effectiveness level in 2020 was 79.707%, and in 2021 it was 87.694%, still less effective. In this research, the factors that cause an ineffective level of shopping effectiveness are due to a lack of human resources both in terms of quantity and quality, and the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) Penjualan pada Entitas Mikro Kecil dan Menengah khususnya pada CV Kirana Cahaya Sejahtera yang bergerak pada bidang perdagangan eceran barang dan obat farmasi untuk manusia di apotek. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penjualan untuk CV Kirana Cahaya Sejahtera dilaksanakan menggunakan metode (1) Perancangan struktur organisasi yang bisa membagi peran tugas beserta kewenangan dengan jelas, (2) Perancangan Aliran Sistem Informasi (ASI) baru, (3) Perancangan Prosedur sistem akuntansi penjualan, (4) Perancangan Data Flow Diagram, (5) Perancangan Flowchart, (6) Perancangan formulir. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan data kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dalam menganalisis sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan di CV Kirana Cahaya Sejahtera. Melalui pembuatan sistem informasi yang direncanakan oleh peneliti, diharapkan dapat membantu kinerja perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam manajemen penjualan obat-obatan dan pengiriman laporan menjadi lebih optimal. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan jasa dan penetapan harga terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Studio Eli Potret di Kota Gunungsitoli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, dan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan dari kualitas pelayanan dan penetapan harga terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Pertama, hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 0.422 dan p-value sebesar 0.005. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang baik dapat meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen pada Studio Eli Potret. Kedua, penetapan harga juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 0.021 dan p-value sebesar 0.002. Dengan demikian, kebijakan harga yang tepat dapat berkontribusi positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Selanjutnya, hasil uji regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan penetapan harga keduanya memiliki koefisien positif yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Artinya, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan kebijakan harga yang baik dapat diharapkan meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen pada Studio Eli Potret. Dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi, ditemukan bahwa sekitar 73,7% variasi dalam loyalitas konsumen dapat dijelaskan oleh model regresi ini. Hal ini menandakan bahwa faktor-faktor lain di luar kualitas pelayanan dan penetapan harga juga dapat memengaruhi loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengelola Studio Eli Potret dan industri foto di Kota Gunungsitoli untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi loyalitas konsumen. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya fokus pada peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan penerapan kebijakan harga yang bijak guna meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Kata kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan Jasa, Penetapan Harga dan Loyalitas Konsumen.

Abstract

Health Operational Assistance (HOA) is a fund that is used to ease the public burden on financing the health sector, especially service in community health centers, reduction in maternal mortality, infant mortality and malnutrition. Puskesmas Sirombu as a health service unit is used as a medical center for the welfare of the community, but in reality the Puskesmas Sirombu has not been optimal in realizing the budgeted funds. This study aims to determine the transparency and accountability of budget execution Bantuan Operasional Kesehatan (BOK) at Puskesmas Rawat Inap Sirombu in 2021. The research sample was taken using the method purposive sampling (specific goals or criteria). The data analysis technique used is triangulation method which combines in-depth interviews and document searches and triangulation of sources using different information to do cross check information from several sources, to improve the results of the data obtained when getting different data. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the Puskesmas Sirombu has implemented its transparency and accountability well but has not been optimal in managing the budget for transportation assistance for Health Operational Officers (BOK), this can be seen from the fact that some of the budget was not realized.

Abstract

The phenomena that occurred at the research location were as follows: 1) lack of active participation of village communities in the development process; 2) lack of basic infrastructure development such as roads, electricity, and internet access is very important for village progress; 3) lack of sustainable management of natural resources to protect the environment and ensure the availability of resources for future generations. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Village SDGs System and sustainable development in Loloana'a Gido Village, Gido District, Nias Regency. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and interviews. And the data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the interview above, it can provide an explanation of the Analysis of the Village SDGs System in Sustainable Development in Loloana'a Gido Village, Gido District, Nias Regency. Analysis of the Village SDGs system is an important approach to understanding the objectives of SDGs can be implemented in an integrated manner at the village level.
