Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1. Untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media sosial dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk di CV. Bintang keramik Kota Gunungsitoli. 2. Untuk mengetahui kendala dalam pemanfaatan media sosial dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk di CV. Bintang Keramik Kota Gunungsitoli. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dimana responden sebanyak tiga orang, satu informan kunci dan dua informan pendukung. Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan menujukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media sisoal dalam meningkatkan penjualan di CV.Bintang keramik memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan penjualan karena dengan mengunakan media sosial, produk yang hendak yang diperkenalkan kepada masyarakat dapat dengan mudah menarik minat calon pembeli untuk memesan barang di CV. Bintang Keramik, selain itu jenis produk dapat dengan mudah dipublikasikan dimedia sosial seperti fecebook dan WhatsApp business. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, pelanggan menyatakan puas terhadap kemudahan dalam mendapatkan informasi tentang produk yang mereka cari di CV. Bintang keramik, sehingga mereka tidak perlu datang ke tempat usaha karena kesibukan di pekerjaan atau jarak tempuh yang jauh, cukup mencari barang di Facebook CV. Bintang keramik dan mengirim pesan kepada admin serta melakukan transaksi pembayaran baik tunai di lokasi saat pengantaran barang maupun transfer melalui mobile banking.

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is an integrated management system that emphasizes quality improvement as a company strategy that aims to ensure customer satisfaction by involving all parts of the organization. This research aims to determine the application of TQM, determine product quality, and determine product quality improvement at Delaux Paper printing in Gunungsitoli City. The research method used is descriptive research. Based on research results, implementing TQM requires commitment from the entire organization. In printing, all employees must be involved in efforts to improve product quality. Training, building a quality culture, and active participation of all team members are essential in creating an environment that supports continuous product quality improvement. TQM helps printers to achieve significant product quality improvements and Data-based performance measurement is a key component of TQM, by collecting and analyzing data about product quality, printers can identify problems, track progress and take appropriate corrective action. Effective use of data helps printers make decisions based on facts and evidence, and directs continuous improvement efforts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh pendidikan terhadap literasi keuangan masyarakat, menganalis pengaruh pengalaman terhadap literasi keuangan masyarakat, menganalisis pengaruh informasi terhadap literasi keuangan masyarakat, serta menganalis pengaruh budaya terhadap literasi keuangan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah khusus desa Caritas Sogawunasi kecamatan Lolomatua kabupaten Nias Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terhadap 80 responden diperoleh variabel pendidikan (X1) terbukti secara statistik berpengaruh terhadap variabel (Y) dimana nilai sig. < 0,05 atau 0,009 < 0,05, variabel pengalaman (X2) terbukti secara statistik berpengaruh terhadap variabel (Y) dimana nilai sig. < 0,05 atau 0,001 < 0,05, variabel Informasi (X3) terbukti secara statistik berpengaruh terhadap variabel (Y) dimana nilai sig. < 0,05 atau 0,001 < 0,05, variabel budaya (X4) terbukti secara statistik berpengaruh terhadap variabel (Y) dengan dimana nilai sig. < 0,05 atau 0,001 < 0,05. Perhitungan simultan uji F menunjukkan nilai signifikan untuk pengaruh X1, X2, X3, dan X4 secara signifikan terhadap variabel Y adalah 0.001 < 0.05 dan nilai F hitung 129.095 > 2.49, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengujian ini diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh X1, X2, X3, dan X4 secara simultan terhadap Y.   Kata kunci: Literasi keuangan, Masyarakat, Pengaruh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of risk management carried out by the Nias Rural Development Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP3) Gunungsitoli Branch in minimizing the risk of bad loans. In this study, the type of research used is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are used through observation, interviews and documentation. To obtain information, the researcher conducted direct interviews with 6 informants, namely branch heads, 2 employees and 3 members of the Nias Rural Development Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP3) Gunungsitoli Branch. The data analysis techniques used in qualitative research include transcripts of interview results, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the implementation of risk management carried out by the Nias Rural Development Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP3) Gunungsitoli Branch is carried out through a series of stages, namely risk identification, risk measurement, risk monitoring and risk control. The implementation of risk management to minimize the risk of bad loans has been effectively implemented by KSP3 Nias Gunungsitoli Branch as evidenced by the NPL (Non-Performing Loan) rate from 2020-2022 which is still below 5%.

Abstract

Employees at the One Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Services Service in North Nias Regency have a different understanding of Financial Literacy. So some employees do not understand basic financial concepts, such as budget planning, investment, risk, and how to manage debt. Some employees are trapped in fraudulent investments and there are still many employees who have consumerist habits, namely buying things based on desire rather than need. This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy on the interest in saving of Civil Servants at the One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service of North Nias Regency. The variables in this research are financial literacy (X) and interest in saving (Y). The method in this research uses quantitative research methods. The data collection method in this research uses primary data obtained from filling out questionnaires with 31 employee respondents at the One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service Office of North Nias Regency. as well as secondary data obtained from journals related to this research. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, determinant coefficient test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity regression test, simple linear regression test and T test. The results of this research show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving of Civil Servants at the One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service of North Nias Regency. Simultaneously, the magnitude of the influence of financial literacy on the interest in saving of employees of the One Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Services Service of North Nias Regency is 43.8%, while the other 56.2% is influenced by other variables not included in the research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the pricing strategy for increasing sales volume at Mawar Bakery Gunungsitoli. The problem formulation in this research is to analyze pricing in increasing sales volume. This type of research is qualitative research, it uses research instruments guided by the type of research used, namely the form of interview instruments and observation. The number of informants in this research consisted of 5 respondents. To be able to answer the problem formulation in this research, the researchers here analyzed the data descriptively qualitatively. The process of systematically searching and compiling data obtained from interviews, field notes and other materials so that it can be easily understood and of course can be informed to other people. Based on the research results, Mawar Bakery has a good pricing strategy in accordance with pricing indicators. In this way, good pricing can increase sales volume at the Mawar Bakery Shop.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mediasi Kaizen dalam hubungan Total Quality Management (TQM) terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada pegawai Rumah Sakit Pratama Kabupaten Nias Barat. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan populasi seluruh pegawai rumah sakit sebanyak 60 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kaizen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan (koefisien 0.399, p-values 0.003). TQM juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kaizen (koefisien 0.603, p-values 0.000) serta kualitas pelayanan (koefisien 0.540, p-values 0.000). Selain itu, Kaizen memediasi pengaruh TQM terhadap kualitas pelayanan dengan nilai koefisien 0.241 dan p-values 0.015. Implementasi Kaizen dan TQM yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit ini. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya perbaikan berkelanjutan dan keterlibatan aktif pegawai dalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi dan kepuasan pasien.
