Abstract

The work environment encompasses everything around employees while they are working, both in physical and non-physical forms, which can influence them in carrying out their tasks and daily work. A conducive work environment provides a sense of security that enables employees to work optimally. The work environment can affect employees' emotions. If an employee enjoys the work environment where they work, they will feel comfortable in their workplace. A conducive work environment will have a positive impact on the company; conversely, if the work environment is less conducive, it will have a negative impact on the company. The problem formulation in this research is to determine whether there is an Influence of the Work Environment on Employee Productivity at CV. Sukses Karya Lestari, Gunungsitoli City. This research uses quantitative research to determine the influence of an independent variable on the dependent variable in a study and the extent of its role with the aim of testing the established hypotheses. The research sample is the entire population size due to the limited number of respondents studied. From the research results, it is known that the levels of validity of variables X and Y meet the applicable standards with the overall results of the questionnaire items declared valid because r calculated > r table (0.334), at a confidence interval of 95% with N = 35. The research instruments for each variable are also declared reliable with r calculated X (0.495) > r table (0.334) and r calculated Y (0.526) > r table (0.334) at a confidence interval of 95% with N = 35. The calculation of the determination correlation shows that there is an influence of variable X (work environment) on variable Y (employee productivity in the production department) by 23.9%, while 76.1% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the level of effectiveness of operational budget management for the Class B Nias Search and Rescue Office. On this occasion the researcher conducted research by using data and dealing directly with information parties deemed necessary and related to the problem under study, namely as much as 5 people who are officials from the Nias Class B Search and Rescue Office. Based on research results, the effectiveness level in 2020 was 79.707%, and in 2021 it was 87.694%, still less effective. In this research, the factors that cause an ineffective level of shopping effectiveness are due to a lack of human resources both in terms of quantity and quality, and the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of human resource performance evaluation on the performance success of BASARNAS in the Nias Islands. A quantitative approach was applied to prove the theory's truth scientifically and empirically, which refers to research principles; thus, the results obtained can be justified. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a total of 30 statement items (15 statement items for each X and Y variable. From the Validity Test and Reliability Test, the research instruments used were regarded as valid and reliable, meaning that the questionnaire which has been distributed suits well as a research instrument. The sample in this study was 70 employees. Data was processed using the SPSS 2.0 Application. Results demonstrate that the value of R Square is 0.786. In other words, HR Work Evaluation influences Basarnas Nias Islands's performance success by 78.6%. This means that HR Work Evaluation significantly affects the performance success of BASARNAS in the Nias Islands.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of information technology in improving administrative service performance at the Hilihambawa Village Office, Gunungsitoli Idanoi District, Gunungsitoli City. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the use of information technology at the Hilihambawa Village Office is not yet optimal. Although technological tools such as computers and the internet are available, their use is still limited due to a lack of training and understanding among employees, as well as infrastructure challenges such as unstable internet connections. Additionally, there is resistance to change among employees and insufficient outreach to the community regarding technology-based services. The study recommends enhancing digital literacy for village employees, improving technology infrastructure, and developing more targeted managerial strategies to support the optimal use of information technology in administrative services. The results are expected to serve as a reference for village governments and other researchers in developing more effective information technology implementation strategies in village administration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi masyarakat tentang kemudahan penggunaan  layanan aplikasi brimo di Desa Tumori. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian  kualitatif dan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data diantaranya observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini mengikuti model interaktif yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi masyarakat pengguna aplikasi BRImo di Desa Tumori tentang kemudahan penggunaan cenderung baik.  Masyarakat mampu untuk menggunakan fitur aplikasi BRImo seperti melakukan tranfer, tarik tunai tanpa kartu, cek saldo, pembayaran tagihan listrik, pembayaran PDAM, pembelian pulsa dsb. Dimana kegiatan tersebut menggunakan jaringan internet yang menghubungkan pengguna dengan pihak bank. Sedangkan persepsi masyarakat penggguna aplikasi BRImo terhadap manfaat penggunaan memberikan nilai yang baik bagi penggunanya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi peningkatan kinerja pelayanan publik di Kantor Kecamatan Botomuzoi Kabupaten Nias untuk mengetahui strategi yang diterapkan dalam meningkatkan kinerja, tingkat keefektifan dan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan strategi peningkatan kinerja yang meliputi sarana dan prasarana masih minim, anggaran terbatas dan sebagian pegawai belum sempurna mengoperasikan teknologi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dalam pengumpulan data digunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yaitu dari pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Botomuzoi Kabupaten Nias. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi peningkatan kinerja pelayanan publik di Kantor Kecamatan Botomuzoi Kabupaten Nias, Kantor Kecamatan Botomuzoi berusaha memenuhi dimensi peningkatan kinerja yang terdiri dari kualitas, kuantitas dan efisiensi. Tingkat keefektifan strategi yang telah diterapkan menunjukan hasil yang baik, dengan meningkatnya jumlah masyarakat yang mendapat akses pelayanan , dan mendapat umpan balik positif dari masyarakat. Sedangkan faktor penghambat dalam melaksanakan strategi ini adalah sarana dan prasarana masih minim, anggaran terbatas dan sebagian pegawai belum sempurna dalam mengoperasikan teknologi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mediasi Kaizen dalam hubungan Total Quality Management (TQM) terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada pegawai Rumah Sakit Pratama Kabupaten Nias Barat. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan populasi seluruh pegawai rumah sakit sebanyak 60 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kaizen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan (koefisien 0.399, p-values 0.003). TQM juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kaizen (koefisien 0.603, p-values 0.000) serta kualitas pelayanan (koefisien 0.540, p-values 0.000). Selain itu, Kaizen memediasi pengaruh TQM terhadap kualitas pelayanan dengan nilai koefisien 0.241 dan p-values 0.015. Implementasi Kaizen dan TQM yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit ini. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya perbaikan berkelanjutan dan keterlibatan aktif pegawai dalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi dan kepuasan pasien.
