Abstract

Kurikulum di Indonesia saat ini adalah kurikulum Merdeka Belajar dan yang menjadi salah satu fokusnya yakni keterampilan literasi numerasi. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Peer Led team Learning (PLTL) berbantuan soal HOTS dalam meningkatkan literasi numerasi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Dobo. Adapun Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen dengan desain pre-eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Dobo di Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru. Penelitian ini melibatkan semua siswa kelas X, dengan rincian kelas: X1, X2, dan X3, totalnya 75 siswa. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil uji-t berpasangan diketahui nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 di mana kurang dari taraf signifikan 5% (0,000 < 0,05) sehingga H0 ditolak yang artinya ada perbedaan rata-rata kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal HOTS sebelum dan setelah diberikan perlakuan. Berdasarkan analisis penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan penerapan model pembelajaran Peer Led Team Learning (PLTL) berbantuan soal HOTS memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik X SMA Negeri 1 Dobo

Abstract

Riset inii bertujuan untuk mengetahuii pengaruh pendekatani pembelajaran STEM terhadap kemampuan numerasi siswa SD di Dobo Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru. Dalam riset ini desain penelitian yang digunakani adalah Non-equivalent Control Group-Design. Sampel yang diperoleh dalam riset menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara pertimbangan/tujuan tertentu (purposive sampling) dengan jumlahi sampell sebanyak 60 orang. Proses pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrumen tes kemampuan numerasi siswa. Hasil penelitian ini dilihat dari pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji Mann Whitney hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa nilai nilai sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,000 yang artinya hipotesis H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak (0,000 < 0,05). Jadi dapat disimpulkani bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan pendekatan pembelajaran STEM terhadap kemampuan numerasi siswa SD Negeri 1 Dobo Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru

Abstract

Dalam penulisan suatu karya ilmiah mencantumkan referensi sangatlah penting. Referensi digunakan untuk menunjukkan bahwa penulis telah melakukan penelitian yang cukup dan memperoleh pemahaman yang cukup tentang topik yang diteliti. Referensi juga digunakan untuk mendukung argumen dan klaim yang dibuat oleh penulis, sehingga membantu memperkuat kualitas karya ilmiah. Salah satu perangkat lunak manajemen referensi dapat digunakan untuk penulisan referensi didalam suatu karya ilmiah adalah Mendeley. Mendeley adalah perangkat lunak manajemen referensi yang dapat membantu penulis dalam mengimpor, mengelola, dan mencantumkan referensi dalam karya ilmiah dengan efisien dan akurat Peserta pada kegiatan ini yakni mahasiswa semester 4 dan 6 program studi Pendidikan matematika Universitas Muhammadiyah Bone. Berdasarkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa edukasi untuk menajemen sitasi bagi mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan pemahaman penggunaan Mendeley lebih dari 90%.

Abstract

Tuberculosis, a highly contagious and lethal infectious disease, remains a global health concern with challenging treatment options. To combat its widespread impact, prevention strategies, such as vaccination, are imperative. This research focuses on developing a mathematical model with the addition of a vaccination compartment to understand the dynamics of tuberculosis transmission with vaccination. Subsequently, the study proceeds to identify the equilibrium points and calculate the basic reproduction number (ℜ0). Following this, a comprehensive stability analysis is conducted, and a numerical simulation is executed to observe the population dynamics. Furthermore, parameter sensitivity analysis is undertaken to assess the extent to which these parameters impact ℜ0. Preliminary analysis shows that the modified model has a solution that remains in the non-negative and bounded region. Furthermore, model analysis reveals two equilibrium points, namely the disease-free equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium. It is established that the disease-free equilibrium exhibits local asymptotic stability when ℜ0 1. Remarkably, the numerical simulation aligns with the analytical findings, reinforcing the robustness of the results. Analysis of the sensitivity of the parameter to ℜ0 shows that the parameter of the proportion of susceptible population entering the vaccination class has a significant effect on the value of ℜ0. The parameter of proportion of susceptible population entering the vaccination class has a negative effect on the number of populations with infection.

Abstract

The training on using the Mendeley application for Public Administration students at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Pattimura, aims to enhance skills in managing references and citations systematically. The main issue faced by students is the difficulty in organizing references structurally and the risk of citation errors that can affect academic quality. This activity includes preparation, material delivery, and hands-on practice using the Mendeley application. The training is based on the Theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which explains how technology adoption can influence its effectiveness. The results show that students can manage references more systematically and gain confidence in writing academic papers, including final assignments. Moreover, the training positively contributes to improving the overall academic quality on campus. Beyond teaching the technical aspects of using the application, this training also raises students' awareness of the importance of academic ethics in reference management. Thus, this training serves as a strategic step to prepare students for academic challenges while promoting a stronger culture of scientific writing.

Abstract

References are used to show that the author has conducted sufficient research and obtained an adequate understanding of the topic being studied. References are also used to support arguments and claims made by the author, thus helping to strengthen the quality of the scientific work. One of the reference management Software that can be used for writing references in a scientific work is Mendeley. Mendeley is a reference management Software that can help authors import, manage, and include references in scientific works efficiently and accurately. Participants in this activity were fourth and sixth semester students of the Mathematics Education study program at Muhammadiyah University of Bone. Based on the community service activity that has been carried out, it can be concluded that education on citation management for students can increase their understanding of using Mendeley by more than 90%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) dalam pembelajaran geometri terhadap kemampuan spatial reasoning siswa. Spatial reasoning merupakan kemampuan kognitif penting dalam memahami konsep-konsep geometri, terutama yang berkaitan dengan visualisasi, rotasi, dan transformasi objek dalam ruang tiga dimensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experimental, melibatkan dua kelompok siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Watampone yaitu kelas VIIIb dan VIIIc yang dilaksanakan dimulai pada tanggal 3 Februari sampai tanggal 24 Februari 2025. Kelas VIIIb sebagai kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis AR dan kelas VIIIc sebagai kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional masing masing 30 sampel. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa tes spatial reasoning yang dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator visualisasi spasial, orientasi spasial, dan rotasi mental. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara rata-rata skor spatial reasoning siswa pada kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Rata-rata skor siswa pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 85,70 sementara pada kelas kontrol sebesar 70,10. Hasil uji-t sampel berpasangan juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan Siswa yang belajar dengan bantuan AR menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih tinggi dalam kemampuan menginterpretasikan dan memanipulasi objek geometri secara visual dibandingkan dengan siswa yang belajar secara konvensional. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi AR dalam pembelajaran geometri dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk memperkuat keterampilan spasial siswa.

Abstract

Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) is an infectious disease with a high mortality rate which is caused by the virus from the family of Filoviridae, genus of Ebolavirus. Therefore, this research works on the developing model of Ebola disease spread with SLSHVEQIHR type. The purpose of this study is to analyze the spread of Ebola disease with the treatments, which are quarantine and vaccination. Then determine the equilibrium point and basic reproduction number (R0). There are two equilibrium points, the disease free equilibrium point and the endemic equilibrium point. The analysis results in the model show that if R0<1 than the disease free equilibrium point is locally asymptotically stable. If R0>1 than the endemic equilibrium point is locally assymptotically stable. Numerical simulations are performed to show the population dynamics when R0<1and R0>1.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a deadly infectious disease that occurs throughout the world. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 such as vaccination. The purpose of this research is to modify the model of the spread of the Covid-19 disease from the previous model. The equilibrium points and the basic reproduction number ( ) of the modified model is determined. Then a stability analysis was carried out and a numerical simulation was carried out to see the dynamics of the population that occurred. The analysis performed on the model obtained two equilibriums, namely the disease-freeequilibrium and the endemic equilibrium. Disease-free equilibrium are locally asymptotically stable if . Meanwhile, the endemic equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable if . The numerical simulation results show the same results as the analytical results.
