Packaging dan branding memiliki peranan penting dalam sebuah bisnis. Packaging dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan nilai jual dari sebuah produk dan branding dijadikan sebagai identitas dari sebuah produk. Packaging dan branding merupakan peranan penting dalam pemasaran dan menghasilkan sebuah produk. Pengabdian ini dilakukan pada usaha beras dan kacang di Pakis, Kabupaten Malang. Beras menjadi bahan makanan pokok dan mayoritas masyarakat Indonesia mengonsumsinya. Dengan adanya kebutuhan tersebut, maka beras dijadikan sebagai peluang usaha bagi sebagian masyarakat. Selain itu kacang-kacangan yang dihasilkan di Indonesia juga melimpah dan beragam sehingga dijadikan sebagai peluang bisnis. Mitra pengabdian kali ini adalah pelaku usaha beras dan kacang dimana belum memiliki merek dan pendistribusian beras hanya pada masyarakat di lingkungan sekitar. Selain itu packaging yang digunakan juga masih sederhana sehingga belum adanya kesan khusus pada produk yang dihasilkan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan pada pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha tersebut dalam melakukan packaging dan branding dengan memberikan sosialisasi dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan logo merek serta pengemasan yang baik sehingga mampu memperluas pangsa pasar usaha beras dan kacang-kacangan agar mampu bersaing dengan produk beras lainnya dan mampu meningkatkan penjualan. Hasil dari kegiatan tersebut adalah adanya pemahaman bagi pelaku usaha pentingnya packaging dan branding dalam produk yang dihasilkan dan mampu membuat logo merek yang menjadi identitas serta pengemasan yang lebih baik.

The pandemic has caused the economic sector to change, especially for businesses in the social sector. This study aims to create a business model with the concept of Islamic Social Entrepreneurship for entrepreneurial women in the pandemic Covid-19 era. This study is based on the case of Micro and Small Enterprises (SMEs) belonging to the "Association of Women Entrepreneurs of ‘Aisyiyah (IPAS)," where ‘Aisyiyah’s organization acts as a social agent. The world is currently experiencing a crisis caused by a pandemic Covid-19, resulting in a significant downturn in the Micro, Small, Medium Enterprise (MSME) sector. This research is a qualitative study and focuses on Islamic social entrepreneurship in the pandemic era. Data analysis was performed simultaneously, recursively, and dynamically, where conceptualization, categorization, and description were carried out together. This study indicates that women can be independent and improve their quality of life with Islamic social entrepreneurship following the values developed.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and knowledge sharing on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at the Investment and One Stop Service Office in Probolinggo Regency with a total of 50 respondents. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with saturated sample techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is path analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are work motivation and knowledge sharing has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation, and knowledge sharing has a significant effect on job satisfaction, meanwhile, job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has no effect significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, and knowledge sharing has no significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari merupakan salah satu sekolah kejuruan yang memiliki berbagai bidang, seperti multimedia, mesin, tata boga, dan sebagainya. Kreasi kue kering menjadi salah satu andalan dari SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari hasil karya siswa-siswi yang menjadi potensi untuk dikembangkan. Hal ini juga menjadi salah satu cara bagaimana sekolah dapat meningkatkan branding sekolah dan mengedepankan kualitas sekolah. Namun, saat ini olahan produk makanan yang dihasilkan masih belum dimaksimalkan dengan baik, dikarenakan belum adanya riset pasar yang dilakukan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melakukan pendampingan bagi mitra yaitu siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari dalam menganalisis riset pasar. Tujuan kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman pada mitra terkait pentingnya riset pasar yang tidak hanya dikalangan umum saja, melainkan sekolah juga perlu adanya pemahaman ini. Metode kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi dan pendampingan kepada para murid, dilanjutkan dengan pameran bazar makanan sehat yang disajikan oleh para murid SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari. Kegiatan ini juga akan menggunakan media sosial sebagai media untuk menunjang permasalahan mitra. Setelah itu kegiatan pengabdian ini diakhiri dengan pameran bazar makanan sehat yang disajikan oleh para murid SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari.

AbstractThis study aimed to analyze the effect of work-family conflict on work stress and the moderating role of social support and perceived organizational support in the effect of work-family conflict on work stress. The type of this research is explanatory research. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and variable measurement techniques based on a Likert scale. The population in this study were all female nurses in Malang City. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling, with the criteria of female nurses who are married. Data were analyzed using inferential statistics and a moderation test using Smart PLS. The results of the study revealed that work-family conflict had a significant effect on work stress; social support moderated the effect of work-family conflict on work stress; Perceived organizational support had a moderating role in the effect of work-family conflict on work stress. Rempah-rempah di Indonesia cukup melimpah dan banyak sekali pemanfaatan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Indonesia khususnya sebagai bentuk olahan herbal untuk meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh ataupun untuk sekedar menghangatkan kondisi badan. Jamu merupakan salah satu minuman tradisional Indonesia yang dibuat dari berbagai macam rempah khas Indonesia, yang memiliki beberapa manfaat untuk kesehatan. Dengan kebutuhan yang semakin banyak, maka jamu diproses dan diolah tidak hanya dalam bentuk minuman, namun juga dibuat dalam bentuk bubuk atau instan sehingga masyarakat dapat mengonsumsi kapan saja dan dimana saja. Dusun Ngandat merupakan daerah yang ada di Kota Batu yang mampu memanfaatkan olahan rempah-rempah menjadi jamu yang praktis untuk dinikmati yaitu jamu instan. Namun selama ini olahan jamu instan ini belum mampu menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas karena terkait dengan packaging dan branding yang dirancang belum ada. Padahal, dengan adanya branding dan kemasan yang menarik, maka produk tersebut akan menarik masyarakat untuk membeli serta mengonsumsinya. Tim Pengabdian Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang dalam kegiatan blockgrant fakultas akan melakukan pengabdian dengan fokus kegiatan pada kegiatan branding dan packaging olahan jamu instan tersebut untuk memperoleh jangkauan pemasaran yang lebih luas. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah memiliki Packaging baru yang telah didesain oleh mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam Pengabdian Masyarakat Mahasiswa (PMM) yang siap dipasarkan kepada Masyarakat.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance with organizational climate as a mediating variable. The type of research used in this research is explanatory using a quantitative approach. The population of this study was employees of the Batu City Land Office. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The sample used was 50 respondents at the Batu City Land Office. The data collection method for this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used path analysis using the SmartPLS software. The results of the study show that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance; Transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational climate; Organizational climate has a positive effect on employee performance.

This research aims to determine the influence of discipline and motivation on the performance of LJ Dua Bersaudara cracker factory employees. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The sampling technique for this research uses saturated sampling. The type of research used is survey research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The research results found that motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, discipline had no significant effect on employee performance, and motivation was the variable that had the most influence on the performance of employees at the LJ Dua Bersaudara cracker factory.

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze apprenticeship experience, work readiness and self-efficacy, the effect of apprenticeship experience on work readiness, analyze apprenticeship experience on work readiness with self-efficacy as moderation. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were all 2019 class management students who took part in the internship as many as 98 students. The sampling technique uses saturated or census sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire technique (questionnaire) and interviews. Data analysis used simple regression analysis with SPSS 29 software. The results showed that apprenticeship experience was at a good level, job readiness was at a high level and self-efficacy showed a high level. There is a positive and significant influence between the effect of apprenticeship experience on work readiness, self-efficacy cannot moderate the effect of apprenticeship experience on work readiness.

Knowledge management is important for small and medium-sized businesses to maintain their competitive position and drive innovation. The main obstacles that hinder the spread of knowledge management practices in SMEs include cultural aspects, leadership, and limited managerial capacity related to technology and knowledge gaps. Therefore, this study analyzed the effect of transformational and transactional leadership on knowledge management in SMEs and the moderating of organizational culture. This research was collected using a questionnaire. The sample of this study was leaders of Small and Medium Industries in Mojowarno District, Jombang, East Java, Indonesia with 62 respondents. The analytical method used a moderation test using the SmartPLS 3 program. The results of the study revealed that transformational leadership had a significant effect on knowledge management while transactional leadership did not have a significant impact on knowledge management; team culture strengthened the influence of transformational and transactional leadership on knowledge management, and there was no moderating role of adhocracy culture and market culture. These findings show that transformational leadership plays a major role in the application of knowledge management in SMEs. However, transformational and transactional leadership collaboration has a major impact on the successful implementation of knowledge management. Clan culture contributes greatly to strengthening the leadership role of knowledge management.
