Abstract

This study aims to analyze the configuration of supply chain management (SCM) in Es Teh Nusantara in Metro City, focusing on operational efficiency and its impact on customer satisfaction. Es Teh Nusantara, as a ready-to-eat beverage company, faces challenges in managing an effective supply chain to reduce costs, accelerate distribution, and maintain product quality. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through field observations, interviews with management and business partners, and analysis of related documents. The results of the study show that the network structure of Es Teh Nusantara involves raw material suppliers, factories, storage warehouses, distributors, and business partners. The selection of strategic locations for factories and warehouses has succeeded in reducing transportation costs and raw material procurement time. An efficient distribution system allows for fast and timely delivery of products. Operational efficiency is achieved through the management of cost, time, and maintained product quality, which in turn improves customer satisfaction. However, the study also found challenges related to fluctuations in market demand and suboptimal distribution coordination at a time when demand is increasing rapidly. This research provides several important benefits and contributions to Es Teh Nusantara and the ready-to-eat beverage industry, as well as enriching the literature in the field of supply chain management.

Abstract

The widespread corruption cases in Indonesia have resulted in the country's Corruption Perception Index (CPI) score falling below the global average. This prevalence of corruption is certainly in stark contrast to the principles of business ethics in Islam. One concrete effort to uncover corruption is believed to be through whistleblowing. This study examines the role of whistleblowing as a manifestation of business ethics in Islam. Through a library research approach, this study analyzes the concept of whistleblowing within the context of Islamic business ethics, the ethical values underlying the practice of whistleblowing, as well as the obstacles and challenges that may be encountered in its implementation. The findings of the study indicate that Islamic ethical values, such as honesty, justice, and social responsibility, are represented through whistleblowing in Islamic business ethics. In the Qur'an, Allah SWT commands His servants to always do good and avoid wrongdoing, which aligns with the implementation of whistleblowing aimed at exposing fraud that harms the public

Abstract

This study examines the development trend of research related to sharia compliance in Islamic financial institutions during the period from 2014 to 2024. A search was conducted through Google Scholar in Perish/Harzing with the keyword "Sharia Compliance" to find relevant national journals. Based on the search results, 374 research articles were found which were then imported into the VOSviewer application. The analysis shows that 2022 recorded the highest publication with a total of 60 articles. Visual mapping was carried out with VOSviewer which classified research related to sharia compliance into 5 clusters and 68 items

Abstract

ABSTRAKSIPerkembangan teknologi informasi, dan komunikasi (TIK) yang begitu pesat dalam beberapa dekade terakhir telah membawa dampak transformatif pada hampir seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia, mulai dari cara berkomunikasi, bekerja, hingga dalam pengelolaan, dan penyajian informasi (Anjani et al., 2024). Dunia bisnis dan profesi akuntansi tidak luput dari arus perubahan ini. Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP), sebagai lembaga yang berperan penting dalam menjamin transparansi, dan akuntabilitas informasi keuangan, kini menghadapi lanskap profesional yang sangat dinamis, ditandai dengan peningkatan adopsi teknologi digital dalam proses audit dan pelaporan keuangan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pelatihan praktis dalam mendukung proses transformasi digital di KAP, khususnya dalam meningkatkan daya saing auditor muda dalam menghadapi tantangan teknologi audit yang terus berkembang. The business world and the accounting profession are not immune to this current of change. The Office of the Public Accountant (OPA), as an institution that plays an important role in ensuring the transparency, and accountability of financial information, is currently facing a highly dynamic professional landscape, characterized by the increasing adoption of digital technologies in the audit and financial reporting process, this study aims to analyze the role of practical training in supporting the digital transformation process in the OPA, particularly in enhancing the competitiveness of young auditors in facing the challenges of ever-evolving technology. Abstract

Mosques have historically functioned not only as places of worship but also as centers for social, educational, and economic development within Muslim communities. However, in contemporary contexts, particularly in Indonesia, the socio-economic role of many mosques has declined and remains underutilized. This study aims to analyze strategies for repositioning mosques as centers of Islamic socio-economic empowerment by examining the best practices implemented at the Jogokariyan Mosque in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This research employs a qualitative document analysis method, utilizing secondary data obtained from scientific literature, journal articles, institutional reports, and previous empirical studies related to mosque management and community empowerment. The findings indicate that effective mosque-based empowerment is strongly supported by professional management practices grounded in the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) framework, transparent financial governance, and a balanced allocation of consumptive and productive funds. The Jogokariyan Mosque exemplifies successful community engagement through innovative programs, including waste banks, community marketplaces, daily almsgiving initiatives, social services, and publicly accessible financial reporting. Active participation of congregants and inclusive leadership by mosque administrators (takmir) further strengthens the sustainability of these programs. This study concludes that mosques can function as dynamic institutions for socio-economic development when managed transparently, participatorily, and adaptively. The Jogokariyan model offers a replicable framework for other mosques in Indonesia to enhance their role in addressing community welfare and economic resilience.

Abstract

Bawang Putih dan Bawang Merah merupakan satu dari sekian banyaknya cerita rakyat yang sudah terkenal luas dan merakyat khususnya di Nusantara. Dalam cerita rakyat Bawang Putih dan Bawang Merah menghadirkan tokoh utama yang bernama Bawang Putih atau dipanggil Putih sebagai tokoh dengan karakter atau perwatakan yang protagonis. Karena sifatnya yang sabar, tidak pernah marah dan selalu menuruti perintah serta kemauan ibu tiri maupun saudara tirinya yang bernama Bawang Merah atau dipanggil Merah dengan perwatakan antagonis. Akan tetapi, peneliti menemukan penggambaran karakter tokoh Putih sebagai sosok antagonis dalam cerita rakyat Bawang Putih dan Bawang Merah yang ada di aplikasi kumpulan buku versi digital yaitu wattpad. Hal seperti itu dapat dikatakan sebagai bentuk dari diskrepansi alias ketidaksesuaian atau ketidakserasian dengan stereotip yang diketahui oleh masyarakat pada umumnya, terutama stereotip mengenai tokoh Putih adalah tokoh yang baik hati. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut peneliti bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian sastra bandingan dengan objeknya berupa cerita rakyat Bawang Putih dan Bawang Merah dari dua versi yang berbeda yaitu versi buku cetak dan wattpad, tentunya dengan dua pengarang yang berbeda pula. Khususnya dari segi tokoh dan karakter dari Bawang Putih sendiri. Peneliti akan memanfaatkan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan sastra bandingan untuk menguraikan pembahasannya. Hasil penelitian yang didapat berupa uraian mengenai pendeskripansian dari stereotip karakter tokoh Bawang Putih pada cerita rakyat Bawang Putih dan Bawang Merah versi buku dengan wattpad.

Abstract

The phenomenon of career families in contemporary society often reduces the intensity of direct parental involvement in children's religious and moral education. Although numerous studies have discussed Islamic parenting and family education, limited research has specifically examined the Qur'anic foundation for children's education within the context of career families through a thematic interpretation of the Qur'an. This study aims to explore the educational values contained in Surah Luqman verses 13-19 and to analyze their relevance as a conceptual basis for Islamic religious education in career families. This research employs a qualitative library research method using a thematic tafsir (tafsir maudhu'i) approach. The analysis draws upon classical and contemporary Qur'anic interpretations, particularly the works of Ibn Katsir and Quraish Shihab, to identify and synthesize the educational principles embedded in the verses. The findings reveal four major educational dimensions: the inculcation of tauhid as a spiritual foundation, the habituation of worship practices to develop discipline and responsibility, the internalization of Qur'anic ethics to nurture emotional and moral character, and the cultivation of social awareness through the principle of amr ma'ruf nahi munkar. These values provide a comprehensive framework for children's education that remains relevant even in families where parental time and interaction may be limited due to professional commitments. This study contributes to the discourse on Islamic education by offering a Qur'an-based conceptual framework for parenting in career families, thereby demonstrating that Qur'anic educational values can function as adaptive moral guidance in responding to contemporary family dynamics.
