Abstract

Bisnis di bidang perawatan kecantikan dewasa ini  telah  berkembang pesat seiring dengan kemajuan jaman di indonesia, salah satu perusahaan tersebut adalah Billagio Skincare Clinic Sidoarjo. Namun seiring kemajuan tersebut terjadi fenomena penurunan pendapatan dan meningkatnya komplainpelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk,harga dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Billagio skincare clinic Sidoarjo. Dalam penelitian  ini menggunakan variabel kualitas produk, harga dan kualitas layanan, sedangkan responden penelitian adalah seluruhpelanggan Billagio Skincare Clinic Sidoarjo dengan metode accicental sampling dan teknik analisis serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan softwarePartial Least Square (PLS). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk yang baik menimbulkan kepuasan yang tinggi pada pelanggan, namunharga tidak berpengaruh pada kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan yang baik berdampak pada pelanggan semakin puas.Kata Kunci : Kualitas produk, harga, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pelanggan

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online customer reviews, product quality and customer experience on purchasing decisions for Maybelline cosmetics for female students at Darul ‘Ulum Lamongan Islamic University. The population in this study amounted to 1.519 female students, with a total sample of 94 respondents. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling, the analytical method used for this research is deskriptif analys, validity test, reability test, multiple liniear regression test, coefficient of determination test, classic assumption test,t test, f test,. The result of the t test of this study indicate that the online customer reviews variable obtained atcount value of 3.274>1.661, the product quality variable obtained atcount value of 4.771>1.661, the customer experience variable obtained atcount value of 7.241>1.661, and the f test result for the online customer reviews, product quality and customer experience on purchasing decisions obtained Fcount>Ftable or 75.021>2.705, and adjusted r squared value of 0.705 or 70.5%. This show that the variables online customer reviews, product quality and customer experience have a partial and simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions, and the remaining 29.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

Study This done with objective for determine how much big understanding student about tax can improved at Darul ' Ulum Islamic University Lamongan and Surabaya State University via Knowledge Taxes, Financial Rewards, and Labor Market Considerations, with variable moderation Principle Independence as. Student major accounting at Surabaya State University and Darul ' Ulum Islamic University Lamongan is population from this study. Nonprobability samples use obtained through methodology Purposive Sampling and methods quantitative data analysis. Data on research This obtained through charging questionnaire online to 87 respondent. For analyzing and assessing data, SmartPLS 4.0 and algorithms linear regression is applied . According to findings research, interest student accountancy for chase career in the field taxation in a way positive and significant influenced by Financial Rewards and Knowledge Taxes, desires students on careers in the field taxation as well positive and significant influenced by Labor Market Considerations. Temporary knowledge tax No strengthen on motivation student accountancy in chase profession in the field tax, principle independence increase the influence of financial rewards and labor market considerations work in the field career.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kompensasi, pengalaman kerja, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan di GH Universal Hotel Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel melalui total sampling menjadikan seluruh responden dari populasi. Adapun jumlah sampel adalah 93 responden. Kuesioner merupakan instrumen utama untuk mengumpulkan data primer. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 57,6%. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada GH Universal Hotel Bandung, maka perusahaan sebaiknya lebih meningkatkan kompensasi, pengalaman kerja, dan pengembangan karir terhadap karyawannya sehingga kinerja karyawan meningkat. Hasil penelitian secara simultan bahwa kompensasi, pengalaman kerja, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This article explores the efficacy of experience-based marketing strategies in enhancing customer engagement and retention within the dynamic landscape of the tourism and travel industry. Drawing upon a comprehensive case study analysis, this research delves into the nuanced mechanisms through which experiential marketing initiatives impact consumer behavior and loyalty. By examining diverse experiential tactics such as immersive storytelling, interactive technology integration, and personalized service offerings, this study uncovers the pivotal role of memorable experiences in fostering emotional connections and long-term relationships with customers. The findings underscore the significance of crafting unique, sensory-rich encounters that resonate with travelers' aspirations, preferences, and values. Moreover, this research elucidates the strategic implications of leveraging experiential marketing to differentiate brands, drive word-of-mouth advocacy, and sustain competitive advantage in an increasingly crowded marketplace. Insights from this study offer actionable recommendations for tourism and travel businesses to design and implement effective experience-based marketing campaigns that cultivate deep-seated connections with their target audience, engender brand loyalty, and ultimately drive business growth.

Abstract

The sales marketing training for service promotion through social media at Bank Madinah Lamongan aimed to enhance employees’ understanding and skills in utilizing social media to attract potential customers. This training employed a practical approach, focusing on using platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business to promote financial service products. The methodology included material delivery, case studies, pre-tests and post-tests, and observation of participants’ performance. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ comprehension, with average scores increasing by 35% after the training. Participants also showed improved ability in managing social media, demonstrated by increased creativity in promotional content development. However, challenges such as limited time and resources in managing social media remain obstacles to be addressed. This training is expected to enhance Bank Madinah Lamongan’s competitiveness in attracting customers in the digital era. It is recommended that the bank strengthen its digital marketing resources and conduct regular evaluations to ensure the program’s sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi KSPPS BMT Ki Slamet Jawa Timur dalam melayani anggotanya dengan menerapkan pelayanan yang lebih adil, spesialnya pada sistem profit loss sharing (bagi hasil) sesuai pada sistem Mudharabah serta sistem Musyarakah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan dan kepuasan anggota terhadap loyalitas anggota KSPPS BMT Ki Slamet Jawa Timur. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 5800 anggota KSPPS BMT Ki Slamet Jawa Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dihitung dengan rumus slovin sehingga menghasilkan 100 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh langsung melalui riset lapangan dan juga dengan menyebar kuesioner melalui google form kepada nasabah KSPPS BMT Ki Slamet Jawa Timur. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Teknik tersebut diolah dengan SPSS versi 24 untuk menganalisis beberapa hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas anggota KSPPS BMT Ki Slamet Jawa Timur, kepuasan anggota berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota KSPPS BMT Ki Slamet Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 35 responden karyawan PT Jasa Raharja Perwakilan Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan explanation research mealalui aplikasi spss versi 26.0. Metode analisis yang digunakan uji kuesioner, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil uji R2 menjelaskan bahwa 40,3% variabel dependen kinerja karyawan mampu dijelaskan oleh variasi dari keempat variabel independent, yaitu, kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan. Sedangkan sisanya 60,7% memiliki pengaruh yang lemah terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

A change in the paradigm of society regarding waste needs to be carried out in a sustainable manner. Education of residents' awareness and skills for waste management with the application of the principles of reduce, reuse, recycle and replant (4R) is important in solving waste problems through waste management from the source. Waste banks are one of the effective strategies to overcome waste management problems in rural areas. Waste bank activities are the concept of collecting dry waste and sorting and have management like banking but what is saved is not money but waste. In operating a waste bank, active community participation is essential. Empowering citizens through counseling, education, training activities with emancipatory participation methods (interaction and communication), as well as dialogue with residents in the community. Residents Waste bank managers with related stakeholders. The Waste Bank in Songowareng village has provided benefits to residents, especially direct benefits by reducing waste generation in the community, a cleaner and more beautiful environment, and economic independence of residents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the optimization of zakat collection through sharia-based digital applications. This research approach collects data through a literature study, which involves reading literature from various sources including books, reports, articles, and journals using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are that the use of sharia-based digital applications in zakat collection has had a positive impact on the effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency of zakat fund management in Indonesia. Several applications such as Zakat Mobile BAZNAS, Rumah Zakat App, Dompet Dhuafa Digital, and GoZakat are able to expand reach, accelerate transactions, and increase public trust. However, challenges remain such as low digital literacy, data security issues, compliance with sharia principles, and the need for standard regulations. Therefore, strategies are needed such as socialization and education, strengthening technological infrastructure, collaboration between institutions, and regular sharia audits so that the digital zakat system can run optimally and sustainably.
