The product produced by this development research is a learning media in the form of a quartet card on Natural Resources material. This learning media product was created and designed with the aim that it can be applied as a teacher's tool in delivering material, literacy activities and as a source of independent learning by students. The purpose of this research is to produce a product for developing Kakli learning media (Quartet Literacy Cards) on Natural Resources material. This research is included in research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) because it is seen as a suitable design model for the development of learning media in the form of this Literacy Quartet Card. The data collection instrument used in the study was a questionnaire (questionnaire). In this research and development, researchers conducted quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results of the research conducted, it can be concluded as follows: The media of the natural resource material literacy quartet card is classified as very valid with a score of 83% for material validation, and for the validation of the natural resource material literacy quartet card media it is declared a valid category so that it has met validity criteria and can be used in schools, then categorized in the game media which is very feasible in the teacher response test and student response test with a score of 92% and 86.33%, which is above 81.25%

penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kevalidan dan kepraktisan vdeo perang guntung berbasis animasi sebagai projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. penelitian pengembangan ( R&D) adalah istilah untuk penelitian ini. dengan menggunakan model 4D yang terbagi dalam empat tahap mendefinisikan,merancang, mengembangkan, dan menyebarkan. pembelajaran video perang guntung berbasis animasi merupakan media yang sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagi projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. hasil penelitian pada tahap pengembangan menunjukan bahwa produk termasuk kategori "sangat valid" dengan rata-rata 0,95% dan ahli media mendapatkan skor 93,48% dengan kategori "sangat layak" dan uji respon guru 97,74% dengan kategori" sangat layak". dapat disimpulkan media animasi ini telah valid dan praktis dapat dijadikan guru sebagai salah satu media bantu dalam pembelajaran sebagai projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dan pedoman untuk mengembangkan media yang lainnya dimasa yang akan datang.

translator Peserta didik dengan Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) sering mengalami hambatan dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar, terutama pada lingkungan kelas yang kurang adaptif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi optimalisasi pembelajaran bagi peserta didik ADHD melalui pendekatan inklusif dan adaptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review terhadap artikel nasional dan internasional, terutama karya-karya Hermita (2021–2023) yang relevan dengan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, project-based learning (PBL), STEM, serta pola pengajaran peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran inklusif dan adaptif perlu melibatkan diferensiasi instruksi, media pembelajaran interaktif, aktivitas berbasis proyek, serta dukungan lingkungan sekolah yang kolaboratif. Implementasi strategi tersebut terbukti meningkatkan fokus belajar, partisipasi akademik, kemampuan kolaborasi, dan motivasi belajar siswa ADHD. Kajian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan pendidikan inklusif tidak hanya bergantung pada kurikulum, tetapi juga pada kompetensi guru, desain pembelajaran adaptif, dan budaya sekolah yang suportif. Guru, murid, dan bahan ajar merupakan unsur dominan dalam proses pembelajaran yang menentukan kualitas dan efektivitas kegiatan belajar mengajar. Kualitas pengajaran yang baik akan meningkatkan keefektifan proses pembelajaran dan berdampak langsung pada pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas V SD Negeri 099 Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 34 orang, terdiri atas 14 siswa laki-laki dan 20 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan one-group pretest–posttest design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap pretest, siswa yang mencapai rentang nilai 60–100 berjumlah 5 orang atau sekitar 15%, sedangkan pada posttest meningkat menjadi 25 orang siswa atau sekitar 74%. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis masalah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas V SD Negeri 099 Pekanbaru.

This study aims to (1) find and analyze how big the contribution of the homeroom leadership style, organizational culture and homeroom leadership style to the effectiveness of classroom management at SMP Negeri Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis.The population in this study amounted to 110 people at 9 State Junior High Schools, the sample/respondent of the study was 87 homeroom teachers in State Junior High Schools in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Processing of data for descriptive statistical analysis in this study using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 23 for Windows.The research results include; (1) Obtained a significant relationship and a positive contribution of the homeroom leadership style variable (X1) to the effectiveness of classroom management (Y) in public junior high schools in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency, (2) Obtained a significant relationship and positive contribution to the variable Organizational Culture (X2) on the Effectiveness of Class Management (Y) in Public Junior High Schools in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency, (3) There was a significant relationship and positive contribution of the homeroom leadership style variables (X1) and organizational culture (X2) together on Effectiveness of Class (Y) S Management in Public Junior High Schools in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency

This study aims to produce digital comic media based on cultural diversity in learning energy sources class IV theme II in elementary schools. This type of research is development research (R&D) using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The data in this study were obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results of the validation carried out by validators and practitioners on digital comic media consisting of 6 aspects of the assessment got an average score of 89.75% with a very valid category. The validation carried out by media experts got a score of 92.31%, the validation carried out by material experts got a score of 86.54%, the validation carried out by linguists got a score of 99.04%, the validation carried out by practitioner I got a score of 82.69 %, and the validation carried out by practitioner II got a score of 93.27%. The subjects of this study were fourth grade elementary school students at SDIT Raudaturrahmah Pekanbaru. The results of the one-to-one trial obtained an average score of 84% by indicating a very feasible category. The results of the limited trial got an average score of 84.81% with a very decent category. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that comics media based on cultural diversity in class IV energy source learning in elementary schools are appropriate for elementary school students.

This study explores the role of culture-based educational supervision in improving the quality of learning and teacher professionalism. Supervision is not merely an administrative instrument but also a strategic process that integrates school culture, values, and local wisdom into educational practices. Using a qualitative literature review method, this research analyzes 13 selected articles published within the last five years, focusing on themes such as supervision strategies, school culture dimensions, and their impact on school performance. The findings show that culturally responsive supervision positively influences teacher competence, motivation, and professionalism by aligning monitoring practices with the norms and values embraced in schools. Supervision conducted collaboratively and contextually fosters a conducive school climate, encourages professional dialogue, and enhances teacher engagement in developing relevant learning materials. Moreover, culture-based supervision strengthens school culture, promotes inclusivity, and supports the creation of safe and meaningful learning environments. It also contributes to literacy improvement, multicultural understanding, and character development. However, challenges remain, including the limited cultural sensitivity of some principals, inadequate training, and the lack of clear operational guidelines. Overall, culture-based supervision proves to be a strategic necessity for realizing high-performing schools that are academically strong, socially cohesive, and adaptive to contemporary educational challenges.
