Abstract

Biological as science dominated by memorize, it could be happened because handout or other reference difficult for students. Therefore, we think must create a new handout which help students order to study biological easily. The aims of this research are: (1) get valid and effective high school biological handout; (2) make easy students to understand high school biological materials. The method of this research is develop research. The making of handout based on 4D Thiagarajan model’s, which included four steps, i.e: define, design, develop, and desiminate. Researcher just done until develop step. The result of rechearch are: (1) maked a handout biological for high school in biotechnology, (2) make easy students to understand biotechnological.

Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains (SPS) adalah dengan memberikan siswa pertanyaan praktik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pertanyaan tentang keterampilan proses sains dan menggambarkan karakteristik instrumen yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian perkembangan menggunakan model prosedural yang diadaptasi dari Djaali dan Muljono. Langkah-langkah ini termasuk tahap sintesis teori, tahap desain (konstruksi variabel, pengembangan indikator pertanyaan, persiapan grid, membuat instrumen, penilaian), dan tahap evaluasi (uji validitas, uji keandalan, dan analisis item). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi ahli, kuesioner penilaian praktisi, dan pertanyaan uji coba produk untuk 100 siswa. Hasil penilaian ahli dan praktisi penilaian diproses secara deskriptif. Hasil validitas empiris, yang merupakan data kuantitatif, diproses menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertanyaan yang dikembangkan valid berdasarkan validitas logis dan validitas empiris. Kalorikuasi keandalan menunjukkan kategori tinggi. Studi This menyimpulkan bahwa instrumen SPS yang dikembangkan layak untuk menilai kemampuan proses mata pelajaran biologi di level sekolah menengah pertama.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu kecamatan yang berada di kabupaten Malang, Ngantang memiliki prospek yang bagus dalam berbagai bidang, yaitu wisata yang beraneka ragam, budaya yang unik, sumber daya alam yang melimpah dan sumber daya manusia. Keberadaan wilayah yang demikian dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pemacu dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya pemacu dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran yang kontekstual. Konsep pendidikan yang melibatkan keadaan wilayah setempat, akan menumbuhkan kecintaan peserta didik terhadap wilayahnya, sehingga dalam jangka waktu ke depan, peserta didik dapat memiliki rasa memiliki dan mengayomi dalam mengelola lingkungannya, meningkatkan soft skill serta succes skill dalam pengelolaan prospek wilayah. Pendidikan tersebut harus dimulai sejak dini, bahkan SD. Guru berperan sebagai fasilitator bagi peserta didik perlu mengintegrasikan pembelajaran kontekstual dalam pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran. Fakta di lapangan menunjukkan, kebanyakan guru di Kecamatan ngantang masih kesulitan dalam pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran. Fakta tersebut juga didukung oleh Kepala UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan ngantang yang menyatakan keluhan guru SD di kecamatan Ngantang tentang banyaknya tuntutan yang diberikan kepada guru, sehingga mereka hanya mengambil perangkat pembelajaran dari internet. Keadaan tersebut menyebabkan peserta didik tidak mengenal sumber belajar yang ada di lingkungan sekitarnya. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan sosialisasi dan pendampingan terhadap guru SD di kecamatan Ngantang, agar memiliki tambahan pengetahuan dalam penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran yang kontekstual.

Abstract

This study aims to produce student worksheets with a Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) approach to solving valid, practical, and effective linear program problems. The development of this learning program is based on the Four-D Model adopted from Thiagarajan, Semmel, namely defining(define), design (design), and action (develop). The implementation of the criteria set by conducting validation and field trials. The learning tools developed are in the form of RPP and MFI. The subjects of the development trial were students of the mathematics education study program. Based on the results of data analysis, mathematics learning programs with a Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) approach can be applied and carried out correctly. This is shown from the results of the MFI trial with an average score of  83, which is included in the excellent category. In addition, the test questions test got an average score of 86.8, which also fell into the outstanding category.  From this, it is known that the student learning program is ethical and practical for learning.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain initial data on the need to develop interactive media-based e-modules at the junior high school level, because of the need for a medium during the COVID-19 pandemic which has had a major impact on almost all sectors, including education which requires educators to be creative in developing learning resources, especially online learning resources. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by using several samples from all students of SMP/MTs in Malang, while the sample used includes 30 students of class IX in MTs. Al Itihad Poncokusumo, 30 Class IX students at SMPN 2 Tumpang, 15 students at SMP PGRI Tumpang Class IX and 15 Class IX students at SMPN 1 Jabung. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the needs analysis test showed that 93.57% of students stated that they felt they needed interesting learning media and could make it easier to understand the material with a score and 93.67% of students agreed that there was an e-module to facilitate learning. Meanwhile, all teachers agreed on the need to develop e-books, e-modules and other types of electronic teaching materials, so that online-based teaching materials are needed to support the learning process in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. There is a need for the development of interactive media-based e-modules as a learning solution in the pandemic era. The results of this needs analysis test can be used as basic data for the development of interactive media-based e-modules.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran praktisi dalam kelas kolaborasi pada mata kuliah Media Pembelajaran Matematika di Pendidikan Tinggi khususnya Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data berasal dari praktisi yang terlibat dalam kelas kolaborasi media pembelajaran matematika semester ganjil 2022/2023. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktisi berperan penting dalam kelancaran kelas kolaborasi dengan memberikan sumbangan ide, memfasilitasi proses pembelajaran, mengarahkan diskusi, dan memberikan penjelasan. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi kelas kolaborasi adalah kurangnya waktu, keterbatasan fasilitas, dan perbedaan pemahaman antara praktisi. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah praktisi memiliki peran yang penting dalam kelas kolaborasi dan perlu memperhatikan kendala yang dihadapi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research is a community service that aims to improve students' critical thinking skills through the implementation of an Online Learning Management System at SMP Sriwedari Malang. The method used in this service is the development and implementation of an Online Learning Management System tailored to the needs of students and the school curriculum. In addition, training and mentoring activities are also carried out for teachers and students to ensure the effectiveness of using the system. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and assessment of student learning outcomes. The results of the service showed that the implementation of the Online Learning Management System succeeded in significantly improving students' critical thinking skills. Students are able to develop better analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving skills through structured and interactive learning in an online system. The use of this system also facilitates collaboration and communication between teachers and students, and provides greater accessibility to learning materials.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the creative thinking abilities of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University students through the use of an Internet of Things (IoT) based e-learning project design. The research subjects consisted of 60 students divided into experimental class (30 students) and control class (30 students). The research method used was a control class and an experimental class with pretest and posttest administration in both classes. The data collected is quantitative and qualitative data which is analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The research results showed that there was a significant difference between the creative thinking abilities of students in the experimental and control classes after being given treatment. The experimental class that used an IoT-based project-based e-learning design showed a more significant increase in creative thinking abilities compared to the control class. This shows that the use of IoT-based project based e-learning designs is effective in improving students' creative thinking abilities. Discussion of research results shows that the use of IoT-based project based e-learning designs can improve students' creative thinking abilities through more interactive, collaborative, and contextual learning. In addition, the use of IoT technology can facilitate student-centered learning activities and provide a more personalized and enjoyable learning experience. In conclusion, the use of an IoT-based project based e-learning design can be an innovative and effective alternative learning method in improving students' creative thinking abilities. This research contributes to the development of learning model that is oriented towards creative thinking skills and the use of technology in education.
