Abstract

Research has been carried out at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Lubuk Sikaping, and problems were found regarding the processing of pension fund payment data, where data processing was still manual and data storage still used folders and stored in filing cabinets. The report creation process is long and inefficient. In writing this research using the SDLC development method (System Development life Cycle) using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language. In the results of this research, the design analysis used is the Information System Flow. The results of this research are a new system that has the advantage of minimizing the risk of errors or errors error which occurs in processing pension fund payment data as well as assisting in preparing reports and archiving data. It is hoped that PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Lubuk Sikaping can apply and use this new system and can overcome problems in processing data on pension fund payments.

Abstract

Saat ini permasalahan gizi disebabkan oleh penyebab langsung seperti asupan makanan yang tidak adekuat dan penyakit infeksi. Indonesia merupakan negara dengan angka stunting tertinggi ke-2 di kawasan Asia Tenggara dan ke-5 di dunia (Kementerian Sekretariat Negara RI). Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah tingginya prevalensi angka stunting di Provinsi Sumatera Barat khususnya Kota Pariaman yang saat ini tengah menjadi permasalahan serius yang sedang dihadapi. Setidaknya ada 600 anak yang beresiko tinggi terkena stunting. Hal ini disebabkan karena pemeriksaan stunting masih dilakukan secara manual. Tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk mensosialisasikan dan memberikan pelatihan serta peningkatan pengetahuan teknologi, khususnya untuk bidang aplikasi software kepada mitra. Dalam kegiatan ini, tim PkM memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada Tenaga Kesehatan dalam penggunaan aplikasi pendeteksi stunting yang menggunakan web dan berbasis Arduino Uno. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PkM ini berbentuk sosialisasi dan pelatihan, yang pelaksanaannya meliputi 4 tahap, yaitu: perencanaan program, pelaksanaan program, observasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan dari sosialisasi ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi pendeteksi stunting pada Balita ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas kinerja Tenaga Kesehatan dalam mendeteksi stunting pada Balita.

Abstract

Customer is the most important asset in a Bank. Possibility of bad credit payments occur in various Banks. Classification of customers of Bank C branch is intended to facilitate the Bank in making decisions in terms of extension credit and in the filing of credit. With the classification of the customer in a Bank, if there is a problem with the same case the Bank is left to see the rules (rules) formed from a decision tree generated. With decision tree decision method using C4.5 algorithm is expected to extract information more quickly and optimally with bigger data capacity, so that errors generated in decision making more minimized. By using Data Mining data processing classification of customers at Bank C Branch becomes easier that is useful to determine the customer is feasible or not given the credit business people at Bank C. The development of this system is done through several stages, the first stage begins with the collection data, the second stage continued with manual data processing, third stage of data processing with the application and the fourth stage of implementation.

Abstract

The high prevalence of stunting that currently occurs is a serious problem faced. This is because stunting checks are still done manually. For this reason, an application for detecting stunting in toddlers using Arduino Uno was designed, in the form of the SIPASBU application (Information System for Preventing Stunting in Mothers and Toddlers) quickly, accurately, and able to provide early treatment using Arduino Uno tools. The problem that occurs is that there are still complaints from health workers when using the SIPASBU application. The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction of SIPASBU application users, in this case health workers at the Puskesmas. Webqual 4.0 is used as a method to evaluate and analyze the SIPASBU application which is used as a medium for online stunting detection. In order for the evaluation to be carried out, assessment variables are needed that refer to three variables, namely Usability, Information, and Service Interaction. The results showed that the Usability value in measuring the quality level of the SIPASBU application was 3.32 with the Good category. The Information Quality value in measuring the quality level of the SIPASBU application is 3.22 with the Good category, for the Interaction Quality value in measuring the quality level of the SIPASBU application is 3.33 with the Good category. The overall value for the WebQual 4.0 indicator obtained is 3.29 in the Good category, so users assess that the SIPASBU application is qualified as a medium for detecting stunting of toddlers at the Puskesmas

Abstract

The high prevalence of stunting in West Sumatra Province, especially in Pariaman City, is a big challenge in efforts to improve children's health. With more than 600 children at high risk of stunting, manual approaches in examining and recording health data are less effective. This system not only slows down the detection process but also has the potential to result in data loss and redundancy. In this context, late detection hinders early prevention, which is especially important in the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) period. Therefore, this research aims to develop a chatbot-based application that is able to detect stunting quickly and accurately. This application is named CS-Bot, namely Prevent Stunting using Chatbot. This application is designed to be easy for the public to use, while providing education about the importance of stunting prevention. Research methods include analysis of data on factors and symptoms of stunting, formation of rules using the Forward Chaining Method, and probability calculations using Certainty Factor. The data used in this study comes from health centers and some data comes from several experts who are accustomed to dealing with stunting problems in children. It is hoped that the research results will not only provide tools for parents and the community, but will also become the basis for making more effective policies in stunting prevention programs in Indonesia, especially in West Sumatra.

Abstract

Academic advisors play a strategic role in supporting students' academic success and personal development. Unfortunately, this role has not been fully optimized due to limited communication tools, restricted meeting times, and the absence of an integrated mentoring system. Through this Community Service Program, efforts were made to enhance the role of academic advisors by utilizing Microsoft Teams as a medium for communication and academic counseling. The program focused on first-semester students from a study program at Politeknik Negeri Batam. All activities were conducted online, including the identification of student needs, mapping of academic and non-academic problems, as well as the implementation of mentoring sessions and follow-up actions. The results show that the use of Microsoft Teams improved the quality of interaction between academic advisors and students, strengthened students' self-confidence and independence, and fostered local leadership among them. In addition, there was a positive shift in communication patterns and a collective awareness of the importance of academic support networks. These findings indicate that a digital approach to academic mentoring is an effective, flexible, and sustainable strategy for building an active and supportive learning community.

Abstract

The use of information technology in the agricultural sector is increasingly important to increase productivity and collaboration between farmers. This training explores the use of the E-Sawit Kita application as a learning medium and means of creating actual information for palm oil farmers. This training provides educational material related to best cultivation practices, land management and relevant market information. In addition, this research also involves intensive training for farmers in using the application, with the aim of increasing their understanding and skills in utilizing this technology. With interactive features, E-Sawit Kita allows farmers to share experiences, challenges and solutions, which in turn strengthens the collaborative network between them. The method used in this training is in the form of lectures, training material and questions and answers about using the E-Sawit Kita application. The research results show that E-Sawit Kita, through the training it provides, not only increases farmers' knowledge and skills, but also strengthens community solidarity through continuous exchange of information. These findings provide valuable insights for the development of similar applications to support sustainable agriculture in Indonesia.
