Abstract

Recognizing and developing the game of sepak takraw at school basic then need to make development according to the level of growth and development of children. This study aims to develop suitable and user-friendly soft takraw balls for children. This research and development adopt the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) which focuses on developing sepak takraw for children's sports by paying attention to three aspects of quality; namely effective, practical, and valid. The takraw balls that were created have been validated by sports experts such as physical education teachers, sepak takraw practitioners, and also by respondents. The results of validation data by experts, a total score of 90% (r=.9) showed high validity. Validation data by media experts and user respondents obtained 100%  (r= 1.0) which is also high validity. It can be concluded that the newly created soft takraw balls for children are suitable for the game nature and user-friendly. The quality of the ball will reduce the cost and increase the usage among young players due to the practicality.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada guru PJOK SMP/SMA/SMK di Kota Langsa tentang olahraga Kabaddi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini bermitra dengan MGMP PJOK Kota Langsa. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenalkan secara masal olahraga Kabaddi kepada guru PJOK dan mengimplementasikan di sekolah masing-masing melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan, tutorial, Tanya jawab dan simulasi. kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 2 Juli 2022 di Aula SMP Negeri 3 Langsa. Peserta pelatihan adalah guru MGMP PJOK SMP/SMA/SMK yang berjumlah 48 orang terdiri dari  guru SMP sebanyak 22 orang, guru SMA sebanyak 14 orang dan guru SMK 12 orang. Hasil kegiatan memberikan pemahaman kepada guru PJOK yang positif dengan hasil praktik rata-rata peserta mampu menjalankan teknik dasar dan praktik perwasitan. Tingkat kepuasan peserta melalui kuesioner menunjukkan pelaksanaan kegiatan bermanfaat dan mudah dipahami.This activity aims to train Physical Education Junior High School/High School/Vocational School teachers in Langsa City about Kabaddi sports. The implementation of this activity is in partnership with MGMP Physical Education Langsa City. The implementation of socialization and training introduces mass Kabaddi sports to Physical Education teachers and implements them in their respective schools through extracurricular activities. Method implementation Activities through socialization, training, tutorials and simulation. The activity will be held on July 2, 2022, at the Hall of SMP Negeri 3 Langsa. The training participants were Physical Education Junior High School/High School/Vocational School teachers totalling 48 people consisting of 22 junior high school teachers, 14 high school teachers and 12 vocational school teachers. The activity results provide a positive understanding to Physical Education teachers with the results of the average participant's practice being able to carry out basic techniques and supervision practices. The level of participant satisfaction through the questionnaire shows the implementation of useful and easy-to-understand activities.

Abstract

Abstract: Development of Android-Based Learning Media in Gymnastics Subjects. The purpose of this study was to determine the meaningful level of android-based learning media in gymnastics courses. The research was carried out by developing android-based media which was applied to lectures. The research method used is research and development (RnD) with the Richey and Klein level 4 approach, namely carrying out research and development steps by designing products, design validation, design division, product manufacturing, limited trials, product revision 1, testing main, product revision 2, operational field trial, product revision 3, and finally dissemination and implementation. The instrument used is a questionnaire type of questionnaire consisting of an assessment of product appearance, product use or operation, and product effectiveness. The research respondents were 30 students of the Bina Guna Sports and Health College, who took gymnastics courses. The results of using the product show that the product has an appearance with a percentage of 94.3%, namely the very good category with attractive ratings, has clear writing, voice and images, has easy-to-understand instructions, and can be stored. Assessment on the usage aspect with a percentage of 93.9% with a very good category, namely having the right target for students, instructions that can be operated, assisting in achieving the level of subject knowledge, covering all teaching materials, and products that can be used on all types of android. The android application of Floor Gymnastics courses can be applied to courses at the Bina Guna Sports and Health College. Applications can be downloaded via the Playstore by all android devices for all students and have a very important role during the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords : Development, Android, Gymnastics Abstrak : Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Android Pada Mata Kuliah Senam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kebermaknaan media pembelajaran berbasis android pada mata kuliah senam. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan dengan pengembangan media berbasis android yang diterapkan pada perkuliahan. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah research and development (RnD) dengan pendekatan Richey and Klein level 4 yaitu melaksanakan langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan merancangan produk, validasi desain, devisi desain, pembuatan produk, uji coba terbatas, revisi produk 1, uji coba utama, revisi produk 2, uji coba lapangan operasional, revisi produk 3, dan terakhir adalah diseminasi dan implementasi. Instrumen yang digunakan adakah kuesioner jenis angket yang terdiri dari penilaian penampilan produk, penggunaan atau pengoperasian produk, dan efektifitas produk. Responden penelitian adalah mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Olahraga dan Kesehatan Bina Guna dengan jumlah 30 orang yang mengikuti mata kuliah senam. Hasil penggunaan produk menunjukkan bahwa produk memiliki penampilan dengan persentase 94,3% yakni kategori sangat baik dengan penilaian menarik, memiliki tulisan, suara, dan gambar yang jelas, memiliki petunjuk yang mudah dipahami, dan dapat dilakukan penyimpanan. Penilaian pada aspek penggunaan dengan persentase 93,9% dengan kategori sangat baik yakni memiliki sasaran yang tepat untuk mahasiswa, petunjuk yang dapat dioperasikan, membantu dalam mencapai tingkat pengetahuan mata kuliah, meliputi seluruh materi ajar, dan produk dapat digunakan pada seluruh jenis android. Aplikasi android mata kuliah Senam Lantai dapat diterapkan pada mata kuliah di Sekolah Tinggi Olahraga dan Kesehatan Bina Guna. Aplikasi dapat didownload melalui playstore oleh semua perangkat android semua mahasiswa dan sangat berperan pada masa pandemi covid-19.Kata Kunci : Pengembangan, Android, Senam

Abstract

Pelatih fisik (Strength Conditioning) menjadi peluang yang besar bagi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani FKIP UNSAM dalam mengembangkan bakat dan potensi. Peluang ini tentunya harus didukung dengan kualifikasi yang sesuai melalui pelatihan berlisensi sehingga mempunyai legalitas. Mendukung program ini Mahasiswa melakukan Pelatihan pelatih fisik yang dilaksanakan selama tiga hari dimulai dari tanggal 6 sampai 8 Februari 2023. Peserta pelatihan adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani semester VI yang berjumlah 30 orang mahasiswa. Tujuan pelatihan sebagai upaya Peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa dengan memberikan pengalaman, pengetahuan dan pelatihan untuk capaian IKU Perguruan Tinggi. Peningkatan IKU perguruan tinggi sangat mendukung kompetensi lulusan, khususnya pada Prodi Pendidikan Jasmani FKIP Universitas Samudra dengan pelatihan profesional pelatih fisik. Waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan ini mencakup lima tahapan dimulai dari pretes teori dan praktik, pemaparan materi secara kolaboratif dengan metode teori, praktik, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Penyampaian materi yaitu melakukan implementasi dengan praktik menyusun program latihan dan tahapan terakhir melakukan evaluasi pelatihan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan pelatihan ini mempunyai manfaat yang besar dalam menunjang kompetensi SDM mahasiswa. Dengan adanya pelatihan pelatih fisik tingkat dasar dapat memberikan daya saing mahasiswa setelah lulus sehingga mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani FKP Universitas Samudra memiliki skill melatih dengan dibekali sertifikat kompetensi pelatih fisik.Physical training (Strength Conditioning) is a great opportunity for FKIP UNSAM Physical Education Students to develop talents and potential. This opportunity must certainly be supported by appropriate qualifications through reviewed training so that it has legality. Supporting this program, students conduct physical trainer training, which will be held for three days from February 6 to 8, 2023. The training participants were Physical Education students in semester VI, totaling 30 students. The training aims to increase student competence by providing experience, knowledge, and training for the achievements of IKU Universitas. The improvement of higher education at IKU greatly supports the competence of graduates, especially in the Physical Education Study at FKIP Universitas Samudra, with professional training of physical trainers. The method of implementing this activity includes five stages, starting from theoretical and practical pretests, collaborative presentation of material with theory, practice, discussion, and question and answer methods. The material delivery is implemented by compiling training programs and the last stage of evaluating training. The evaluation results show that this training greatly benefits student HR competencies. The basic level of physical trainer training can provide student competitiveness after graduation so that Physical Education students of FKP Universitas Samudra have training skills by being equipped with a physical trainer competency certificate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran daring Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan dimasa pandemi covid-19 berdasarkan pandangan siswa kelas X dan XI SMA Yosef Arnoldi Kelurahan Sinemabah Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survai dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Yosef Arnoldi Kelurahan Sinemabah dengan sampel 75 siswa. Reliabilitas dengan hasil 0,810 (Alpha Cronbach) yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 22. Teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif deskriptif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian efektivitas pembelajaran daring Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan dimasa pandemi covid-19 berdasarkan pandangan siswa menunjukan hasil dengan persentase akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sangat efektif 21,33%, efektif 73,33%, kurang efektif 5,34% dan tidak efektif adalah 0%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan dan pembahasan tentang efektivitas pembelajaran daring Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan dimasa pandemi covid-19 berdasarkan pandangan siswa kelas X dan XI SMA Swasta Yosef Arnoldi Bagan Batu, dapat disimpulkan sudah berjalan dengan efektif.

Abstract

(English)This research aims to create a pocketbook for students that focuses on Sports Injury Relief and Treatment in schools. This study is development research based on the Borg and Gall design involving four validators: user lecturers, therapists, massage experts, and media experts. Small scale trial with four students and a large scale with 25 students. The data collected for this research was collected through implementation tests and expert assessments carried out through questionnaires, as well as competency tests carried out through descriptive data analysis. Researchers used 8 out of 10 steps, namely identification of potential and problems, collection of materials, product design, product creation, validation by material experts and media experts, product revision, final product, and limited trials. The subjects in this research were class XI students at Tunas Pelita High School, Binjai City. Small group trials showed that this pocketbook was quite adequate with material at 60%, language readability at 50%, and presentation of the book at 55%. Large group trials showed that this pocketbook was feasible with the material at 87%, language readability at 91%, presentation of the book at 90%, and appearance of the book at 91%. Overall, this paperback is considered decent(Indonesian)Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat buku saku bagi siswa yang berfokus pada Pertolongan dan Perawatan Cedera Olahraga di sekolah. Studi ini adalah penelitian pengembangan berdasarkan desain Borg and Gall yang melibatkan empat validator: dosen pengguna, ahli terapi, ahli massage, dan ahli media. Uji coba skala kecil dengan empat siswa dan skala besar dengan 25 siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui uji pelaksanaan dan penilaian ahli yang dilakukan melalui lembar kuesioner, serta uji kompetensi yang dilakukan melalui analisis data deskriptif. Peneliti menggunakan 8 dari 10 langkah yaitu identifikasi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan bahan, desain produk, pembuatan produk, validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, revisi produk, produk akhir, serta uji coba terbatas. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Tunas Pelita Kota Binjai. Uji coba kelompok kecil menunjukkan bahwa buku saku ini Cukup layak dengan segi materi sebesar 60%, keterbacaan bahasa sebesar 50%, dan penyajian buku sebesar 55%. Uji coba kelompok besar menunjukkan bahwa buku saku ini layak dengan segi materi sebesar 87%, keterbacaan bahasa sebesar 91%, penyajian buku sebesar 90%, dan tampilan buku sebesar 91%. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of body mass index to the level of physical fitness of junior high school students in Medan City in 2023. This study used descriptive analytic method. The sample amounted to 23 people, obtained by purposive sample. To determine the correlation of body mass index to the level of physical fitness is sought using the product moment formula. This research uses body mass index test instruments and physical fitness tests carried out to find out data on research variables, namely body mass index data and student physical fitness tests. From the results of statistical analysis, the correlation coefficient between body mass index and physical fitness is rcount = 0.55. To find out how much the contribution of body mass index to the level of physical fitness is calculated with R = (0.55)2 x 100% = 30.25%. The contribution is 30.25%. Thus the hypothesis that states there is a contribution of body mass index to the level of physical fitness of junior high school students in Medan City in 2023 can be accepted in this study. This research opens insights into knowledge for teachers, especially physical education teachers so that this information can be applied in schools.
