Abstract

Secara umum tujuan dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan pengembangan model pembelajaran renang berbasis hukum syariat islam pada siswa-siswi SMP Negeri di Kota Langsa. Selain itu, penelitian dan pengembangan ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh data persepsi siswa tentang pembelajaran renang berbasis hukum syariah islam, khususnya pada materi pembelajaran renang. Rancangan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan model pembelajaran ini menggunakan pendekatan model penelitian dan pengembangan (Research & Development) dari Brog dan Gall. Subjek dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah seluruh siswa dan siswi SMP Negeri di Kota Langsa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling dari seluruh siswa di SMP Negeri 1 dan SMP Negeri 4 di Kota Langsa. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kolam renang Virta tirta raya di Langsa. Tanggapan siswa tentang pengetahuan tentang pengajaran renang berbasis hukum syariat islam dengan persentase 84% siswa merespon sangat baik. Tanggapan siswa tentang persepsi siswa dan guru tentang pengajaran renang berbasis hukum syariat islam dengan persentase 85% siswa merespon sangat baik. Tanggapan siswa tentang pentingnya pengajaran renang berbasis hukum syariat islam bagi siswa di sekolah dengan persentase 84% siswa merespon sangat baik. Jadi secara keseluruhan dapat disimpukan tanggapan siswa sangat baik dengan persentase 84%. Hasil dari Penelitian ini berupa produk model pembelajaran renang berbasis hukum syariat Islam.

Abstract

Determining the learning model in teaching and learning activities will help students succeed, especially in physical education lessons. A Teacher is demanded to choose the right learning model according to the needs field need suitable for a pupil's characteristic. This research aims to find out determine differences between the learning model of inquiry and direct instruction on learning outcomes of discus throw. The subject of the study is students of grade ninth in State Junior High School three Pekanbaru. The research method is an experiment in which each group is fifteen students in inquiry learning models and indirect instruction models. The in research was t, the instrument discus throw, which consists of holding the discus, approaching, throwing, and following through. The T-test is an analysis technique of the data in this study by presenting two different learning groups. The result of the use of products learning outcomes of discus throwing on students of grade ninth at state junior high school three Pekanbaru by implementing inquiry learning models and direct instruction in learning of discus throw. The inquiry learning model in this study showed better results than direct instruction. The gain of students' average value contributed 13.5, whereas the average value of students in direct instruction was 12.0. Therefore, it can be concluded that the inquiry learning model is better to be implemented for the learning of physical education, especially on discus throw lesson than the implementation of direct instruction in State Junior High School three Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the level of parent’s anxiety on physical education lesson at Lintang City Elementary School. This research method uses a survey and collect the data by using a questionnaire. The scores obtained from questionnaires is analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis that converted in the form of percentages. The population the study is all parents of students and the sample is grade I , II, which they are 58 parents by using purposive sampling. The level of anxiety based on physiological factors on restless indicators during the physical education lesson is 74.3%. The level of anxiety based on psychological factors on indicators of worrying about something during physical education lesson is 71.3%, on the indicators of feeling safe and joy is 60.3%, and on the indicators of fear at 74.5%. The results of the study and discussion can be concluded that the level of parental anxiety on Physical Education was classified as high at 70.1%. in this study, the factor of parents anxiety caused by student activity, especially grade I and II as we know, during practice in this lesson so easy to get injury when the students careless.

Abstract

Football is a popular sport that is loved by all levels of society and throughout the world. A football match always engages a referee who enforces the game to oversee the course of the game consisting of the head referee and assistant referee. This article discusses the level of anxiety of the C-3 soccer referee at the PSSI Askot Langsa City, which amounted to 26 people. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach. This study was to figure out information on the anxiety level of the C-3 referee while leading the match; the results showed 17 referees with a percentage of 65% in the high anxiety category and nine referees with a portion of 35% in the very high category. Factors that affect the referee's anxiety are the audience pressure factor. The high atmosphere of the match when the home team is competing and the human error factor from the referee itself is appeared because the referee hesitates in making decisions so that the same mistakes are repeated by head referee and assistant referee during a match underway.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an aerobic (oxidative steady-state) method of exercise based on an android application to improve the aerobic endurance of athletes, specifically in football. This application is designed according to the composition of aerobic endurance training. This application is beneficial in the current new normal situation, which requires players to practice independently. In addition, The application is expected to be a solution to the current situation—methods and steps in this study using the ADDIE model consist of 5 stages. The subjects in the study were two material experts, one media expert, and ten students who were learning about media users. The research was conducted at the Department of Sports Education, Riau University. The results of the development research tested in small groups were stated to be very feasible and suitable to be used as a guide to increase aerobic capacity. This application is still necessary to test in large groups in the use of this application to find out whether this learning media can be used by users widely

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada guru PJOK SMP/SMA/SMK di Kota Langsa tentang olahraga Kabaddi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini bermitra dengan MGMP PJOK Kota Langsa. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenalkan secara masal olahraga Kabaddi kepada guru PJOK dan mengimplementasikan di sekolah masing-masing melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan, tutorial, Tanya jawab dan simulasi. kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 2 Juli 2022 di Aula SMP Negeri 3 Langsa. Peserta pelatihan adalah guru MGMP PJOK SMP/SMA/SMK yang berjumlah 48 orang terdiri dari  guru SMP sebanyak 22 orang, guru SMA sebanyak 14 orang dan guru SMK 12 orang. Hasil kegiatan memberikan pemahaman kepada guru PJOK yang positif dengan hasil praktik rata-rata peserta mampu menjalankan teknik dasar dan praktik perwasitan. Tingkat kepuasan peserta melalui kuesioner menunjukkan pelaksanaan kegiatan bermanfaat dan mudah dipahami.This activity aims to train Physical Education Junior High School/High School/Vocational School teachers in Langsa City about Kabaddi sports. The implementation of this activity is in partnership with MGMP Physical Education Langsa City. The implementation of socialization and training introduces mass Kabaddi sports to Physical Education teachers and implements them in their respective schools through extracurricular activities. Method implementation Activities through socialization, training, tutorials and simulation. The activity will be held on July 2, 2022, at the Hall of SMP Negeri 3 Langsa. The training participants were Physical Education Junior High School/High School/Vocational School teachers totalling 48 people consisting of 22 junior high school teachers, 14 high school teachers and 12 vocational school teachers. The activity results provide a positive understanding to Physical Education teachers with the results of the average participant's practice being able to carry out basic techniques and supervision practices. The level of participant satisfaction through the questionnaire shows the implementation of useful and easy-to-understand activities.

Abstract

Effective management allows teachers to see and handle student learning problems. This study aimed to determine the physical education management of elementary school teachers in Central Java and its predictors. This research is quantitative with data description and correlation. Using purposive sampling, the total number of respondents was 50 physical education teachers at the elementary level in Central Java. The data was processed using descriptive statistics, data normality, and correlation. The subjects studied had a minimum teaching experience of 1 year. Data collection techniques include instruments and observation by physical education teachers. The instruments included planning, implementation, and evaluation of physical education management. The questionnaire uses a scale of 1-4. In terms of age and length of teaching, researchers used correlation analysis. Correlation data were processed using SPSS Version 21. The management of physical education in Central Java is in the "good" category. Physical education management includes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Length of teaching and age are not predictors in physical education management. Most physical education teachers are linear and have at least a bachelor's degree. Further studies are needed involving many teachers and other variables to determine predictors. The results of this study contribute consideration, support, and contribution of ideas to stakeholders to improve the quality of physical education. The role of management is crucial in enhancing teachers’ ability to achieve educational goals in general.

Abstract

Fatigue Index: means the rate at which power output declines for an athlete, which can provide information about the athlete's anaerobic capacity. This study aims to better understand the physical performance and fatigue index of athletes Swadaya Bhayangkara volleyball after a match. This study analyzes the effects of acute fatigue from a mock match on physical performance variables among volleyball players. The research method is descriptive by observing, testing, and measuring, where the subjects are ten male volleyball players (age: 17.9 years; height: 175.5cm; weight: 61.4 kg). The fatigue index instrument is Repeat Anaerobic Ability (RSA) test. The measurement results obtained that one athlete had an excellent category of fatigue index, one athlete had a good category, average categories belonged to four athletes, and Poor categories belonged to four athletes. As a result, the Fatigue index of Athlete Swadaya Bhayangkara volleyball has average category.

Abstract

Pengelolaan ruang terbuka menjadi tanaman obat merupakan program pengabdian dengan merevitalisasi lahan tidak terawat menjadi Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA). Pengelolaan ruang terbuka dengan pemberdayaan Himpunan mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani (HIMADIKJAS) dan bermitra dengan masyarakat Dusun Bukit Paya Bujuk Seulemak, Kec. Langsa baru, Kota Langsa. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dari tanggal 5-11 Desember 2022. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan 4 tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, pengerjaan, pembenihan dan sosialisasi. Tujuan kegiatan adalah mengelola ruang terbuka yang tidak difungsikan menjadi tanaman obat keluarga, menjadi taman edukasi obat-obatan tradisional dan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat serta mahasiswa pentingnya tanaman obat tradisional sebagai obat alternatif untuk penyembuhan. Jenis tanaman obat yang ditanam adalah jenis yang sering digunakan seperti kunyit, kencur, temu lawak, jahe, dan serai. Pengelolaan lanjutan ruang terbuka kota di lahan sepanjang 1.200 meter yang diserahkan kepada masyarakat Dusun Bukit pasca pengelolaan jika dirawat dan berhasil dipanen, hasilnya dapat diperjual belikan kepada masyarakat sekitar. Konsep ini tentunya dapat menjadi program swadaya penghasilan tambahan kepada masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.Managing open spaces into medicinal plants is a service program revitalizing unkempt land into family medicinal plants (TOGA). Management of open spaces by empowering the Physical Education Student Association (HIMADIKJAS) and partnering with the people of Bukit Paya Village, Bujuk Seulemak, Kec. New Langsa, Langsa City. The activity was carried out from 5-11 December 2022. The method for implementing the activity was in 4 stages: preparation, work, seeding and socialization. The activity aims to manage open spaces not used as family medicinal plants, become educational parks for traditional medicines, and increase public and student understanding of the importance of traditional medicinal plants as alternative medicines for healing. The types of medicinal plants planted are the types that are often used, such as turmeric, kencur, temu lawak, ginger, and lemongrass. Continued management of urban open space on 1,200 meters of land was handed over to the Dusun Bukit community. After management, if it is cared for and successfully harvested, the results can be traded to the surrounding community. This concept can certainly be a self-help program for additional income for the community in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Layanan peminjaman buku di perpustakaan Prodi harus dapat digunakan dengan maksimal agar dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir/skripsi. Sejauh ini memang mahasiswa sudah mendapatkan pelayanan dalam menyelesaikan skripsi, hanya saja ketika saat melakukan bimbingan kepada dosen skripsinya, mahasiswa cendrung berlama-lama untuk melakukan bimbingan kembali karena kesulitan dalam membuat landasan teoritis disebabkan terbatasnya buku-buku yang dimiliki mahasiswa sebagai referensi dalam mencari teori-teori yang relevan dalam membuat skripsi tersebut. Hambatan ini dapat menurunkan minat mahasiswa yang ingin meminjam buku. Efek jangka panjangnya selain terhambatnya mahasiswa semester akhir dalam menyusun skripsi juga dapat berakibat pada rendahnya minat baca dan menurunkan literasi. Analisis USG merupakan alat yang tepat untuk digunakan dalam menyusun urutan prioritas yang dianggap penting, serius dan berkembang untuk diselesaikan. Cara memakai USG adalah dengan menentukan nilai tingkat urgensi, keseriusan dan perkembangan masalah pada masing-masing masalah pokok dan memberikan skala nilai 1-5. Dengan demikian untuk mendukung peran tersebut, seorang dosen harus mampu menjawab setiap permasalahan yang terjadi dengan aksi nyata salah satunya dengan pengelolaan pustaka prodi pendidikan jasmani berbasis Online dalam Membantu penyelesaian skripsi mahasiswa. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem Online, mahasiswa akan dengan mudah menemukan referensi yang mereka butuhkan, mengecek ketersediaan buku, dan merekam data peminjam dan pengarsipan yang rapi.
