Abstract

Pada produk perumahan, konsumen akan menilai penawaran pembelian bukan hanya atas fasilitas dan kualitas produk saja, tetapi juga dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lainnya seperti lokasi dan harga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah dengan perceived price sebagai variable intervening. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin didapatkan sampel sebanyak 57 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, sedangkan pengujian hipotesisnya menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian ini layak untuk menjelaskan Persepsi harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian (R Square = 0.731) dimana harga dan lokasi dalam model tersebut mampu menjelaskan 73.1% variasi keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

PT Swarna Tangguh Cemerlang faces problems with sales stagnation and declining annual profits. So the study aims to determine whether there is an effect of quality costs, inventory levels and employee turnover on sales with profitability as an intervening variable. The aim is to find a correlation between quality costs, inventory levels and employee turnover on sales with profitability as an intervening variable to determine the company's strategy. The method used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using SmartPLS 3.0 PLS. The results of the direct relationship between variables are Quality costs (X1) Inventory levels (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Sales (Y) with T statistics of 26.525 and 2.158. Employee turnover (X3) has a significant negative effect on Sales (Y) with a T statistic of 2.048. The result is Quality costs (X1) have a significant positive effect on Profitability (Y) with T statistics of 4.912. Profitability (Z) has a positive and significant effect on Sales (Y) with T statistics of 20.468. Meanwhile, the intervening variable Quality Cost (X1) has a significant and positive influence on Sales (Y) with mediation from Profitability (Z) supported by a statistical T value of 5.143.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. HOGY INDONESIA Cikarang dengan mengambil sampel 100 responden dari total populasi 1200 menggunakan Rumus Slovin dengan margin of error 10%. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan lima skala pengukuran dari sangat tidak setuju sampai sangat setuju. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis menggunakan program SPSS versi 20. Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji-t dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel reward memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, motivasi dan disiplin kerja juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh mediasi yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara reward dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemberian reward yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan memotivasi mereka untuk bekerja lebih baik dan disiplin dalam menjalankan tugas. Studi ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam hal pemberian reward untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

New student admissions (PMB) are an important process in the education system that requires efficiency and scalability. In this research, we developed a New student admissions web application using a microservices architecture integrated with the MVC and Extreme Programming approaches. Microservices architecture enables the development of applications that are modular and can be changed independently, making it easier to manage data and receive processes. The research results show that the use of microservices architecture in the New student admissions web application can increase application efficiency and scalability, as well as make data management and reception processes easier. ABSTRAKPenerimaan mahasiswa baru (PMB) adalah proses penting dalam sistem pendidikan yang memerlukan efisiensi dan skalabilitas. Dalam penelitian ini, kami mengembangkan web aplikasi Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru menggunakan arsitektur microservices yang terintegrasi dengan pendekatan MVC dan Extreme Programming. Arsitektur microservices memungkinkan pengembangan aplikasi yang modular dan dapat diubah secara independen, sehingga memudahkan dalam pengelolaan data dan proses penerimaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan arsitektur microservices pada web aplikasi Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan skalabilitas aplikasi, serta memudahkan dalam pengelolaan data dan proses penerimaan.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce competition, it is important for organizations to develop the competencies of their employees so they can compete and achieve organizational goals more effectively. The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) has a Human Resources Development Center (PPSDM) which is responsible for the task of developing employee competency through competency development programs that are effective and relevant to employee needs, so that employees are expected to have adequate competency. as expected. This research aims to explore the influence of the competency development program on the self-confidence of PPSDM Ministry ATR/BPN employees, as well as its impact on their job satisfaction. In addition, this research will also examine whether work culture moderates the relationship between competency development and self-confidence, as well as its impact on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Center for Human Resources Development (PPSDM) of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) with the research sample using the entire population of PPSDM Ministry of ATR/BPN civil servant employees totaling 55 people. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire, four rating scales from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The research was conducted quantitatively with the analytical methods used were descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. To test the hypothesis, the t test and Sobel test were carried out. The research results show that work culture and competency development have a direct and indirect effect on self-confidence and job satisfaction. So that self-confidence is able to mediate the influence of work culture and competency development on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Pemahaman regulasi Peraturan Pemerintah No. 22 Tahun 2021, harga dan kuliatas produk untuk meyakinkan keputusan pembelian merupakan faktor yang diduga relatif besar dalam mempengaruhi Pembelian ke PT Glosamani Distributor Produk Alat Pengolah Limbah B3 Medis Merek Ox3med Di Seluruh Indonesia. Untuk membuktikan pengaruh tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis penelitinan ini. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. GLOBAL NUANSA MANDIRI INVESTASI (GLOSAMANI) dengan mengambil 120 Costumer dan calon Costumer sebagai sampel penelitian, yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup, lima skala penilaian dari sangat tidak setuju sampai sangat setuju, dengan skala ordinal. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif, sebagai alat analisis data digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji-t dan uji-F. Penelitian menghasilkan 4 (Empat) temuan utama sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan, yaitu Pemahaman regulasi Peraturan Pemerintah No. 22 Tahun 2021, harga dan kuliatas produk untuk meyakinkan keputusan pembelian ke PT Glosamani Distributor Alat Pengolah LImbah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak kepemimpinan pada motivasi kerja karyawan, dampak lingkungan pada motivasi kerja karyawan, pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh lingkungan pada kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh motivasi kerja pada kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan penggunaan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability yang melibatkan 76 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan data primer dengan skala ordinal. Analisis data mencakup uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan model analisis jalur (path analysis), dan dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis t serta uji kelayakan model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan memiliki dampak positif pada motivasi kerja karyawan, lingkungan memiliki dampak positif pada motivasi kerja karyawan, kepemimpinan memiliki dampak positif pada kinerja karyawan, lingkungan memiliki dampak positif pada kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi kerja memiliki dampak positif pada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Foreign exchange is a service to exchange foreign currency, given to people or company who wants to buy or sell a currency by money changer. Jakarta as the capital city ofIndonesia is one of the promising regions to build a foreign exchange business because many companies used foreign currencies for transactions, large numbers of foreign currencies need in similar companies, Jakarta has many tourist destinations, and local residents’ activity that travel to other country. Also, development in technology encourages companies to innovate in improving services. To prove that this business is feasible, a business feasibility analysis is needed to selected aspects, which is environmental aspect,legal aspect, technical and technological aspect, HR (Human Resources) aspect, marketing aspect, and financial aspect. Environmental aspect is feasible because of its strategic and promising location. Legal aspect is feasible because the needs of documents and licensing requirements that are met. The technical and technological aspect is feasible because of the innovation in service. HR aspect is feasible because of the organizational structure andreadiness of skilled workforces. Marketing aspect is feasible because of the market of thebusiness. Financial aspect is feasible because of indications of valuation to produce aforeign exchange business.

Abstract

This article discusses the document management process for billing documents from vendors for payment processing. Since there was a pandemic in March 2020 to maintain sterilization, direct contact with people and documents is strictly avoided. One of them is billing documents, which were usually done via hard copy before the pandemic to be submitted to the Department of Finance. Since the pandemic, there has been a change in billing operations, where documents are no longer made in hard copy, but through soft copy. An important point in doing through soft copy is the legitimacy of documents or avoiding document falsification, so that it can harm the company. As well as how to take advantage of digitizing billing patterns so that you can save on document storage. This article is important considering that the digitization process must maintain the validity/validity of documents and so that they can comply with the rules related to archive management. The purpose of this research is to find out the operationally standardized process flow that is standardized within the company and the savings on document storage costs that have been carried out. This research was conducted at a company engaged in the energy sector with offices in South Jakarta. The research method used is a qualitative method with primary and secondary data sources. The conclusion of this research is that a company is agile for changes, so that operations can adjust by utilizing online/digital media to achieve process efficiency and effectiveness

Abstract

BPHTB is a very strategic regional tax for local governments, not only in terms of its contribution to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government APBD of IDR 6.4 trillion in the 2022 budget, but also its characteristics as a type of regional tax that is directly related to land affairs, namely the fulfillment of basic rights humans will space to live, live, and move. The extent of the impact of this type of tax makes the policy of taking this type of tax very careful, taking into account various aspects and taking into account the financial risks in selling Regional Original Revenue. In connection with the authority of the Regional Government in collecting BPHTB based on Regional Regulation Number 18 of 2010 concerning BPHTB, this journal presents a comprehensive review of the process of transforming business services and electronic collection of BPHTB at the Regional Revenue Agency of the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta.
